Review: I was trying to send flowers locally and searched Google for "Albertville MN florist." Amy Florist was the first listing and its website said "Serving Albertville." I assumed it was local. the site also said same-day delivery for orders placed by 3 pm. I placed my order around 1 pm Central, and by close of business the "My account" section of the website said the order had been completed. Today, Monday, my friend said she never got the flowers. When I called the 800 number (realizing that it is not a local florist at that point), the customer service manager said she could only take orders and would send my question to billing for a refund, where it would take up to 48 hours to get an answer. I asked for same-day resolution, which means my friend would get her flowers today, and to be transferred to someone who could handle that. She said she was unable to do so and that she could only send my question by email. There is no one to talk to, she doesn't know who owns the business, and there is absolutely nothing she can do for me other than to forward the email.Desired Settlement: I would like the flowers delivered, I would like some explanation of what happened, and I would like to be considered for at least a partial refund or an upgrade - it is unacceptable that the flowers weren't delivered and that the customer service rep feels no sense of urgency to rectify the situation. I would also like the company to look into fixing bugs in its system, which marked this order complete when it wasn't completed.

Review: I ordered a vase of flowers online from Flowers By Amy. This vase was called Simply Sensational which stated online that this vase would include 21 varieties of flowers of every color of the rainbow. I had this sent to my cousin who is ill to cheer her up. When she received the vase of flowers she contacted me to thank me and also sent a picture. I could not even believe what was delivered. She received a vase of flowers that only had 3 pink carnations and the rest were around 10 white flowers. This was not what I ordered and paid for. The cost of the flowers was $90.66 with shipping and tax. I contacted Flowers by Amy at their email address three different times and they have not responded. I even emailed them a picture of the flowers that were received.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $90.66 I paid for these flowers as the flowers that were received were not what I ordered and paid for.

Review: I usually order from [redacted] have never had a problem, however could not get flowers delivered in time for Mothers Day with them so I decided to look up local florist in our area, my search came up to enter zip code for closest florist, since I was trying to send flowers to my mother in a nursing home for rehabilitation due to surgery I used the nursing home zip code, instead of her home zip on the other side of town, several florist I've actually heard of was in the list but so was Amy Florist, I had not heard of them but new businesses open all the time in the area so I didn't think anything different, the only reason I went with them after looking at some of the other actual local florist was due to a certain flower basket they offered, it was one that would have been perfect for my mom, so I ordered it online Friday May 8,2015 around 5:00 am before going to work and was to be delivered on Mother's Day Sun May 10th, I received an email showing my order confirmation and when I checked my bank account the funds for the purchase were already pending to be withdrawn. Sun I went to see my mother in the afternoon and there were no flowers, I tried to call the number several times to find out the est delivery time, but just got a answering machine saying they were busy and to leave a message, so I tried to look up their local number that's when I realized they were not actually local, so we waiting since they say they close at 3 on Sundays and by the last time I called it well past 6pm, the next day we waited no delivery so I called several times and sent several emails no call back and no answered emails, Today I tried to look up possibly another number to try and reach them and I started seeing complaints on line about others who had the exact same thing happen to them with the exact same company!!Desired Settlement: Personally I wish she could get the flowers but I would like my money back and hope somehow they are caught and not allowed to do this again!! Total amount they got me for $66.90

Review: I ordered flowers online to be sent for Mother's Day. I paid with a credit card and on the morning the flowers were to be delivered I received an email which said my order status had been updated. The status simply read refund. I called the phone number on the website and left multiple voice mails and have never heard back from the business. I researched a bit online and quickly discovered that dozens of people have experienced the exact same issue and never received their refund and the flowers they had ordered had never been delivered.Desired Settlement: I would like this business to not only refund my money but to be discredited and have their online presence removed so others won't have to deal with their scam.

Review: I ordered a plant to be deliverd by 4/13/15. The plant was never delivered, my credit card was charged and I've made multiple attempts to contact the company through phone and email with no response.Desired Settlement: I would either like the product delivered or a refund

I am so sorry I didn't check Revdex.com before placing my order. I had the same experience - ordered flowers for my sister's birthday; the evening of delivery date I received the updated status message that I would be receiving full refund in 5-7 days. Thanks Amy Florist for NOTHING!!!

Review: I ordered flowers on Monday, 11/3/14 for my boss's wife to be delivered according to the website by 5:00 p.m. that day.I gave my boss's credit card information, the name and address of where it was to be delivered and they sent me a Order ID # [redacted].The Flowers were never delivered! I called on Tuesday, 11/4/14 and got a recording to leave a detailed message with the Order ID #. I also sent an email to them. It is Wednesday, 11/5/14 and I called again this morning, and told them that I would be sending a complaint to the Revdex.com and asking for your help in getting a full refund.I am not from the area, so when I went on line and typed in florists in my area Amy Florist was the first one to come up. I have learned a lesson...check them out!I would recommend that NO ONE USE AMY FLORIST!Desired Settlement: I EXPECT nothing less than a full and complete refund to my boss's credit card.

Review: Place an order on 10/27/2014 to be delivered morning of 10/29/2014 and item has not been delivered after numerous phone calls. I have not received a return phone call from customer service. There is a automated machine asking for detailed information regarding order but not return call. I checked the status of my order on line and all it states is item is awaiting delivery. I sent them an email but no response.Desired Settlement: To deliver this item immediately and possibly a refund on delivery charges.

Response:

Hello,

Review: On 4/27/15 I did a web search for floral companies in Truckee CA. I found Amy Florists. They deceptively advertised that they serve Truckee and that they were a family-owned business. Thinking that I was contacting a company in Truckee, I called and ordered flowers to be delivered the same day in Truckee, CA as per their promise for same day delivery. As the day wore on and the flowers were not delivered, I called the 800 number to inquire about delivery status. I was promptly disconnected. The flowers were never delivered and I was never contacted by Amy Florists. I have called at least a dozen times, leaving a message each time that the flowers were not delivered and requested that my money be refunded ($70). I have yet to receive a return call. It turns out the company is located in Irvine, CA, not Truckee CA. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge, but I find Amy Florist's business practices to be both unacceptable and deceptive. A simple return phone call and a refund would have sufficed. Since the flowers were ordered our 35th wedding anniversary I was very disappointed.Desired Settlement: I was billed $70 for the flowers that were never delivered. I want my money refunded in full.

Review: I have pasted below an email I sent to Amy Florist on 24 Feb 2015 and there has been no response. I have called them multiple times and left messages and have not heard back from this company. The flowers were completely wrong and I sent them pictures of the ones that were delivered and that proved it was no where close in style or color to the ones I had ordered and only filled half the vase not like the ones pictured on their site. Also, my wife never received her chocolates that were paid for. I spent well over $100.00 on 2 vases of flowers and I expect a full refund.

"Good afternoon, I ordered #[redacted] on 13 February 2015 for the flowers to be delivered on 14 February 2015. The flowers were delivered by 2 different florists. The "Be Happy Bouquet" was delivered but not even close to what is pictured on your site. I understand there may be some differences but to have a completely different arrangement and only half of the arrangement covered the vase. The flowers were in the vase in red candy corn, where did that come from? Nothing about the order matched what was on your website. Also, I ordered chocolates to be delivered with the Bejeweled Beauty Arrangement and no chocolates arrived. I have called numerous times and sent an email to the address I was given on the phone by one of your employees and have not heard back from anyone from Amy Florist. Please advise how you plan to reconcile these problems. I expect a prompt and courteous reply immediately regarding this matter. "Desired Settlement: Order #[redacted] should be fully refunded due to improper flower delivery and did not receive part of the order at all.

Review: This florist "AMY FLORIST" popped up on a Google search for florists in Apple Valley, California. I needed to order an arrangement for a funeral service (I am in another state). Legitimate looking website, similar to others. I place an order that came to $117.66. Called to verify delivery time for service. Called and left messages for two days, including email. Never reached a "live" person. Called funeral home and they had never heard of AMY FLORIST. Should have called them first. There are numerous complaints throughout the internet listing this company as a "scam". I have had to cancel my credit card due to this experience. Flowers were never delivered.Desired Settlement: Refund of $117.66 to my bank and CLOSE THIS "BUSINESS" down.

Review: I placed an order online back in August 2014 I had to follow up on this order never was delivered they cancelled the order abruptly advised me they would credit my credit card they never have I've tried multiple times to reach them via phone they never answer go straight to voicemail..contacted them via email I got responses saying that my credit card has been credited to date it has not it is now November 14th 2014 I've gone on to Yelp to see that this is their mode of operation I am concerned that they actually don't do business and just taking money with no products being delivered please check YelpDesired Settlement: Or a check if it won't bounce!!

Review: I ordered flowers from Amy's Florist and the flowers were never delivered. I was never contacted or notified that they weren't delivered. I had to contact the Florist for an explanation. They did not return my email. I finally called them.Upon calling them I was treated terribly. The lady I spoke with gave a very poor excuse as to why the flowers were not delivered and then proceeded to HANG UP ON ME.I called back and she said we were "disconnected." Which was a complete lie. I asked to speak with the Manager and explained I would file a complaint. She hung up on me AGAIN.This business is pathetic and unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like a complimentary flower delivery.

Review: Amy Florist website states near header that same day delivery will be made if orders are received before 3 p.m. Though no time zone is noted, my order was sent through their site around 1 p.m. CDST. I specifically noted on the order that the flower recipient is a hospice patient which is why I needed same day delivery.I received an order confirmation via email at 1:19 p.m. That evening when I went into the website to follow my order progress, there was a note that my order was incomplete. However, a "pending" charge had already appeared on my charge card account from Amy Florist. I called the number at the top of their website: ###-###-#### at that time and again this morning to hear that no representatives were available and there was no room in the mail box, so I could not leave a message. I sent an email asking that they call me and provided my number. They did not return my call. This morning I called the ###-###-#### number at the bottom of their website and was answered by a man who walked from outdoors to indoors, put me on hold twice, came onto the line and told me the order would be refunded. AGAIN, the recipient of these flowers is a 46-year-old mother who is in hospice care for colon cancer. When I was told my account would be credited; I explained to the man the situation and then said I would report them to the Revdex.com. Their website advertising is false, including claims of same day delivery and their "busy" phone number boldly posted at the top of their website. It took doggedness to actually find a phone number that was answered. This Amy Florist website came up when I searched Indianapolis, IN florists. However, they offered no brick and mortar Indiana address. I WAS GIVEN NO REASON WHY AMY FLORIST COULD NOT OR WOULD NOT COMPLETE AND DELIVER MY ORDER, THOUGH THEY CLEARLY HAD A CHARGE PENDING ON MY BANK CARD.Desired Settlement: Amy Florist is crediting my bank card without explanation as to why they could not or would not fill my florist order.

Review: Order a plant on 10/31/14 to be delivered on 11/3/14. In passing I asked the recipient who he and his wife liked the plant. How embarrassing when they ask you "What plant?". It was never delivered. I went onto the account and it is marked "Completed". So I called the two 1-800 numbers multiple times!! Finally, [redacted] answered the phone. I told him the issue. He couldn't tell me why this happened and why we were not notified. All he said was he will refund the money but didn't seem surprised. We will be keeping an eye on the credit card statement for this refund!Desired Settlement: Not only a refund but to see them not be able to do this to another person. By all of the other complaints, this is an ongoing issue.

Review: I ordered same day delivery flowers from this organization on February 27th. and the product was not ever delivered. I left various emails and phone call messages for two days and no response. Finally on March 2nd 2015 some one picked up the phone, It sounded like this person just got out of bed. I do not think this is a valid place of business and should be shut down. The person I spoke to said that they still could not deliver the flowers as I requested because all the information was wiped away but would credit my money back in 2 business days I was assured I would get an email that this would be done but I never got an email. I called 5 days later because I still did not get my money back and was not able to reach anyone just a voice mail from them. It now as been 7 days since I last spoke to that person and still no credit back to my account.Desired Settlement: I want all my money back.

Amy florist is the worst internet company I have ever used. They never delivered the flowers to my daughter, and they never notified me they could not or did not! Stay clear of this company!

Review: On 10/15/2014 I searcched on the internet for florists IN [redacted], [redacted] to order a floral arrangement for a funeral service on 10/18/2014. Amy Florist came up in my search claiming to be"Family Owned" and "Serving [redacted]" and they even have a photo of their supposed "flower shop" on their website. I placed an internet order for a lovely arrangement with explicit delivery instructions for the funeral on 10/18/2014. On 10/15/2014 I received an email confirmation of my order. On 10/17/2014 I received an automated email saying "Your Amy Florist Order Has Been Updated" that indicated the status of my order was now REFUNDED. I received no other email indicating a problem and no phone call about a problem with the order or delivery. So apparently the order was never delivered on Saturday 10/18/2014. I have emailed Amy Florist twice with no response and when I call their phone number 800-316-5738 there is only an answering machine telling me all floral designers are currently busy and I should try ordering online. I did some internet searching and found complaints about Amy Florist that they use deceptive advertising to appear that they are local florists and then often cancel the order with no notice. My interest was in using a LOCAL florist, not one masquerading as local. Worse than that, our friend had no floral arrangement from us at his funeral, and it's not like we get a second chance to make the gesture.Desired Settlement: I expect an apology and I expect Amy Floral to stop their deceptive adverising and business practices. This is disgusting!

Review: On May 29, on the internet, I purchased from Amy Flower a floral arrangement to be delivered to my 12-year-old niece in Grayslake, Illinois. The purchase was processed and I received two emails notifying me regarding such. The next day, hours after the flowers should have been delivered, I received a notice from the business that the floral arrangement was canceled. The purchase, however, was still put through on my credit card and posted. Leaving me to file a dispute with the credit company over the charge. After looking online about this company, many other people have complained of similar scams perperprated. Emails to the company about the charge and the order went unanswered. The only number I could find associated with this alleged business is a 1-800 number and calls go directly to a voice mail account. The mailbox, however, is full and no message can be left. The reception on the voice box makes it sound as if it is nothing more than a cellphone. The website for Amy also makes it appear that the service is local. When I purchased the flowers, I thought I was getting them from a business in Grayslake. Completely disreputable and has conned me out of $37.00.Desired Settlement: The charge has posted to my credit card. I would like a refund and also for them to make good on the order as promised. A young girl was quite hurt by this.

Review: I ordered flowers for my sister-in-laws birthday. I ordered them on May 21 before 3pm, but they were not delivered that same day as the website promised. I never received a phone call or email to let me know if a delivery attempt was made. I have called several times and have left a message and called the other number posted on the website, but is says that inbox is full. I have also emailed and not heard from anyone. The tracking number says the delivery is complete, it is not. She does not have her flowers. I am seeking a full refund. Thanks, [redacted] confirmation number #[redacted]Desired Settlement: I was charged $48.53 and I would like a full refund. The service I paid for was not provided as promised.
