FMR Reviews (925)

Dear Mr. [redacted], FMR had been contracted to collect on a debt attached to your name. We were obviously unaware that this debt had been disputed in the past. Unfortunately this industry has some unsavory companies that refuse to do the right thing. FMR has closed this issue and will reach out to all...

of our resources to make sure it stays that way. FMR would like to apologize for the inconvenience and lack of professionalism expressed by the representative you spoke with. There will be a full review and disciplinary action based on the findings. Regards, Nick W.

Dear Ms. [redacted], FMR has been contracted to handle a personal business matter attached to your name. Without having discussed the matter with a representative of this company it is impossible for you to know the purpose of the call. The allegation that this office is a scam, is unfounded, untrue,...

and frankly, slander.  To prove the legitimacy of this company, it is not required for us to provide the Revdex.com with any legal documents. The matter we were handling has been closed and returned due to lack of communication. You will not be contacted again by this office. Regards, Nick W.

Dear Ms. [redacted], FMR has been contracted to collect on debt attached to your name. First we would like to address your statement that your family members received calls from us stating that you owe a loan. This is an untrue statement, due to federal privacy laws we are unable to disclose the details...

of the matter until it is verified that we have the right party on the line. When you were first in contact with this office you disputed this matter and then almost as quickly agreed that you would like to resolve the debt. On your second phone call with our office you retracted that you wanted to resolve the matter and your account was documented as dispute. Documentation has been sent to the address that we have for you. You or your family members are not being harassed as your account was closed and sent back on April 5, 2017 when you disputed the matter. At this time we have made the decision to discontinue collection efforts, you will not receive any further communication from this office. Regards, Nick W.

Dear Ms. [redacted], FMR has been contracted to handle a personal business matter attached to your name. so we are unable to discuss the details of this matter with you, therefore you would not know what this matter was pertaining to. We respectfully disagree with your statement that you are being harassed seeing as we attempted to contact you, in which you returned the phone call and since have not been contacted from this office. Your account has been closed and returned. You will not receive any further communication from FMR. Regards, Nick W.

Forward
Movement Recovery (“FMR”) has received the above complaint from Ms. [redacted] and
appreciates the opportunity to respond in kind. FMR
is a collection agency who was contacting Ms. [redacted] to collect on a loan...

that
was placed in our office. The unpaid personal loan in Ms. [redacted]’s name originated
with [redacted] Holding. The last four account number digits are [redacted].  We are attaching the verification of debt
letter with our response as Ms. [redacted] has requested in her complaint. We only spoke with Ms.
[redacted] on October 29, 2015.  She claimed
that only some of the information we had was correct when we verified her
information.  Most importantly, Ms. [redacted] told our representatives that what our records indicated for Ms. [redacted]’s place
of employment, was where her mortgage was held.
An employee was arrested for identity theft and she believed that this
was something that stemmed from that incident.
Our representative told Ms. [redacted] that her account would be closed and
asked her to call our office if there was any further information she would
need from FMR. We are not sure where
the additional allegations Ms. [redacted] is stating in her complaint are from.  We believe that she may be receiving calls
from other agencies but can assure Ms. [redacted] and your office that our
representative was courteous and worked with Ms. [redacted] regarding closing her
account due to, what we can only imagine, was a hard and scary time in her
life.  We can further assure Ms. [redacted] that there will be nothing notated on her credit report from our agency and we
will ensure that her account is closed and will not be resold. No further calls to Ms.
[redacted] will take place and we encourage her to contact FMR if she receives any
additional calls regarding this account so we may address and forward the issue
to the proper authorities. Please
contact the undersigned if we can be of any additional help in this matter. Sincerely, Nick W. Authorized
Representative of Forward
Movement Recovery

Dear Mr. [redacted], FMR has been contracted to collect on debt attached to your name. The conversations that you had with the representatives of this company have been reviewed. You stated that you knew the individual that had established this debt in your name and they would be contacting the office...

to resolve the issue. In your complaint you state that your “ex” provided proof that this was paid in 2011. So the company that you should be slandering is the company that sold a debt that was paid in 2011, not FMR. Your allegations that this office is a scam or attempting to extort money from anyone are untrue and libel. We can assure you that there will be no further communication with you or anyone associated with this file from this office. Regards, Nick W.

Dear Ms. [redacted], FMR has been contracted to collect on debt attached to your name. On August 4, 2016 when you first called into our office your name and the last four digits of your social security number were verified due to federal privacy laws. Without verifying this information we are unable to...

disclose the debt to you. Any other information including your email, bank account information, and place of employment, were placed with our office along with the debt. This information was given to you in order to help you recall the debt. In any case, you did dispute this matter and requested documentation to your email, which was sent to you and provided any and all information about the debt. At no time were you threatened with court proceedings or told that you committed fraud, you were simply asked to contact this office back after reviewing the validation of debt letter. FMR is not a credit reporting agency we are only attempting to help you resolve this matter. As of August 9, 2017 your account has been documented as dispute and closed. You will not receive any more phone calls from this office. Regards, Nick W.

Dear Ms. [redacted], We are sure you do not have the correct company. We even spoke with your legal representation a [redacted] from [redacted], at which point we restructured your arrangement to fit your pay schedule. If you can provide information to the contrary please do. Regards, Nick W.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, there shouldn't be a 'disputed' record as I have never had a loan, or done business with this company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to...

complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  It would be good if they changed their collection tactics to be within the laws of the Fair Debt Collection Act. Harassing an individual and many acquaintances multiple times per day on a daily basis is definitely not within the legal parameters of collecting a debt. Also, when attempting to collect a debt, it would be nice if you had the information in order to verify said debt, such as original company the debt was with, the date the debt was incurred, etc. With so many scams and identity thieves out there, it would behoove your company to know what they are talking about before contacting and harassing an individual for payment.

as long as a letter was sent. At that time you verified your email and it was explained to you that the document may take up to 24 business hours to be sent. Due to the weekend and holiday you received your letter on the next business day. The mailing address provided on the document is a valid address and we are not sure why this in question. Respectfully based on your statement we have decided to close and send your account back. You will no longer receive calls from this office. Regards, Nick W.
