Review: I placed an order with this company on May 3, 2014 to be delivered on May 9,2014. There has been no delivery or contact from this company. I have tried calling all I get is mail box full. They charged my account on May the 5th but no flowers were delivered.Desired Settlement: I fill they should honor the request and return the funds and if the company wasn't trying to rip people off they should send an 84 year old lady an apology. The flowers were meant to brighten her day. This isn't the way to get and keep consumers.

Review: - Ordered Flowers on the morning (around 7am) of November the 2nd. Account was credited in full.

(Amy florist policy states: "U.S. orders must be received before 3pm to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.")

- Specific request made to "kindly inform and provide confirmation of delivery". I have yet to receive that confirmation.

- its the 5th of november and the recipient has yet to receive flowers. I cannot get a response via telephone as to where the flowers are. the 1800# goes to a woman's cellphone and she claims I need to contact billing but they don't have a phone number. she provides an email address which I have sent several emails, and still no response.

- Mood ruined, no response on getting back my refund, no one answering phones despite me calling during their business hours.Desired Settlement: I definitely want my money refunded, an explanation for the atrocious service, and since its in the business of customer service, hopefully to hear how it plans to improve on meeting customer expectation, or at least having the integrity to honor the service agreement as well as to keep the customer informed as I had clearly requested.

Review: I ordered flowers for my wife on Friday February 13th with the guarantee that the flowers would be delivered on the same day and not only did they not deliver them on that day they never delivered them at all. I have called their 800 number three times and contacted them by email without a response so far. The purchase was for flowers and chocolates that totaled $86.33. I have requested a refund and have not even gotten a response from the business.Desired Settlement: I just wish to be reimbursed for a product and service that was not produced or completed by the business.

Review: we ordered flowers from said company and did not get what we ordered we bought the flowers for our friends and the delivery was a day later we just want what we ordered I called the company and was hung up on and they won't answer their phone nowDesired Settlement: we would like half our money back

Review: I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother-in-law in who lives in Gulfport, MS for mothers day. The transaction was processed thru the website of Amy Florist on Friday, May 8th. I received a confirming order ID # of [redacted] the same day. My credit card was charged $48.54 for the flowers, delivery, and sales tax. The flowers were never delivered. I have made multiple attempts to contact the vendor in order to discuss the situation. I have left voice mails which have not been returned. I have e-mailed them thru their website as well which has gone unanswered. I did get a man to answer the phone earlier today, but I could not hear him and he subsequently put me on hold and never picked up the phone.

While I was on hold, I did receive an e-mail telling me my order status was changed to REFUNDED, but I have not seen the refund come thru on my account. Further investigation yields many unsatisfactory complaints against this company and reports of refunds not being issued.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a phone call from the florist explaining why the flowers I ordered were not delivered and confirmation that my refund has been sent thru.

Review: I had placed an order for 12 dozen roses and a balloon and card. I was delivered 6 roses in which 3 were red and 3 were white roses. I called customer service he asked that I send pictures of what I received. I asked him how do I get my money refunded to me he told me that I could only get 20% because I still had the flowers. He told me to contact the local delivery florist to pick the flowers up in order to get my refund. I asked him isn't that your job to do? He then told me he would get back with me in a few days. I was asking him questions and he hanged up the phone I my face and I wasn't able to contact him anymore.Desired Settlement: To be removed for online services do to poor business practices. This company has so many unresolved issues with consumers.

http://www.amyflorist.com/Desired Settlement: I ordered flowers for my mother for Mothers Day. She sent me a picture of them. It was not what I had ordered. I sent the picture to Amy's Flowers along with an e-mail stating how dissatisfied I was with the arrangement. They were rude and would not try and understand how I felt. They asked me "What are you complaining about, the flowers are beautiful?" I said they are beautiful but they are not what I ordered. She told me to quit complaining and be happy and hung up on me.

Review: I am filing a complaint for a flower delivery service which was not delivered within the specified time period that was paid for. The delivery service was provided 5 days later than was paid for. I inquired with the service provided about the delayed delivery and was told that the recipient was not available. However, I had used this service weeks earlier for the same recipient and same address and they did not have an issue leaving the product at the front entrance. Furthermore, at the time of the order, the service provider asks for two phone contact numbers (the sender and the recipient). Neither contact number was used on the day of delivery and no attempt to reach the sender or recipient was made. No communication was made with the sender or recipient for the following 3 delivery days. Only 5 days later when I (the sender) inquired about the delivery was there a response.

When I further inquired with the service provider about this situation I was replied to with an argument and unacceptable attitude from the service provider. The service provider as since ignored any attempt to further rectify the issue.

I have read many reviews about this service provider and similar customer issues and I found it necessary to report what could be fraudulent services and scamming of customers for paid services. Communication was sent to the service provider on 9/8, 9/9, 9/10, 9/15, 9/22 and 10/1. Service provider stopped responding on 9/10. All communication with the service provider was cordial and detailed and emails can be provided.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund for the order in question. I believe the service provider had a responsibility to at least take the proper measures to try to provide the service on the agreed upon date. The service provider should have called one (if not both) of the contact numbers to arrange for delivery. If delivery was not possible on the scheduled date, the service provided should have attempted to deliver the following day, not 5 days later and with no communication to the customer. I also found it confusing that only weeks earlier, the service provider delivered the same item to the same recipient and address and did not have an issue leaving the item at the front lobby. I am of the feeling that the service provider irresponsibly did not deliver the item and later made this excuse and then proceeded to argue with the customer. The service provider has a responsibility in this situation to refund the customer for the item and service in question.

Review: Placed an order on December 19,2014 and never received the order.

Review: Called their 800 number and ordered flowers for my mother's 93rd birthday party and specified the date of December 7 TH, a sunday. Was charged the amount of 178.06 to my credit card.

I live in AZ and on the way over to California on the 6TH recieved a phone call that they would not deliver on a sunday,I asked if I could pick them up and they said they closed at noon,we wouldn't get there till at least 2 pm. As I wasn't offered any other way to get the flowers I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. She agreed to do that.

I won't go into the trial and tribulations I went through trying to find flowers at such a short notice for my mother's party but.....

I have called and left messages 3 times about getting my refund but no one has called me nor have they returned my money. I did tell them the last time I called that I was going to contact the Revdex.com if I did not get my refund within 7 days. No call and No refund to date.Desired Settlement: just the refund of my money will do....

Review: I ordered flowers, they charged my credit card but were never delivered! I called their line 5 times and received a voice mail. I sent an email and didn't receive a reply. I did some research and found out that they are consistently charging for orders and not delivering the flowers. They need to be shut down! They also advertise that they are local and they are not!Desired Settlement: They need to be shut down and I need a refund.

Review: I have placed an order on www.amyflorist.com website (the order ID is #[redacted]) on 08/14/2014, stating the delivery date as 08/15/2014. My bank card was charged and I got an automatic confirmation e-mail. The status of my order on the website was changed to "Completed". However, the flowers have never arrived which resulted in a ruined family celebration. I tried to contact the company to complain, but they did not answer any of my phone calls. I also sent them two e-mails which were also ignored.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund of $43.14 USD.

Review: I placed an on-line order with Amy Florist on Feb.11, 2014. The order was to be delivered on Feb. 13. My debit card was charged for the order on Feb. 11 and posted to my bank account on Feb 12. I learned in the evening of Feb. 13 that the order had not been delivered. I made several calls to the business on Feb 14 and got a recording each time I called that "All floral designers were busy". I made email attempts in regard to the order. I made several more phone calls since Feb 14 and left messages and have never received a reply from my phone messages or my e-mail. The store to deliver the order is located in Columbia, MD. I placed an order with this florist in October 2014 and the service was fine. I would like help in getting my refund of $53.94 for order #[redacted].Thank You,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of $53.94. Either credit to my bank account or a cash refund.I have 3 more documents which I can include.

Review: I ordered flowers for a local florist in Quebec on Feb 24, and paid by visa $80.45. As it turns out, it was in US $. When checking on the delivery status the same day, there was an indication that there was no delivery, but a refund pending. Subsequently, the visa charge of $112.03 CAD was not fully refunded. Only $104.38 CAD was refunded the same day as the order was made. I believe this is a scam to extract an exchange rate difference between buying and selling CAD vs USD. With many customers, this will add up. No explanation for the non-delivery, or partial refund were given, and AMY Florist does not answer the phone, nor return messages left.Desired Settlement: Explanation from Amy florist as to their non compliance with the order, and a complete refund of $112.03 CAD.

Review: I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law's birthday on Mar. 22nd, which was a Saturday. I placed my order around 10:30am, and Flowers by Amy guaranteed delivery the same day if ordered before 3:00pm. I received an email confirmation, showing delivery date of March 22nd, with all of the other info correct. Later in the day, I received another email, indicating that the order was complete. Only problem was, the order wasn't complete! My mother-in-law didn't receive flowers on Mar. 22nd, as ordered and guaranteed. The following day, Sunday, March 23rd, I waited until the end of the day, thinking maybe flowers would show up that day by fluke. No flowers, so I sent an email on Sunday evening, Mar. 23rd, requesting a prompt refund, as Flowers by Amy missed my mother in-law's birthday. After I cancelled my order and demanded a prompt refund, Flowers By Amy finally sent flowers, but not until Monday, Mar. 24th! I requested a delivery date for a reason, not so that Flowers by Amy could guess when I really wanted them delivered. This is nonsense. It is embarrassing to look as though you missed a special occasion, when every effort was made on my end. Flowers by Amy provides nothing but aggravation, and they need to be called on it. The only thing they do well is charge people's credit cards. Their tactics are underhanded and deceitful. They never answer their phone line, all voice mail boxes are full, so messages can't be left, and no emails are answered. The customer service at Flowers by Amy is non-existent, and they are awful. Also, their advertising is false, because they state that they are servicing Fruitland Park, FL, when in actuality, they are a virtual florist, with just a website. They aren't servicing anyone, anywhere, they are simply a middle man sending out wires. I feel that Flowers by Amy's business practices are fraudulent, and I demand a refund since they missed my mother-in-law's birthday.Desired Settlement: Charge Back Credit Card Amount $53.94, Order #80142.

Review: On March 12th, I used the web to find a florist within the New Orleans, LA area to send flowers to my Sister at her job for her 40th birthday. I placed an order with Flowers by Amy (order number [redacted]) for an item called Cotton Candy (SKU T37-1A)at 9:20am. I paid via my Visa card in the amount of $53.94. Total was $34.95, shipping $14.99, Sales Tax $4.00. I called my Sister at 4:30pm on yesterday to see how she liked the flowers only to be told that she hadn't received them. I contacted the company and spoke with [redacted] who said she would let someone know about the problem then just hung up on me. I called back several times as well as left two voice messages and sent an email. As a consumer, I paid for a service. If they were not able to deliver, a simple phone call or email would have sufficed. They ask you for all of that information.Desired Settlement: I am asking for a complete refund in the amount of $53.94. They can either credit my Visa card or I would prefer a check be mailed to me at:[redacted]hreveport, LA 71115

Review: I ordered on http://www.amyflorist.com/ a Zen arrangement for my Grandmothers funeral. After completing the order, I received a receipt. This was on 6/9/14. The arrangement was to be sent to my mother in Webb City, Mo. When the arrangement arrived it was nothing like what I ordered. I was then told by my mother that another florest, not Amy florest actually did the arrangement. after contacting this florest my order was passed off to (The Wild flower Joplin, Mo), the rep was nice enough to look up the ticket and informed me that substitution was the option given. No where on my order form gave me the option nor did I give any permission to substitute what I ordered. I asked shy I was not called, and was informed once the substitution was placed on the form, they do not call. I then called Amy Florest ###-###-#### to complain. I received a voice mail stating to leave a message. I then called the number provided to the Wild Flower [redacted], and received a The Mailbox is full message. I am completely unhappy with the fact I can not correct this issue as I can not get a hold of anyone. I highly recommend that nobody use http://www.amyflorist.com/ as they do not do what you order.Desired Settlement: A sincere apology along with a company correction as to what they sell and have in stock. They should give a courtesy call if their sister stores can not provide what you order to allow a chance to correct or refund before it is made.

Review: I ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary and they were not delivered. My order number is [redacted]. I ordered online from the AMY FLORIST website, paid by debit card. I was charged a total of $72.30, $14.99 of that was the delivery charge. I have not been able to speak with anyone regarding the specifics of my refund. In fact, since the first and only contact with a woman that "Only handles orders" I have not been able to get anyone on their phone. It always goes to voice mail. Incredibly poor customer service.Desired Settlement: Please make contact with me by phone and please refund my account that was used to buy the flowers.

Review: Ordered flowers for my sister's birthday- Same day delivery. when I checked status- order was marked as completed. the next day received an email indicating my order had been refunded. I have left several voice messages as well as emails wanting to know why and have not received a response. I have yet to receive a refund on my credit card either. Order instructions indicated if same day delivery not possible to advise.Desired Settlement: to receive a full refund and have the order sent as promised.

Review: We live in Georgia and ordered flowers from Amy's Florist website. The flowers were going to a friend for her birthday and on the order both our telephone numbers were provided. My friend had changed addresses and we knew nothing about the change prior to ordering so the people at that address knew nothing about them. The driver called my friend and she told them the new address and they said they could not be delivered without the ordering person contacting them to make the change. My friend called me to let me know the flowers had not been delivered and gave me the local number to call the florist. This all transpired on Saturday 3/14 and by the time we got notified of the problem they were closed. I called and left a voice mail which went unanswered and after several attempts managed to reach the business on Monday afternoon. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and continually called me lady after I asked her to please call me [redacted]. She denied ever calling my friend, which was a lie, because my friend called me to tell me of the problem after they called her. The flowers were to be a surprise for her so she knew nothing of them coming. The florist proceeded to deliver the flowers to the wrong address after knowing the address was incorrect and refused to refund my money and hung the phone up when we asked for the refund. Calls back to the florist have gone unanswered and I find this very disturbing. At this point I'm not even sure this business is on the up and up.Desired Settlement: Since this business knew the location was incorrect and contacted the person they were to be delivered to, and subsequently not delivered, a refund is the only acceptable solution. I would also think it would be appropriate to have this business checked to see if they are legit. Treating customers like this does not lend itself to being in business very long.
