Review: I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered on 04/30/2015. Never rec'd any confirmation from precipitant, never rec'd email confirmation from Amy Florist, confirmed payment charged to my card; so I called the company, representative asked for the order #. I advised I didn't have an order number because I was never given one and I never rec'd an email confirmation. Representative hung up on me. I called number back & left a message; continued calling number 4 other times and continued receiving the answering machine. I then called from a different number; representative answered the phone, asked for my order number. I proceeded to explain I did not have an order number, didn't receive an email confirmation and my card has been charged. Representative literally yelled at me "ORDER NUMBER"! I again explained the situation and he said I was stupid, so I said I was going to have the charge reversed on my card for non-delivery. He again said I was stupid. So this time I hung up on him. I then called my bank who advised since the charge had already cleared my account there was no way it could be reversed.Desired Settlement: I no longer desire to have the flowers delivered to my dear friend from this terrible company. Due to non-delivery, I would like my credit card to be credited back the cost of the flowers $ 57.18. I would also like a letter from the company acknowledging the credit applied back to my credit card.

Review: Product was not delivered on the specified date. I left several messages and never receive a return call. After calling many times the next day after the product was to be delivered I finally got to talk to someone who didn't seem at all concerned about my dissatisfaction. Not even an apology for their failure. After ordering from another company they finally delivered a day late. They confirmed delivery yesterday which was a lie. Now I have more than I need. They didn't meet their obligation in a timely manner and I don't feel obligated to pay for their dissatisfactory services.Desired Settlement: I want the charges reversed. I've already paid another company to supply the same service that Amy Florist failed to do on the date specified. Now I have paid twice for a service I only needed once.

Review: I placed an online order for flower delivery with this company at 10:34 a.m. on 5/11/2014. I specifically chose this company because it said on the website they offered same day delivery. I thought it was a local company because when I entered the zip code for Silver Spring, MD, the website showed that it could deliver to that location. I didn't realize the office was in California. I waited until mid-afternoon and tried calling the company since the flowers hadn't arrived. Since it was Mother's Day I figured they were busy and flowers would be delivered later in the day or early evening. No delivery, no contact, so I kept trying their ###-###-#### number and got the same recording, saying they were busy and it went to voice mail, and the voice mail box was always full. I had no other way to contact them to check on the delivery status. I sent them an email and no reply. I was so disappointed that my Mom didn't get the flowers for Mother's Day. I did more research today and saw there were quite a few complaints about others having the same issue with this company -- no delivery, no communication and apparently this has been going on for months now. I found another phone number in CA today, and left a message this time. They charged my Discover card for $70.14 yesterday and I have contacted Discover to set up a dispute of the charge since I didn't receive the service I paid for.Desired Settlement: I am hoping to get the refund from Flowers by Amy through Disover Cards opening the dispute on my behalf. If they do not comply I will contact the Revdex.com for further assistance.

Review: This company allowed me to place an order for flowers for Canadian Mother's Day last week, and their website said they would deliver to the town where my mother and sister live. I ordered flowers for each. For my mother's order, they sent an email that said "Change in status" in the subject line, the day before Mother's Day. It claimed they were refunding my money, no explanation given, too late to find another shop. "The status of order #[redacted] is now Refunded". For my sisters, I got no such refund, even though they live only a few blocks apart. She did not get her flowers until the day after Mother's Day. If they simply did not have the right flowers, they should have sent an email asking if I wanted other ones? As it was, I'm across the world and they ruined my Mother's Day gifts for my family. I sent them an email asking for an explanation with no response and they are not picking up their phone.Desired Settlement: I would like them to deliver and even better bouquet than what I'd originally ordered, with an apology note, to my mother. I would like them to respond to my email complaint. I think they should not be allowed to advertise services which they clearly are not providing.

Review: I ordered flowers online for my wife for Valentines day 2015. Flowers were ordered Feb 13th and was guarenteed they would arrive on Valentines day..Delivery was to take place on Feb 14 2015. Flowers were never delivered. And when you contact the company no one every gets back to you.Desired Settlement: Would like my money refunded and this company put out of business so that it could not take advantage of people again. I see there are already several complaints against them.

Review: I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. We live in different states and I believed I was ordering from a local florist in her new home town. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I received a confirmation of the order and delivery, though she never received flowers. We both had multiple emails and phone calls go unanswered. They finally responded to one email, saying they have confirmation the flowers were delivered, which they were not. However, they did refund me in full.

This is an absolute sham of a business and a sketchy operation. Never once did I speak to a person. They should be shut down.Desired Settlement: This company should be shut down. There are many similar reviews on [redacted] and the Revdex.com site.

Review: Ordered and paid for flowers and the company stated they delivered but they did not. I did not realize until after I ordered that there are multiple complaints about this company regarding the same deceptive practices. I will report this as a fraudulent charge to my bank and hopefully get my money refunded.Desired Settlement: Immediately refund all my monies.

Review: I ordered a flower arrangement from their website to be delivered to a funeral. In the 'notes' section, I wrote that if the arrangement could not be delivered by 10 AM to please call me. I did not receive a call. The flowers were not delivered. The day after the funeral I received an email stating that my money was being refunded. The refund has not been credited to my bank account yet.

I have tried calling the phone number four different times in the last two days, yet all I get is a recording that says that all customer service representatives are busy, please call back later.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund back into my bank account and I would also like to have the flower arrangement sent to my house so that I could now hand deliver it to the family of the deceased.

I would also like to see this business banned from doing business in MN.

Review: On May 7, 2014 my cousin from Europe ordered flowers for my birthday. When I arrived at home, there was a vase with flowers and a scrambled message wishing me happy birthday. There was no information about the company, no phone number, no contact information, so I didn't even know who delivered them. On May 9, 2014 my cousin contacted me in disappointment that the flowers were not the flowers she ordered for me. I asked her to email me the picture of what she had ordered. The flowers that I received were in a vase, with multiple colors and looked like a 10 year old went to the local WalMart and purchased them on sale. The flowers that my cousin ordered were supposed to be red and white in a basket. My cousin contacted Amy Florist but she didn't hear from them, so I called them personally on the same date. After many tries, someone finally answered the phone. I believe her name was [redacted]. I told her that they can come and pick up the flowers. She told me that she will let the local florist know about my call and they will contact me. I have not hear from them either; therefore, I sent them a certified letter on My 12, 2014. I know they received the letter on May 15, 2014. After a month of waiting I have not heard from this company. My cousin and I are very disappointed with their service. It seems that Amy Florist is a scam and after reading some other comments it looks like other people had the same issue.Desired Settlement: I would like Amy Floris to refund my cousin with full refund.

Review: I googled local Tulsa, OK florists and "Flowers by Amy" popped up. It stated "serving Tulsa" on the website, so I believed it was local to Tulsa. The prices seemed good...with lots of "sales" or "markdowns", so I ordered an arrangement for my cousin in the hospital. The price stated it was regularly $47.95, but was on sale for $27.95. So I ordered thinking it was great saving $20.00. The $14.99 delivery fee was steep, but I didn't mind because I "thought" I was saving so much on the flowers. They made the delivery the next day...however, when I asked my cousin to send a pic so I could see what was sent, I was VERY disappointed! It looked like a small arrangement purchased from a convenience store was stuck into a small glass vase. :( NOT worthy of even $10!!I contacted the company by email 4 times...at [email protected] and NEVER got a reply. I called the 800 number listed on the website...NO answer.Needless to say, I was scammed and embarrassed that the arrangement sent to my cousin looked homely. I only wanted them to re-deliver a worthy arrangement as shown on their website. False advertising! This company needs to be shut down! They are not local to many of the states/cities they claim to be...who knows if they even have a location at all!!!PLEASE don't give them your money! You WILL be ripped off! :(Desired Settlement: I would love for the "florist" in the Tulsa area to re-deliver a worthy (47.95) arrangement to my cousin, who is still in the hospital. If this cannot be done, I desire a full refund of $46.38! I feel like I was totally scammed.

Review: We ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day. Our card was charged and it's now 3 days after Mother's day and she has still not received the flowers. I called and left several messages and no one ever called me back. The voice mail just says to leave a detailed message about your question and someone will return your call. I called this morning until someone answered. It took about 20 times and when they did answer the man on the other end sounded like he was in bed. He kind of laughed when I asked why our flowers were not delivered and said it would take a 2 day investigation to find out why the local florist never got the order but we have an email saying it was complete.Desired Settlement: I would honestly like this business to be flagged as fraud. This guy was only able to laugh. He wasn't at all sorry, or surprised. He told me what he told everyone else here. I do not understand how they are still in business (if it is an actual business). We are scared that it's just some fluke website set up to steal information. I am expecting a credit back but they shouldn't be allowed to do this.

Review: I purchased some flowers online from this website, amyflorist.com. A delivery was made but it was nothing like what I had ordered. I called and left 3 messages to the number listed on the website and also replied to the confirmation email/customer service email 3 times with no response. I expected to get what I paid for and got no response. In further investigating I read numerous reviews online that this company had taken many orders that were never delivered and they were charged for and no one was able to get in contact with an actual person. Sounds fraudulent to me and not sure why they are continuing to be allowed to operate. I would like to see this company shut down. I have filed a fraud report with my bank and they have an open investigation to dispute charges. Bad business.Desired Settlement: I do not want this company to have my money or be allowed to operate fraudulently. This is very poor business.

Review: This scam site has stolen over 2 million dollars from innocent people.Flowers are never delivered. Money is never refunded.Emails are ignored.Number is automatically routed to voice mail.I sent a grieving friend flowers and am now 60 dollars poorer. There are hundreds apon hundreds of online complaints yet this company still exists and manages to steal money off innocent people. That blows my mind! :(Desired Settlement: I would at the VERY least like my money backIf not that , SHUT these criminals down!!!!!!

Review: Delivery on Valentines was made after hours and flowers were left in the shop area until Monday. Delvery was made at 6:30pm when the business was closed at 5:00. I attempted to call several times to see what could be done and nobody would return my call or e-mail. I really do not understand how this company is allowed to stay in business.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: After ordering flowers for delivery on Monday, I have called repeatedly (and left a message) with no answer and also emailed for an update on my order. After a Google search, I noticed the company is listed quite a few times in the Ripoff Report and more than 100 times in the Revdex.com for taking money and never delivering anything or answering any communications. I just got an email that they issued a refund, but I would like them to remove all of my contact info (and for the person who it was being delivered to) from their database and remove my "account" and password from their database.Desired Settlement: I would like it in writing that they have removed all of my contact info (and for the person who it was being delivered to) from their database and remove my "account" and password from their database. I can't think of any reason for this company to be in business and never delivering any goods, except for purposes of identity theft/fraud.

Also, it would be great if someone could force them to stop using Google Ads, as they are at the top. Doubt that's possible though.

Review: I used amyflorist.com for flower delivery of flowers same day delivery and it seems that they charged me for flowers and same day delivery and neither have materialized at the destination that was asked for. It seems as though they have been doing this for a while to a lot of people and they need to be stopped. I would like to get my funds back albeit a relatively a small amount of just over $40. I have called and no response, I have emailed and no response. This is a scam web site and it needs to be shut down.Desired Settlement: please get a refund to my card and close them down.

Review: I searched online for a company I could use to send my mother a floral arrangement for a workplace Mother's Day celebration. Flowers by Amy was part of a listing the supposedly serviced Little Rock,AR. I placed the order on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at about 7:40am EST and confirmed with the customer service representatives that the arrangement would be delivered by 3:00pm CST as the office that the flowers were being delivered to would be closed as of 4:00pm CST. I waited and waited for some indication from my mother that the flowers had arrived. I called Flowers by Amy to let them know that the flowers had not been delivered by the time promised and that I wanted a full refund. I was told that my order would be forwarded to the "Accounting Department" so that a refund could be processed. The flowers arrived AN HOUR after the promised delivery time which resulted in my mother having absolutely no display of recognition during the Mother's Day festivities. I have emailed and called several times with no response. This company does not service Little Rock, AR.They only book orders online and hand them off to other florists who have no clue that these people are unscrupulous.I decided to give calling one last try and I got THE WORST customer service rep ever. She continually spoke over me and refused to let me speak with a supervisor. She hung up the phone while I was talking. I called back and got a different rep who spoke over me and told me that it didn't matter if the order was late as long as she got it. I am completely out done with this horrible service and I would like a FULL refund as they did not provide the service they promised. Additionally, the note on the flowers said to leave item on the porch. WHAT PORCH? It's a government office building.Desired Settlement: Full refund of product cost and shipping costs to card charged.

Review: I am in Ohio. My daughter is in Florida and got a promotion at her job. I ordered a basket of violets to be delivered to her workplace on 4/28/15. She received a delivery of one cut orchid. I eamiled the company 3 times, and called the phone number 3 times (voicemail every time) and nno one has returned my call or voicemail or attempted to resolve this by delivering the correct order.Desired Settlement: I filed a dispute with the credit card company and I do not want them to lie as I have plenty of evidence. I just want them to credit the card for full purchase price. I really would like an email as to how this happened and why no one has bothered to contact me about this problem. Very disturbed by their customer service practices as their web site states something entirely different. Cannot believe a family owned, nationwide company did not have the decency to call me back.

Review: thru the internet I selected a florist serving the West Carrollton Ohio market as I wanted to send flowers to a relative. this company has a website advertising they serve that market and took my order - they immediately processed my credit card to pay for the item $76 and then immediately sent an email stating it was being refunded and no order ever delivered. Believe it is a scam website to process credit cards and never process refunds and they are not doing any business as a florist. may even be a scam office set up only for this purpose. I have notified my credit card company but this is a scam on the public.I believe they should be put out of business. When you call them you only get an answering machine and never a human and no responses to your emails.Desired Settlement: I believe my credit card company will not pay them but not sure -- they could have processed this refund immediately with American Express and it is not on my account. I believe they should be put out of business. When you call them you only get an answering machine and never a human and no responses to your emails.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. had also notified my credit card company and they had Amy’s issue a credit to me.I still think something is amiss with this — I don’t understand how you can never reach an individual with a company and that they take your order and then immediately cancel it.A lot of people probably never follow up and are out somewhere between $50-100 on each of these orders.Still think this is a scam but I did get my credit.Thank you

Review: My order was delivered on Feb 12th, and I DID NOT get what I paid for. I ordered the TRUE ROMANCE bouquet as described on the website. The obvious discrepancy is the vase itself. (I ordered the silver reflections vase and my fianc received a plain glass vase). However, the photo on the website of the arrangement itself is obviously misleading as well. (photo is fuller with more eucalyptus and other fillers). I called and got a voicemail with no opportunity to leave message. I emailed 2x asking for refund for receiving a glass vase vs the silver reflective vase. I did not receive any return contact. Here is the product description of my order:Item DescriptionTurn up the heat on a new romance - or a lifelong love affair - with this classic composition. It features one dozen of our finest red roses arranged in our stunning Silver Reflections vase. This romantic bouquet includes twelve red roses accented with seeded eucalyptus and variegated pittosporum, all delivered in our exclusive Silver Reflections vase, a metalized ceramic vase with a light pink tone.Approximately 12 1/2" W x 16" HDesired Settlement: I would like a refund of the entire cost of the order. The item I received was not what their photo showed I would get.
