verified to assure the correct party was on the line. This is due to federal privacy laws. Your were never told that there was a fraud case against you however you were given the lender, the address at the time of the supposed debt, the email address, and the dates of the loan. Again, all information placed with our office.  You were not asked for an updated address because you verified an email in which your documentation could be sent. When you requested the information to contact [redacted], you were told that it was an online loan and it may be easier to retrieve information from their website. You are claiming that you have never obtained this debt, and your account was promptly placed in a disputed status so that it could be returned. Your allegations that we are a scam are unfounded and libel.  We are not a credit reporting agency we are only contracted to help you resolve the matter. The second phone call you placed to this office was also reviewed, and the last four digits of your social security number were verified before you were transferred to the correct party and provided any information. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. What I had stated is the bank account that the supposed payday loan was deposited into was closed in 2011. So there was never an actual payday loan put into said account in 2013. Therefore there was not actual debt to begin with. The complaints I stated seem to be a common theme.

I have call records and my bank also called these people. They are lying and I have also received a letter from the NC Attorney general that  will look into the matter. I have already saved my call logs. These  people are crooks and liars stealing people info.
