Review: [redacted] search for local florist in Simpsonville, South Carolina brought up Ad for amyflorist.com as local and legit business. Ordered flowers online for delivery. Received confirmation email and bank account was drafted for payment. Flowers never delivered. Order was to be same day delivery (3/31/15) and was marked "complete" on 4/1/15. Called 800-316-5738 and 800-780-0860 (numbers listed on website for complaints) numerous times and each was eventually answered by answering machine that was barely audible. Left detailed message as requested and still have not been able to successfully contact company nor have had my phone calls returned. Searched for company reviews online and found that this company appears to be a scam as hundreds of customers have experienced the same thing. Please investigate the legitimacy of this company and its ability to advertise on [redacted] and other search engines.Desired Settlement: Please investigate the legitimacy of this company and its ability to advertise as such on [redacted] and other search engines. Again, this company appears to be an online florist scam.

I would also like a refund of my charges ($53.94).

Review: I paid for a floral arrangement , tax and delivery. The peons it was to be delivered to never received it. I called the business several times only to be met with a very rude person who kept hanging up on me. She also told me that it was my duty to be sure that this person did not receive the floral arrangement. I am a consumer, (obviously) not the manager or store owner. So how does that become my responsibility? What I have concluded is Amy's Floral will take your money and not follow thru with the service and product. They are plain and simple scammers. I will never purchase from them again or will I recommend my friends or family, since I am always asked " Who should I order flowers from?"being a florist myself.

I am very disappointed and disgusted with their attitude.Desired Settlement: Just a refund to my bank card.
