Review: On 04/04/14 I Googled information for a local florist servicing Hilliard Ohio to send a friend flowers at her residence. Business advertised as a family owned local business. Ad stated accepting orders until 3 pm for same day delivery service. I place the order, received a confirmation number and my credit card was billed. The arrangement was not delivered on the day I requested. It was delivered the following day late in the afternoon and the arrangement was not what I paid for. I ordered the "Zen Artistry" which was suppose to include orchids. The arrangement that was delivered had snap dragons in place of the orchids. The color scheme of the arrangement was completely different than advertised. The quality of the flowers did not come close to what was advertised. The substitution policy on their website mentions peak seasons or holidays could possibly affect availability of certain types of flowers in the are but it also states that flowers of equal value would be used. I do not consider snap dragons to equal the value of orchids! I have been trying to contact the company to work out a settlement of some sort however the three phone numbers I have managed to find for the company all have the same message stating the reps are busy, mailbox is full and then line disconnects. I have also sent several emails stating issues and repeated asked for someone to contact me asap. I have not received any response.Desired Settlement: I would like at least a partial refund if not the full amount refunded for all of the trouble I have had to go through trying to reach business. I was charged $62.58 and I believe the arrangement was not worth anymore than $20.00. At the very least I would like a refund in the amount of $42.58 in my account promptly.

Review: Flowers by Amy delivered the wrong flowers and when I called numerous times they finally answer their phone days later and said they didn't have those flowers so they sent different ones. They didn't even call me to let me know and they were much cheaper flowers than what I paid for. Seems like a scam to me. They said that if they were to reimburse me they would have to go pick up the flowers, which were flowers I got delivered to my uncle for his mother passing away. The lady I talked to at Flowers by Amy was VERY rude and wouldn't tell me her name or location and eventually just hung up on me not promising any kind of reimbursement. I thought it was a local flower shop in Snohomish, WA where my uncle lives and it ended up being located in Tustin, CA. I researched this place a little more and it looks like they have done the same to others. This place should have their website taken down and should no longer be in business for flower delivery if they are going to collect peoples money and send cheaper flowers than what the costumer thinks they are buying.Desired Settlement: I have spoken with my bank and disputed the charge, so I will get my money back hopefully. This is now more for Revdex.com's information.

Review: I ordered flowers for delivery on 2/14/2015 and they were never delivered. I then received an email stating I would be getting a refund within 5-7 days. It is now 3/17/2015 and I have sent several emails and called numerous times with no answer to either.Desired Settlement: I want my full refund of from order # [redacted] of 107.88

Review: Ordered Flowers for our Business for a Family members Funeral. The Flowers were order 2 days before. There was never a conformation that they had been sent. But they did charge my credit card. I tried to contact them by phone calls and email. They have 3 different phone numbers and I called each one up to 20 times and left messages, No call was ever returned. The day of the funeral there were no Flowers!!! I'm sorry but that day can not be replayed. I was in charge of the order and was very embarrassed they did not do there part. I did finally get a message thru to them by texting there complaint sight. I did get my money refunded but never heard why there didnt send my order. To this day have never heard a word. They also claim there in Grain Valley, Mo. when you Google Florist in Grain Valley. After the fact I find out there in Ca. That's false advertising!!Desired Settlement: They should not be in Business. Who knows how many other hearts they have broken by not following thru.

Review: Repeated phone calls to place an order were shut off. I made several calls from several of my phones (cell, house) and they cut us off saying they were busy. When left message they never returned call. Attempts to find the business address in ** just show the web site with no local address. We then placed the order on line and received a confirmation number. Thee money was taken out of our debit card immediately. The order was for delivery of flowers for a birthday. At 5:30 PM (after other stores were closed) we received an email saying the order was "refunded" without reason. No flowers were delivered. There is no local business in [redacted] where we ordered the flowers. Summary: Poor service; they hang up on us; no flowers delivered; unable to contact them;Desired Settlement: Refund moneyTerminate business- as it is not fair to order flowers for special occassions and then not deliver

Review: I had ordered flowers from amyflowers.com on 8/14/14 and it is now 8/16/14 and the flowers that where paid for have not been delivered.

when I attempted to call them regardless of the time or day you only get a answering machine telling you that all their representatives are busy.

I checked online for reviews on this business and all the reviews explained that they order flowers and never are delivered. I called one last time

before I called the bank to see if they would answer and still no one picks up. I am reporting them because of their dishonest practice.Desired Settlement: I am not sure what the range of the Revdex.com is but I would hope something can be done to stop them from being able to advertise something that

they do not follow through on. and yet still charge people. thank you for your time.

Review: On June 25, an order for flowers being sent to Kristen Daniels at [redacted]. On 6/26/14, my credit card was charged $88.50. However, the flowers were never delivered and I'm unable to reach the company. Their phone rings and says they are busy, it then offers to leave a message, and then indicates the mailbox is full.Desired Settlement: I'm disputing this charge to my credit card and want them to refund the $88.50 they were paid for a floral arrangement that they never delivered.

Review: I purchased what I thought was a particular arrangement from amyflorist.com website. What was sent was nothing even close to what was advertised on the website. I tried contacting them to resolve the issue but have been unable to get a response from them.Desired Settlement: I would like either a refund or sent the correct item that I ordered.

Review: I ordered flowers to be sent to my sister in the U.S. I did not receive a delivery confirmation and the flowers were never delivered. I sent two emails and called three times, always during normal working hours, and I never received a reply. I have been charged, however, and even asking now for a refund the company has had no contact with me.Desired Settlement: All I ask for this is that I be refunded in entirety the amount I was charged by the service. They charged me 48.54 USD for which I received no services and no refund yet.

This is the minimum outcome I ask for. However, it would be even better for the community at large to have this website shut down entirely and the person behind it to be held accountable. You can read more complaints from upset consumers here: [redacted]

Review: I ordered flowers for a girlfriend in Anchorage in July 2013, that worked out perfectly. Like I required, they called her before delivery to make sure somebobdy was at home. They called and delivered, no problems. Then I tried to order flowers again for the same delivery address in November 2013 and reacted on the fact that I did not receive the same message that said "dear cardholder the following payment process has been sucessful by "[redacted]". I did however get a Message that the order was finalized and delivered. The flowers were NOT delivered. [redacted] Florist did NOT Call before delivery. [redacted], who is the person replying to my emails earlier, is not longer answering emails. When I received a email from him stating that he had "set up an account for me to use in the future, for better and quicker service" and that I just need to confirm by clicking the link, it was unsecure and I got a lot of warnings on my computer NOT to go to that website. I still get zero response. Do NOT use [redacted] Florist for flowers!!Desired Settlement: I would like 100.38 USD that was charged to my Visa card returned, or new flowers sent to [redacted] in Anchorage, Alaska that did not get a Call or any Message about a flower delivery. Review: I ordered a funeral spray and was charged $117.66 and the website said it would be delivered the same day. It was not delivered. Calls and emails to the business are unanswered. The order is #[redacted].Desired Settlement: A review of the web revealed dozens of complaints about this business doing the exact thing to person after person. Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Regards,

[redacted]Amy Florist has provided me a full refund of my purchase. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

This website and company is a scam. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day that were never delivered. No response on call and email into them. Had to challenge the charge through my bank. Reviews on Yelp shows tons of others with similar experience. The website appears as a real florist that take order and refers them to local florist for delivery. However, its a fake website. All they do is charge your card, take your money, then don't delivery any flowers. I have files complaints with the local DA, Calif State Attorney General, California Consumer Protection Agency and a special dept of the FBI. Don't make a purchase on this website. Total scam!

Review: This site, found near the top of a google search for Chicago florists for Mother's Day collected my credit card payment and indicated they would deliver flowers to my selected recipient. The flowers were never delivered. Looking on [redacted], I find that this is a scam. They "take orders" but no one gets flowers. I spent more than $70 for Mother's Day flowers and would like to be refunded. Hoping you can help.Desired Settlement: Ask for full refund of $70.14 as billed:Subtotal:$49.95 USDShipping:$14.99 USDSales Tax:$5.20 USDGrand Total:$70.14 USDPayment Method:Credit Card

Review: I ordered flowers online on April 16th 2015 to be delivered on April 17th 2015 . The florist was supposed to be in the Manteca California area, was sent a confirmation of the order and then the next day checked and the message page said order complete, called on Sat and flowers had not been delivered, tried 4 different phone numbers and only got an answering machine, my account was charged on the day of the order, also sent them two emails as to where the order was and to this date April 20, 2015 have not heard a thing and no flowers delivered. and no call or email back from themDesired Settlement: I would like to have them return the $70.13 that my account was charged as soon as possible and would hope they close down, afterward looked further and found many complaints against them.

Review: Ordered flowers from this company. Ordered 1 dozen roses for $88.50. A small dish of flowers were left at the door. Unable to contact this company as just get recording. I have emailed them with no response. I have called several times and left message.Desired Settlement: Refund or deliver the flowers that were ordered

Review: On September 22nd I ordered "Beautiful in Blue" flower arrangement via Amyflorist.com to be delivered to my friend in West [redacted]. I paid $[redacted] +[redacted] delivery+[redacted] tax=[redacted]. On September 23rd I received a "confirmation email" telling me that the delivery had been successfully made. I expected to hear from my friend about her flowers. When I didn't hear anything after a week, I asked her casually over a Facebook messaging conversation if she had received her birthday flowers. She said she had never received any. I immediately went on line to retrace my steps in ordering. I sent an email inquiry to their "link" with my order number. When I didn't hear anything, I called them on Oct. 6th to ask in person what had happened to my order. All I got was a recorded message and "have your order number ready and leave a detailed message!" Which I did. After not hearing anything again, I emailed on Oct. 17th with the same complaint and outcome. Late October-early November, I attempted to make contact again and even threatened in both an email and recorded message that I was going to turn them in to Revdex.com if I did not hear from them "today!" I still have not heard from them.

My credit card was incorrectly charged TWICE on 9/23 for $[redacted] On 9/24 $[redacted] was refunded. BUT I am still out $[redacted].Desired Settlement: This is an easy fix. I want my money back. It is ridiculous in this day and age to not return a message or email. I have certainly waited long enough and I have lost my patience. I will not do business with them again and would love a place to leave a formal complaint.

Review: My niece had a baby in ** she was at [redacted]. We wanted to send her some flowers. I am in [redacted]. I went online and did a search.Florists near [redacted]. Amyflorist.com was the first one that came up. I clicked on website. Found some really cute flowers ordered them. Got a conf that said my order# and that an email was sent with info and tracking # if applicable. I never received an email. So I called the 800# on the website it was a recording that they were busy and to leave a detailed message with order #. No response. So I called my Credit card co. And they had already charged my card. My CC co tried to call them on 2 different #s same recording. They looked them up on Revdex.com and informed me of their F rating :( they instructed me to try to call again. If no response then to call them back to dispute my charges. I have called back and am in the process of disputing the charges. I have been scammed. No flowers delivered and they have my money.Desired Settlement: That this company gets shut down. And I get my money back

Review: I ordered flowers online from this company. Noted the date, place and latest time they could be delivered on the order, with phone #'s to both myself, the company and the party receiving the flowers. I ordered a specific bouquet and also paid extra to upgrade. The flowers were delivered 2-1/2 hours past the latest acceptable deliver time and were NOT even remotely close to what I ordered. I could receive NO help from the person who answers the phone that was designated to call about questions relating to orders. I was told to email, I have emailed numerous times with no response. The lady receiving them had to wait in town (1 hour from her home) while not knowing if they would show up or not at her work then had to drive back to work 2-1/2 hours later to get them. I have pictures and descriptions of what I ordered. I paid extra for an upgrade from what is "Pictured" on their website and I didn't even get what was pictured. The colors for the Fabulous Fall Roses were NOT what was ordered. I could have got what they sent cheaper and got it anywhere, but the fall colors were important. I paid 14.99 for delivery and they ruined the surprise and caused the person receiving them to mess up their afternoon. I have sent repeated emails and made repeated phone calls with no response to the emails and a rude lady with no information on the phone calls. I need help with a refund. I do not see how to attach pictures but would love to send them to you.Desired Settlement: Full Refund

Review: I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday. They were never delivered but the money was deducted from my credit card. At 5:30pm I received an email that said I would receive a refund in 5 to 7 days. When I finally reached someone (that I could hardly ununderstand) he said they didnt have any flowers. How does a florist not have flowers. I asked why didn't somone call me in the afternoon so I could change the order. In broken English he just said he didn't know. I have since tried calling and emailing the company for an explanation and to find out why it will take so long to credit my credit card but I have received no response. My mistake was I did not read customer reviews online before I ordered. I have since seen many complaints about this florist and I wonder how they are allowed to be in business and scam people. Needless to say, my mom did not receive anything on her birthday.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I am also concerned that this dishonest company now has my credit card information. I also think they should be fined or not be able to do business any longer if they are going to rip people off. They should also have to deliver the flowers free of charge.

Review: This website for flower delivery is a scam. I used them to order flowers for my grandmothers birthday. I was charged the full amount, but my flowers were never delivered. I tried calling, but all the contact phone numbers go to a voicemail box that is "full": ###-###-####, 8[redacted] emailed my concerns to the provided contact email address: [email protected] but never received a reply. After a little research online, I see that I am not the only one who has fallen victim to this scamming site. How are these people allowed to continue doing business? They should be shutdown immediately!Desired Settlement: A full refund of my original order $62.58
