I like there products and their serviceI have contacted them twice and they helped me both timesI love my candles they have and the rings are a bonus, the candles leave my house smelling so great

I ordered from this company on December 17, I received an email from them, the next day, stating my order was on the way, they even sent me a UPS tracking number, which did not work On December 26, I sent them an email asking where my order was On December 28, I received the following reply:
"Thank you for your emailAfter carefully researching this package for you, it looks like the label was created but never shipped outWe truly apologize for the delayI have requested that this order go out immediatelyAgain we regret any inconvenience this may have caused youIf there is anything else we can help you with, just let me know."
So I waited I try to track the package several times, but the tracing number would not work
On January 1, I sent them another email and got the following response on January 2, 2016"
"Thank you for your emailAfter carefully researching this package for you, it looks like the label was created but never shipped outWe truly apologize for the delayThis has been reported on 12/28/and you will received your package as soon as possibleAgain we regret any inconvenience this may have cause youPlease let us know how we can improve your shopping experience with Fragrant Candles"
I have emailed them, yet again, today January 6, Waiting to see if I ever received my order

I love the candlesI love the bath bombsAnd I like the pearlsGreat scent , and it lasts longstars as far as I'm concerned

I ordered a candle close to one month ago and after numerous attempts to get a response, through numerous emails, I still have not received the candle or a responseThis company lies and is not trustworthyI will never do business with this company again!!!

Please stay away from ordering from Fragrant Jewels unless you enjoy horrible service, ungodly wait times on order processing and even longer shippingWe placed an order on March 20th and regardless of their website saying 3-days shipping, it has nearly been two months now and nothing has arrivedWe've tried to contact them by email (with no response or a generic response not providing any help) and by phone (being hung up on several times)This is a baiting company luring people in with the idea of getting fine jewelry with every order and then taking forever to get it to youIt's definitely on my list of companies to never order again

I adore the products they sell! What hooked me is the fact they donate to pets for vets! They are an American company that is amazing and if any issue happens which is rare, they are kind and fix it! I'm a frequent buyer and honestly I'm hooked because of the quality and amazing products! I tell all my friends that the price is worth it! All the products have wonderful scents that complement any area of your homeThe bath bombs are truly the best way to let yourself Have a nice retreat from daily stress! The beads are a great product I leave in places I can't have a candle running all the timeI adore all the scents they have I love how they are never over powering but just the right balance!

After ordering candles because of a free candle offer, I found that my order didn't state I was receiving anything extraI contacted them to cancel the order as it wasn't correct and never heard back from themI sent another email approximately three days later and never heard back from that one eitherFinally, at a little over a week later I contacted them again only to be told that it had already shipped and there is nothing the could do about it (figures right?)The email assured that I would get another candle free but that I could return it for the inconvenience, wait until they receive it and then process for a refund, which could take weeksI opted to just keep them, and I wish I wouldn't haveMy free candle is amazing, the sugar plum scentThe other two, while they are supposed to be slightly different smell pretty much the sameThe rings in the candles, which is half the reason to spend so much money on these candles, are the same! Now, I don't expect a $10,ring, but if I'm going to get the cheaper rings I would prefer a variety! I couldn't believe that they were all the same ring! Never again will I order from themThere are many other jewelry candles out there that I can try

I ordered one of the bath bombs and never received tracking for itI did receive the bath bomb but after getting the ring out of it, I realized that the ring was not the correct sizeThe two free rings I got fit me better than the one I actually specified size forThe bath bomb turned water dark purple since it was Lavender
