Dissatisfied! Ordered a jewel bath bomb and with my first order they were giving me an additional ring as a giftHowever, you cannot choose a size for that giftIt stays as "surprise me" sizeSoif I order a size for my first ring and cannot order my size for the giftyou can get a size for the gift and there is nothing you can do about itSo the gift is worthless if you can't wear itSent an emailit's been days still no response even though it says someone with respond within hrsSent a message on the site as "chat" and I would have been better off talking to a computer than this customer service repShe had no empathy at allAlso it is now day since I ordered and it is still in a "processing" mode, but they took my money on day one

I have been extremely happy with my purchases from Fragrant JewelsI am sorry that I can no longer order Jasmine Gardenia as that is my favoriteI find their candles very fragrant and as describedI would recommend them to anyoneI find them to be pretty expensive, but worth the price

I have always been satisfied with what I have recievedI have candles bath bombs and fragrance beadsI love all of them, but especially the bath bombsThey make your bath so relaxing and smelling beautifulRight now I have on hand

Love the candles, the rings,bath bombs had great service A little high priced but I still love the products

I really love these products

The scent of the candle is very pleasing and they burn for hours! I have been a customer for almost year now and have only had problem and as soon as I called them they corrected itKeep the great smells coming!

My complaint is that Everytime I try to get ahold of someone because they sent me the wrong item thy say that someone will contact me but I've been wait over a month to talk to someoneThis will be the last time I ever use themIf I were you find some place else to purchase items

I ordered from fragrantjewels for approximately months and spent approximately $2,They messed up my third and fourth orders but I kept ordering from them anyway every time I called I would get someone different and customer service and one person would promise me something and then the other person would tell me that I couldn't get what the first person promised the final straw was when I ordered two of the Mother's Day love candles that was supposed to be on time for Mother's Day I got two one two weeks later and I got the other one a month later and I didn't get the free gift that came with it so therefore I ended up having to go out and spend more money getting Mother's Day gifts for my sister and my niece and had to cancel the payment to get it back from fragrant jewels which also cost me $to cancel the paymentThe Rings are all plated and if you want a sterling silver ring he had to order the most expensive candle that they haveIf their customer service has been better and if I would have gotten my products in a timely manner I probably would have still been ordering from them but I decided to go ahead and start making my own candles and I couldn't be happier with my own products I'm making everything that they have and more and have a lot more of a selectionKeep your eyes open because my store will be opening in the spring of

Been a long time customer of Fragrant Jewels and have had much mixed experience with them Place about 30+ orders with them over a year (To the time of this review)
There candles, beads and bath bombs are very nice, nicely presented, well packaged (Although you can experience the odd breakage), there costume jewelry is quite nice as well (It's Rhodium Plated so it does keep a nice shine and does not leave the green mark Although it will eventually wear our and then start to leave marks on the skin) Most of there candles are coconut oiled based Over the odd rings we received we only had about duplicates There chance of winning higher dollar rings is actually valid as we won a $one and had several friend win $or $ There ring prize system it uses is not great as there is lots of confusion with I or or O and 0, we also had the codes partially wipe on the foil due to then having coconut oiled wax on them and attempting to clean themI have also received code slips without any codes on them as well
There terms state that shipping can take up to days (In the fine print that Business days so it more like weeks) What they don't tell you is that the processing also can take up to Business days on top of the shipping So orders sometimes take a month to get to you They also have a habit of printing a shipping label with a tracking number but then shipping it a week or so later (Due to the candles being made on demand and sometime your candle is not made in that weeks batch) I had one never ship after weeks which I contacted them on and they reshipped it Around the big girly times of the year the shipping times get really woeful (Valentines Day, Mothers day and Christmas) Plan accordingly when you make an order around these times Most orders I place have taken weeks but have had some take over a month Best time was days from order to received worst was days They will process your payment option at the time of the order and not when they ship your item
Occasionally you will get the wrong item (Substituted item?) the most frustrating is when you get the wrong size or a product without a ring (The best way to fix this is contact customer service and get them to just send the right size ring, never send anything back to be switched out as it will be months to process it) Also they do run promotions that occasionally will get you free rings, jewelry etc this is very hit and miss as I experienced about a 50% rate of not getting the freebie The Freebie also conveniently does not show up on your order online
There customer service is woeful, disjointed and if you have to deal with them a right pain There Facebook Page is heavily censored and negativity will be removed, hidden or deleted Unless it a glowing review of rings or banter about candles it usually gets removed (Although there been a lot of people complaining so you will see a few posts, comments slip though the cracks.) Generally if something goes wrong turning to FB to rant is only going to make you more frustrated when you post, message goes away because the company deletes it There phone service you can expect long times of waiting on hold (They had many changes to there phone service thankfully they have done away with call centers in India) There Email service takes day for anyone to respond and sometime back and forth takes weeks You will also bounce around between different people (Makes me think there CS team has high turnover)
Over the life time of me being there customer I experienced delayed, late or missing shipments Wrong product, wrong ring sizes Waited months for a $won ring to be shipped (Which we also had to contact them on because they did not contact us at least times) And almost all iteration with customer service has been long, needlessly drawn out and had to have multiple contacts But on the plus side I received product every time I ordered (A couple of times I had stuff substituted with no warning or explanation) Most customer service problems take several weeks to be fixed, I had one problem that took them months to fix (Which was caused by me exchanging products due to ring size Again never send anything back to them, if the size is wrong get them to just send out a new ring If the product is wrong, get them to send out a replacement with a RMA and not just the RMA or just suck it up enjoy whatever you got rather then deal with there woeful customer service
Overall once you rap your head around there customer service being awful and shipments taking almost a month your customer experience with them will be okay Rest assured if something goes wrong it will take patients your end to get it fixed do not expect Fragrant Jewels to take ownership of said problem I really enjoyed there candles and rings but not dealing with any problems I had (Which if the company was run better should never be so long and drawn out)

My candles got here right when expected!!! Customer service was so helpful and fast when I couldn't find my tracking numberThe candles smell AMAZING and my whole house smells wonderful the bath bomb made my skin so soft and the scent was lingering buy not overwhelming!!!! My rings are beautiful but honestly just a bonusI will definitely be ordering from them again and recommending them to others!!!

I am very happy with my experience with Fragrant JewelsAt first I was not but they made sure that every thing that I had too complain about was settledI am very pleased with how they handled everything, they are the bestThank you so much

While I love the scents of the products, I was a bit disappointed with the order I received this timeMy order was incorrect, and the bonus item I was supposed to receive (though finally found) was not what it was claimed to beI understand that sometimes orders can not be fulfilled exactly as ordered due to running out of an item ect., but an email explaining the situation (if that was the case) would have been nice
And there really is no excuse for the necklaceIf it said it was supposed to have crystals it should have them

Absolutely love my candles and bath bombs The rings are very pretty and I have even given some as giftsMy friends loved them too and love showing off their rings

This made in america candle company, has supplied me with their product for over six months and I would like to say that they have been very prompt with their deliveries I have enjoyed the fragrance and quality that make up their product

I love them!!! They scents are great and the ring selection is amazing
Only complaint is I recently got a wax tart order and the wax leaked into the plastic ball getting on my ring...maybe continue to use the foil wrap in the tarts as well!
