Review: An order for flowers was placed for valentines day and the flowers were never delivered. I've called numerous times without success and 4 e-mails have been sent to request refund for non delivery but no one has responded. Below is detail of order:Order #[redacted]Order Date: 14th Feb 2014 @ 6:40 AMOrder Total: $102.54 USDDesired Settlement: I would like the full amount refunded.

Same experience as everyone else here. Suspect they are not a "real" florist at all. Ordered flowers without checking first, which was my mistake. Credit card was charged but no flowers delivered. You cannot contact them as they don't answer the phone or emails. Do not use!

Review: I ordered (online) flowers = $116.52 be delivered to the 01/16/15 Rosary scheduled for my sister's funeral services. I chose this company because in all the confusion & grief I realized @ almost midnight, I'd overlooked getting flowers. Amy Florist literally claimed "they go the extra mile" to provide same day service on orders placed before 3pm. I placed my order & received confirmation #[redacted]. The confirmation itself was 1st problem; I'd listed funeral parlor's address as the ship-to address & my sisters name as recipient. I listed my name & address as the billing info. The confirmation reflected My sister's name and funeral parlor address as both the billing and shipping & the email itself was addressed to my dead sister! I received no answer to my email expressing concerns, but did receive an email, day of rosary, requesting remittance of payment =$29.99 to complete order. I did not! I've since made at least 25 calls to them and sent numerous emails, regarding having been billed for flowers never delivered. I have received no reply/answer to any of them. Review of this company's reviews finds the exact same reports. NOT 1 positive rating! All reviews urge others NOT TO USE this company, because they bill but do not deliver & CANNOT be reached once they have billed. Many of these reviews indicate also having been asked for an additional $29.99 before the order can be completed. I have contacted my bank who is sending an affidavit & will investigate this matter & this may or may not result in the recouping of my monies. I live on a fixed income & this was not exactly an affordable expense, I write this because I am 76 yrs old & have seen MUCH good and bad in my lifetime BUT where I thought nothing could still appall me ..., this has! To think that there are those in this world that opt to benefit from others grief or happiness, makes me want to do all I can to stop them. Please help.Desired Settlement: Funds returned to my account. Would like to see them no longer able to operate this business, but am certain nothing can be done in that regard , as they will simply change names & websites. An apology would hold no value either.., as these are not individuals of integrity and an apology would be insincere & obligatory at most.

I placed this order at 6:50 am on July 25th, I spoke to a rather rude CS person, after questioning the status of my order she promply hung up on me. I've sent several emails per their request for confirmation of my order. I spoke to another CS and he was as rude as well.Desired Settlement: Better customer service relations.

Review: Amy Florist has a web site that will pull whatever city you searched for in the search engine and state that they serve that area. I ordered flowers online when I heard about a family death and funeral the next day. I selected this company based on the information their site stated about serving a town in Ohio. The next morning early, I tried to email and call this company. There was no answer during business hours and their voice mail is full, and they do not respond to email. If they were located in Ohio they would have answered. This tipped me off that they were fraudulent. I did more searching and found they are located in California and others have had this issue too. They do not have a store in Ohio. They charged me over $120 for a large floral arrangement that they could no way deliver. I called a local florist and she said some company just called her for a delivery and said it was $80 and she turned it away because she could not get it to the church on time. The web site advertisement is false. They are not located where their fancy web site says they are. They do not reply to customers but are happy to charge and take money for an order they cannot fill. 6 am Pacific time is 9am Eastern and they were not able to fill an order so I tried to cancel. No answer to phone or email, voice mail is full. Bogus company that cannot live up to the service they advertise. And if they were the company trying to call an Ohio florist to get a delivery, they were trying to scoop up a $40 fee for being an order taker and purchase a much lesser arrangement for a funeral. This was paid with PayPal. We received a notification from PayPal and never received anything from the florist regarding our transaction, delivery or status of order which is non-typical for a floral order.Desired Settlement: If they billed us, we expect a refund.

Review: I purchased flowers for delivery from the "Flowers by Amy" website which stated it covered the Texarkana, TX area. I was told I would receive an email confirmation of my purchase. This did not occur, however, my credit card was billed. I called the (800) number provided and spoke to an individual who sounded (background noise) as if she was in her own home. The representative quickly stated that I would being getting a refund. The first reason was because they couldn't get the flowers out today. Unbeknownest to me, the company is located in California! The website does not mention that they are not an actual local florist. They are either a company that processes orders and tries to locate an ACTUAL local company to deliver based on the price you have purchased or they are fraudulant. The representative that I spoke with stated that a local florist couldn't be located. This was when I realized what had happend. The representative wasn't sure when MY bank would process the refund. Ultimately, NO flowers were deliverd AND I had to cancel my credit card because I was worried that this might be a fraudulant scheme of obtaining money for nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the total amount paid AND if the company is legit the company should add to their website in bold that they are not LOCAL, but rather a company that takes your money and tries to find a florist to deliver.

Review: I recently purchased a bouquet of flowers from the afore mentioned business along with a stuffed animal to be delivered to another person. As agreed upon the flowers were delivered on the 7th of April. The stuffed animal was not. This item was an additonal charge for which I paid. I have sent two emails and placed multiple phone calls to this business in order to allow them the opportunity to rectify the situation. They have refused to return my emails or answer the phone. Their voice mail remains full so that I can not leave as message as well.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the price of the stuffed animal. thank you

Review: I purchased a floral arrangement on May 8, to be delivered on Mother's Day, May 10, 2015. I never received a confirmation email when I ordered the flowers which was my first concern. I called twice on May 8th, to confirm the order went through. By day end, there was a pending charge on my debit of $51.78 so I assumed the order went through. The flowers that were guaranteed for Mother's Day were never delivered. It is Tuesday after Mother's day and they have not been delivered. I have left multiple voicemails requesting a call back and an update. I have not received any response.Desired Settlement: $51.78 completely refunded.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. While I have yet to receive a phone call, email or contact in any way, Amy's Florist has reimbursed my money.

Review: I placed an order on Sept. 15 to be delivered on Sept 16. I went on line to track my order which said it was completed. My friend never received the floral arrangement. I called on Wednesday Sept 17 and spoke to someone at the establishment. I was told they would refer my complaint to billing and someone would be in contact with me by the end of the day.

I have called received no answer. Sent e-mails three times no response. Today is Sat. Sept 20.called again spoke with a gentleman that said it would take 5 to 7 days to investgate.

Could there be fraud unvolvedDesired Settlement: To see this company do justice to its unsuspecting customers.

Review: I recently chose this floral service to deliver flowers to friends in AZ who were getting married. I completed the online order process including credit card. CC was charged the next day. Flowers were never delivered. All phone numbers lead to a message system with a full mailbox. All emails sent do get a reply. Several other complaints of this nature online.Desired Settlement: I would like the money charged to my CC refunded as no product was provided and no one is available for customer service

Review: They advertised in my city so I ordered flowers. These were sympathy flowers to be delivered on Friday the 14th in which they advertise same day delivery. However, they notify me on the 17th that they refunded me and without an explanation. I called left a message and emailed and then called again before I could reach some one. I explained that this was for a death. Why did you not let me know the same day!!! All they could say is that we have a lot of orders. This was very important and they had no sympathy and had waited days to contact me this isunacceptable!!!Desired Settlement: I just want it to be know to the public that this is not a flower shop you can depend on!!

Review: I placed on order on April 22 2015 for flowers to be delivered on May 4 2015. The flowers were delivered a week early on April 27 2015 and not on the recipient's birthday. I sent 3 emails and left two voicemails trying to resolve the issue. When I finally reached someone on May 5 2015 they told me that it happens. I was then hung up on and now my phone number is blocked when I try to call back.Desired Settlement: I don't think I should have to pay for the flowers or the delivery of the flowers as they were delivered on the wrong day. I would like my money refunded.

Review: I ordered flowers yesterday from Amy Florist to be delivered to Lake Zurich IL. First, shame on me for not checking to see where this company was actually located. They advertise as local deliveries to Lake Zurich IL so I assumed they were local, when they are located in CA. So that was my mistake. But I ordered flowers early on June 30th to be delivered on July 1st. It is now 4:55 pm in Lake Zurich IL and those flowers STILL have not been delivered. I have called 3 times only to be told each time, "just give it time, just give it time". I am extremely upset by the way they handled this situation. My flowers have not been delivered and they took my money.Desired Settlement: If those flowers are not delivered today, I want my money refunded back to my credit card ASAP. So at least I can order flowers from someone else and get her BELATED birthday flowers!!

Review: Wow, what a disappointment. I really liked the description of the True Romance Bouquet on your web site. However, as illustrated in the attached pictures, I did not receive what I had paid for. First of all, there is only ten roses in the bouquet received. Secondly, there is no baby's breath as illustrated in your pictured bouquet. Lastly, the roses came in a plain clear vase, not the silver one pictured and described in your ad. I could have cried when I saw the bouquet my wife received on this special anniversary, our 27th on the 27th. I could have done better at a mass-merchant for less than half of what I paid, but I wanted what you illustrate and describe as the True Romance Bouquet for my special lady of 27 years.

Review: I ordered flowers on 2/14/15 to be delivered the same day. Even though the store is in a different state and knew they could not deliver, they still charged my account $145.70. I called to get a refund and they credited my account the full $147.70 on 2/17/15. And according to my bank statement, they charged my account AGAIN on the same day (2/17/15) for the full amount. When I call to ask about it, I leave a voice mail and my calls are never returned. My original order number is #[redacted]. And I also have all my bank account statements and reference numbers from all 3 transactions.Desired Settlement: I want the full amount of $147.70 refunded to my account.

Review: On 1/6/15 I placed an online order for a floral arrangement called Heaven Scent to be delivered on 1/12/15 to a recipient in Florida. After placing the order I received an email with my order number confirming the order, amount charged to my debit/credit card, recipient's name and address and card message. The arrangement was never delivered nor did I receive an email or phone call from the florist with an explanation why the order was not delivered or that a refund would be issued. I have called all the phone numbers listed on the website (3 different ones) and left several messages as well as sent emails. A live person never answers the phone no matter what time of day the number is called, only a recording "stating all florists are busy and to leave a detail message". Inquiry on the internet has proven that this "business" is a scam and that the address given does not come up with this nameDesired Settlement: I desire a full refund of the $79.86 charged to my debit/credit card

Review: I ordered flowers on Nov. 13, 2014 and specifically asked if they would be delivered that day. I was assured since it was early in the day, the flowers would be delivered same day. Then next morning I called the 'store' to inquire about the delivery and only get a voicemail stating they are not available. All day long, same voice mail. My bank account has been charged, and yet no flowers were delivered and no attempt to contact me to let me know of any difficulty.Desired Settlement: The time needed for the flowers has passed. I just want my money and want to let others know not to ever use this 'business' which in my opinion is a scam.

Review: I placed an order for flowers three days in advance for a Sat delivery of August 1st, credit card was immediately charged when placing order. Flowers never delivered, this company never intended on delivery the flowers(product) its a scam to charge and retrieve credit card information. I called over a dozen times and the same man picked up the phone- does not announce the company name or his name and continues to hang up. Finally got through and I get two different names ([redacted]- [redacted]) I then ask to receive an immediate refund and the man laughed and said my money is gone!! something need to be done, its clear this company has a lot of issues I should have checked Revdex.com before. WARNNG- you place an order just for them to steal your credit card info!Desired Settlement: I will also follow up with law enforcement, credit card theft

Review: I gave Amy Florist an order to have flowers delivered on Mother's Day on the Saturday before. The order went through and they did not deliver the flowers until Tuesday. When I called they told me they had too many orders. If I had known they that were unable to deliver flowers on Sunday, I would not have placed the order.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the way of$70.14, which was the charge, including a $15.00 shipping charge.

Review: I placed a floral order for a birthday arrangement on December 21, 2013. The order process asked when I wanted the arrangement delivered. I entered the following day, December 22, 2013. The order was accepted and went through. During the process I entered my contact information. I was required to enter my email address as well as address, phone, etc. I opted NOT to create an online account because I didn't want to be contacted via email and didn't feel I needed an account. I received two emails following the order. I stated that my order was received and would be processed. The other stated that they took the liberty to create an account for me. The night of December 25th I went on my email and read an email from the Flowers By Amy that stated the status of my order had changed! And read as follows: 'An order you recently placed on our website has had its status changed. The status of order #62805 is now Refunded'. The email had been sent December 24th. I did not receive a call in regard to this order. Nor did this email give any explanation of why the flowers were not sent. Since I read the email late at night and it was not open to call, I replied to the email telling them that it was not acceptable and asked for a reason and stated I should have been CALLED. I also stated that I would be reporting them to the Revdex.com. I got NO reply. This was very embarrassing to have placed an order that they never even bothered to process. My credit card was credited as it should have been. However, this florist should 1) reprocess the order at their expense and 2) should have to tell the recipient that they were to have delivered the flowers on December 22 and did NOT do so.Please process my complaint and request the order be reprocessed at their expense due to their negligence, carelessness, and unprofessionalism.[redacted]Desired Settlement: As explained above, flowers should be sent to the recipient at no charge to me and the florist should be required to explain their negligence.
