Review: I found their website looking for a place to send flowers to my sister for her birthday. I ordered in the morning because they promised same day delivery if I ordered before 3:00 PM. Late in the afternoon, I received an email that my order was refunded. No explanation. Nothing. I had received a confirmation at 10:00 AM about my order. I didn't get flowers to my sister for her birthday, and AmyFlowers did NOTHING to help.Desired Settlement: People need to know that this company does not honor its promises on its website and doesn't help customers when it can't perform.

Review: I searched on line for a local florist in Springfield, MO and Flowers by Amy came up as a local florist. I placed an order over the telephone on March 16, 2015 while having the picture of the photo of the flowers that I was ordering. I went over in detail with the gentleman to expect lilies, roses, hydrangeas and spider mums with large leaf greenery. I have photos of what I expected and what I received. I received mums and daisies, there was one lily in the arrangement. This is more of a $10 arrangement. I made many efforts to contact the florist and it continually went to voice mail, I e-mailed and did not receive a response. I kept calling until the gentleman that I originally spoke to and he said he would give me a refund, I waited for my April statement and all I saw was the charge. I contacted the store again with not luck of talking with anyone. I called my charge card to see if I could get this credited back, they could not. I sent an e-mail on 4/28/2015 to [email protected] and told them unless I received a credit I would be making a complaint to the Revdex.com and posting on every review site possible, on 4/30/2015 I received an e-mail telling me I will receive a credit in 5-7 business days. I just received my May statement and there is not credit on the statement. I sent another e-mail today with no response. After seeing all the complaints, I certainly wished I checked out the Revdex.com before I ordered with the company. I don't see how they stay in business.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund to my charge card immediately. There should be some kind of recourse against this company for being fraudulent in their business practices. I also feel that the consumer should not get rooked with false advertising thinking they are a local company, I feel this should be up front that they will be contacting a different florist to fulfill the order.

Review: Ordered flowers on 3-27-2014 9:30 pm from http://[redacted] order #[redacted] for a funeral service on 3-29-2014. Placed one order for tow different locations called the next morning to verify that the flowers would go to the different locations but every time I call I get a answering machine saying to leave a message but the voice mail is full not able to leave message. The site gives two different numbers ###-###-#### and ###-###-####. I did get in touch with a lady claiming to be Amy saying the flowers would be delivered on time. I had my son call the people where flowers were sent but nothing was delivered. He called the florist to confirm the order but he had trouble getting someone on the phone but when he did all that they would say was the order was completed. We have tried calling back but no one will answer phone to get a refund for 107.88 charged to my card.Desired Settlement: This is for others that might fall into this in a time of need hopefully they will not be allowed to take advantage of anyone else.

Review: I ordered flowers from Amy's Florist for mother's day for both my mother and my mother-in-law. Not only were deliveries made the day before requested, but the flowers were nothing like what I ordered. I ordered a "deluxe" version of "Lush and Lavender" and instead of purple vase with purple roses and flowers, my mother received a clear vase with red flowers - not even close to the quality of what I had ordered per the picture on [redacted]. My mother-in-law's flowers were equally disappointing. Instead of a deluxe version of this arrangement: [redacted], she received a clear vase, with a blue ribbon, an assortment of red, white and yellow flowers. If required, I have pictures of what I ordered vs. what I received. I e-mailed the company over a week ago and received no response, much less an apology.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive a refund in full to include delivery fees so that I can send new arrangements to my mother and mother-in-law.

Review: 1. On 15 September, I called Amy Florist and ordered flowers delivered to my wife's work for her birthday. The flowers never arrived. My credit card was charged $46.37. I received a confirmation e-mail with an order number of [redacted]. Amy Florist does not seem to man their telephone numbers (800-780-08** and 800-316-57**). I have made five phone calls to each of these numbers during their listed business hours that have not been answered. I have also sent an e-mail that has not been answered.3. Amy Florist's website (www.amyflorist.com) will appear to be for a local business, regardless of were it is accessed from. The banner on the order site specifically identified Amy Florist as a Corpus Christi, TX business when they are actually located in Irvine, CA.4. Amy Florist has multiple complaints for the same problems listed on various review websites I have looked at. I did not initially look for a review because I thought they were a local business.5. It appears that Amy Florist is an internet scam.Desired Settlement: I request a full refund for $46.37 on Order Number [redacted].I fully appreciate any help that Revdex.com can provide in this matter.

Response:

Thank you very much for your assistance in this matter.

I have received a full refund of the amount in question--for me this issue is closed. However, considering that this "business" seems to be set up simply to steal from unwary customers, I feel that warnings about them should appear on your website.

Thank you again for you help, it is really appreciated.

Same experience.... ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday which never arrived. Never got a call, just an email next morning saying my order had been refunded. They don't answer the phone.

Review: I ordered flowers for a family member from Amy Florist via the internet. The bouquet I chose from the pictures they displayed on their website were a far cry from what was delivered to my loved one. There were very few flowers in the bouquet, some were already drooping upon delivery, and the leaves on some of the greenery were already turned upside down. I feel that this happens sometimes when a florist believes the sender will never see what is delivered to the receiver. When I called Amy Florist, they explained that bouquets will vary from pictures, and that I would have to submit and email to them with a picture of the bad bouquet for them to address the issue. I received no response to my email. I called back today, and after some excuses, was offered 20% of my total purchase back as a refund. I find this offensive when the total cost of the bouquet was $45! I would like a full refund, and Amy Florist said 20% was the best they can do. I am embarrassed that the quality of the bouquet delivered was so inappropriate, and I am frustrated that this company takes no more pride in their service than to deliver a haphazard arrangement of sparse flowers and wilted greenery.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund for my order (#114223) in the amount of $45.30.

Review: I orderered flowers for my wife through what I thought was a local flower shop. Come to find out they are located in CA and will not answer the phone, voice mail box is full and will not answer emials. There website was very deceiving.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reembursed the total amount that was billed to me.

Review: the company charged California sales tax for product shipped from Oregon to Oregon and has failed to respond to repeated emails and voice mail or provide a refund.Desired Settlement: refund tax charged

Review: On 2/14/14 Googled information for local florist servicing New Orleans, LA to send daughter flowers at her place of business. Business advertised as a family owned local business and was accepting orders on line because "Our customer service reps are busy makiing deliveries". Ad stated accepting orders until 3pm for same day delivery service. Order was placed, confirmation #[redacted] emailed back to us, credit card was billed. At 9pm same day an email notification was sent to me notifying me that "order status refunded", without explanation. I have been trying to contact company because I have not recieved a refund. The ###-###-#### # has a consistent recording, "reps are busy, mailbox full" and it disconnects. I have tried several times throughout each day since 2/15/14. On 2/17/14 a new notice posted on their web site that the business is closed "no walk ins" due to rennovations to the building. It is impossible to contact anyone at the information the company has listed.Desired Settlement: The full amount taken out of my account to be refunded to my account promptly.

Response:

Thank you for the service you have provided. I am pleased to inform you that my account was refunded the total amount today 2/19/14. I would not recommend ANYONE doing business with this company. This company advertises as a local family owned company for New Orleans, Louisiana promising same day florist service and customer service representatives available for help - ALL of which are not true. On top of everything else, they notify their customers at 9pm via email that the order was canceled without reason or any other information available. The phone number provided for the company is always a message service claiming all customer service reps are busy and voice mailbox is full.

Thanks again for your assistance.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Regards,

Review: I ordered an item on 2/14 with guaranteed same day delivery as long as they were ordered by 2pm ET (I ordered mine at 10:30am ET).

The item was not delivered, nor has it been since. I have sent numerous emails, and placed several calls regarding a refund but there has been no communication regarding any of my inquiries. I am now out $50+ for something that was not, and will not be delivered.Desired Settlement: I would like the full purchase price, including tax and shipping fees, to be refunded to the account that was used to pay for the item.

Review: I ordered flowers from Amy Florist on 12/4/14 to be delivered to my sister. They never arrived. I have left numerous voicemails - none of which have been returned. I have also sent emails - none of which have been returned. I did finally speak to someone who said she would contact the billing department - but my credit card was charged & has not been refunded.Desired Settlement: Apology from this company and refund. I have learned a valuable lesson - in always checking the Revdex.com site - as this company has a rating of an "F" with multiple customer complaints.

Review: I am complaining about a company "Amy Florist" in Irvine, CA. My son is shipped overseas fighting in Afghanistan and called me asking me to order flowers for his wife for their 1st anniversary. Since he can not be here he wanted to send her something special for this special day. I searched on the internet for florists in Clarksville, TN since that is where his wife is living and one of the first florists that came up was Amy Florist - family owned. Right away I thought this would be a good florist to use since they advertised as family owned. Boy was I terribly wrong. I placed the flower order on Friday, July 11th for delivery on Sunday, July 13th. Everything on the internet went through fine and my payment was deducted. Based on their site they are open on Sundays from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, so I assumed there would be no problems with the order. July 13th came and by noon the delivery was still not made. I tried calling the 800 number on the website, but no answer and the answering machine was full. I tried again many times but got the same response. No delivery was ever made and my son was truly devastated because he thought his wife would think he forgot about their anniversary. Finally on Monday I reached customer service and the first thing they told me was they do not make delivery's on Sunday. I asked why the order would go through if the delivery could not be made, but she had no answer for me. I asked if the delivery was still going to me made or if they were going to refund my money. All she said was she could email billing and they would get back to me in a couple of days. I asked to speak o the owner since it was family owned and she stated she couldn't do that. then she hung up the phone on me. I continued to call back and again and again she would hang up on me. Finally I got to talk to someone again, and this time I was very frustrated, all she told me is that she cancelled the order and I could email billing myself for a refund.Desired Settlement: First of all I would like to be refunded for the flowers I paid for but never received. Secondly at this point I feel I should have a written apology from the company to my son who is fighting for our country. He was devastated that these flowers did not arrive for his wife on their first anniversary.

Review: I googled Florists in Pflugerville, Texas. I checked three florists and chose "AMY FLORIST" advertised as a "family business"... I thought they would be honest and the flower arrangement I chose was perfect for my daughters birthday. I placed the order at 8am. They also advertised "SAME DAY DELIVERY". My bank card was debited the amount of $67.97. I then called my daughter all excited and advised her to listen for her doorbell today. I then went to Tyler to run errands. When I returned several hours later, 3pm to be exact, I went on my computer to check my email. I had an email from AMY FLORIST saying that they had refunded my money but it wouldn't hit my bank for 5-7 business days. No explanation on why. Now it's much too late to order a bouquet and I'm unable to travel to be with my daughter on her special day. This is horrible service and quite frankly, I believe it's shady behavior. My order number was [redacted] in case you have the time to look into this company. They advertise as serving the Pflugerville Texas area but with further digging I realize they are out of California!! I just feel horrible! Today is Friday the 13th, 2014. My daughters birthday..... My ONLY child's birthday! There will be a full moon tonight which is extremely rare for Friday the 13th. The last time was in 1919. The next time Friday the 13th will have a full moon is 2049. The entire day was supposed to be special and now its completely ruined! Thanks for listening.... I appreciate your time.Desired Settlement: I don't believe they should be allowed to falsely advertise and I see they can debit my account today but it takes 5-7 business days to receive my money back? NOT RIGHT AT ALL! I have no more money to send flowers to my daughter. It's shameful ! I don't know how they will be reprimanded or if this will even be considered.... but I have learned my lesson.

Review: On May 5, 2015 I placed order #[redacted] at www.amyflorist.com and received an order confirmation email. The requested delivery date of May 8th arrived with no delivery. I attempted to call them many times at the phone numbers on their website and in my order confirmation email, but kept getting an answering machine. I sent them a message through their Order Status section, but received no reply. On May 11th I noticed the status of my order was now "Completed" and my credit card had been charged. I tried to call again several times without success. I sent another message, no response. Today, May 12th, I was finally able to get through on their phones to talk to a guy. He claimed the flowers were delivered by "[redacted]" in Austin and gave me their number to call them. I did, and I was told they showed no record of the order ever being in their system, let alone did they confirm that they delivered it. I've been calling again and it just rings and rings and goes to voicemail.Desired Settlement: I would like the full value of my order refunded as no services were provided, $98.22 USD.

Review: On 4/22/15 I googled floral shops in Belevidere, VT. Amy's Florist came up. I called and ordered a sympathy arrangement. I received a confirmation. On 4/29 I e-mailed the site asking if the item was delivered. No answered. I went to the persons home this past w/e and did not see the arrangement. I asked the person I sent it to if he got it. Answer: no. This morning I called the # on their website, a man answered, I told him what happened, have him my conf #, he asked if my name was [redacted], I confirmed - the phone went dead. I tried about 10 times during the day to call again. No answer. I then used my cell phone, he answered right away. I said I called this morning, told him I was cut off, he didn't call me back. He asked for my confirmation number and asked if my name was [redacted]. I said yes then then the phone went immediately to music. I looked through their website to see if there was ANYTHING strange about it or if there were any red flags. The one I found was an address in CA. But when I looked up florists in Belvediere VT, their site pop-ed up.Desired Settlement: I am being reimbursed by my credit card company. I'd like them found somehow and shut down, prosecuted if possible because you know I'm not the only one they have done this to.

Review: I ordered flowers online and ordered flowers by specifically looking at a picture and selecting the ones I wanted. The flowers arrived and looked nothing like what was shown online. I called Amy's Florist (to which they RARELY answer the phone). I tried several times until I spoke to [redacted] Milton. I sent him a picture of what I ordered and a picture of what was delivered and he agreed that they looked nothing alike. He said he would credit my account within 2 days and if that didn't happen I should dispute with my credit card company. This was March 5th and he still has not credited my account. My credit card company said that Amy's has to handle it beacuse flowers were sent even though they were not the correct flowers. I have since sent an email and left several messages with Amy's.Desired Settlement: I want Amy's to credit my account as [redacted] said he would.

Review: I found "Amy Florist" as I was looking for a local business to order a large flower arrangement for my grandmother who was turning 100 years old. The website stated that they were "Family Owned"

"Fresh Flowers Delivered Right Now" with delivery to League City. I ordered an arrangement with "premium upgrade" as well as a special message and an area for "comment." In the comment box, I explained the importance of the arrangement and asked that the florist call me for specific requests. I never heard back from the florist after calling and emailing multiple times, leaving several messages and emails. My grandmother's flowers didn't arrive so I called again. A man by the name of "[redacted]" answered one call and obtained my phone number and stated that he would call me.

He stated that the flowers were delivered and I received a confirmation from Amy Florist that the flowers had been successfully delivered. My grandmother never received the flowers that I ordered from "Amy Florist." "Amy Florist" but did charge my debit card $107.94.Desired Settlement: "Amy Florist" is not a legitimate company. They should not be able to conduct business as they are fraudulent. They obtained personal information including my address, my family members' address, my credit card information and did not deliver the product that I ordered.

I would like to see that "Amy Florist" no longer be able to advertise or be available to provide false service to and stealing money from innocent, trusting consumers. They are not a business. They took my money, my time and the very special gift that was to be given to my beloved grandmother.

I would like my money refunded to me. I received an email stating that my money would be refunded in the next 5-7 business days. I have canceled my debit card, so the only way that they can refund the charges is via mail. I would like a legitimate money order to be mailed to my address.

"Amy Florist" is a fraud that has affected me and many other consumers that trusted in a legitimate company for excellent service.

Review: I had wanted to surprise my daughter for her birthday and send hr flowers to work. I went on line and found amy's florist. The arrangement were beautiful so I picked which one I wanted. Price, was reasonable-$16.00 for shipping- outrageous, but figured they were coming from them. At the time did not realize it was CA. My daughter sent pics- They were the saddest excuse of flowers I had ever seen. My 2 year old granddaughter could have done better. Flowers stuck in a vase that was too big- they flopped over-some looked half dead- No balloon- I was embarrassed for my daughter. Tried calling right away no one ever answers. Finally spoke to Lilly om 12/16- sent pics over- never heard back. I called every day no one ever answers. Lilly again finally answered on 12/29 and said that customer service or some other dept where the pics went to had to be reviewed. Still had not heard back from anyone. Again calling everyday- [redacted] answered on 1/15/15 and said [redacted] (supervisor) would call that day or next. Had heard nothing as of yet and it is now 1/20. What kind of business is ran like this where you can never reach them and what is shown online is false advertising. $50 may not be a lot to some people, but it is to me and I want my money back. Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. Full Refund

Review: I placed an order with this company on May 3, 2014 to be delivered on May 9,2014. There has been no delivery or contact from this company. I have tried calling all I get is mail box full. They charged my account on May the 5th but no flowers were delivered.Desired Settlement: I fill they should honor the request and return the funds and if the company wasn't trying to rip people off they should send an 84 year old lady an apology. The flowers were meant to brighten her day. This isn't the way to get and keep consumers.
