I have ordered a bath bomb from Fragrant Jewels a week ago (03/07/16) with 3-day shippingIt's been days today and I still haven't received my order, let alone a tracking number or anything! I keep checking my order history to see if there may be a change, however, the order still says unfulfilled every timeVery disappointedNever ordering from them again

Absolutely love love your products!! The scents are awesome and my personal favorite is your bath bombs they are just wonderful!! And the rings that u get inside are cute and pretty I personally have only gotten rings worth between 10&25 dollars however they are pretty and have one that's my favorite that I wear regularly.

I love the products that I have received from Fragrant Jewels. I have received candles, bath bombs, scented beads. All of the merchandise has come in a timely manner, any issues with the products have been corrected quickly and precise. I am satisfied with the quality of the candles and love the rich scents.

they are wonderful just wish we could get a package deal for all seasonal smells before December as I would love to continue the traditional giving of them to all ladies in family but to pay for three is about all allotted for the family not just the girls.... say 3 for 40 instead of60 and maybe a choice of bath or smelling crystalS to add for additional cost but not full as bath bombs are the best priced and the 3 for 33 great deal ..last year for christmas I bought 10 cancels and the vip as well and then each month or two since I've bought candles and bombs ...but after doing taxes my husband has stated I can only spend half that amount this year so without changing the gift ideas ....costs are to much

I joined the VIP program, which ships a candle every month for $32.99. I August, I went online and changed my address. They continued to send to the wrong address and said they couldn't see where I had changed it even though I could see it in front of me. Customer service agent argued with me. I told him to cancel my subscription

I have loved my candles!! They smell better than any I've ever had and last a long time! My rings have all been so beautiful!This is the greatest idea! It's like the Cracker Jack box for grown-ups! I can't wait to order my next candle in anticipation of the next treasure!

My experience with this company was exceptional. I received my nicely wrapped package much faster than I expected, the candle I chose smelled fabulous, and the ring inside is not worth much but it's beautiful and the experience was altogether terrific. I will buy again.
