Best candles beautiful rings

The candles are amazing. They are just the right amount of fragrance and they burn long and even. Great quality. And the rings are always a fun surprise. I love them!

Shipping time is atrocious. They state-7 days to ship, but what they don't tell you until a week has passed is that it's 7 days to prepare, and another 7 days to ship. Which would be ok-except after 14 days you get a delay message and find out your order hasn't even shipped at that point. Shipping time is a MONTH or more. They don't give you any answers and they do not answer their phones. I ordered on October 1st, it's now the 25th and still no product.

Love the bath balls. They leave your skin feeling so soft. The scent is present but not over powering leaving you to a relaxing bath. The ring inside is just a bonus.

I love all of my purchases. They are awesome. I will be ordering again in the future.

I can't leave a review because almost 2 weeks later, I haven't received anything yet, not even a shipment notification.

I have heard so many stories about how great this company is. I'm starting to think this is a joke. I placed my order on the 15th or 16th, thinking I'd receive my order and the order status would change (within the 3-7 business days). Nope, not the case. In one place it says shipped(has been for a few days) and when you hit track my order, it says your order is still processing. I've called the customer care line, only to wait on hold for 20 minutes and no answer. I've even used the contact us form. Again, no answer.

Love the products- Rings are pretty- my only complaint is shipping time. I had one order stuck in process for almost a month and another for over 2 weeks-

I simply love all my products from fragrant jewels. The only issue I've had is My last order I'dbeen over 3 1/2 weeks and I still haven't received it. But I know there's a good reason for the delayed items. Other than that everything with this company is outstanding. Regards, [redacted]

Love Bath Bombs and three wick candles. Have told my niece about FJ and she has ordered items for Christmas presents. Had a problem with first order but since then, everything has been great. Have ordered several times and I have not been disappointed. Just to let customers know, it take a little while to receiver orders - don't expect to receive in a week. The rings look great, have given them to my granddaughters. Just to let you know, the rings run a little smaller then the size represents. I would recommend FJ to my friends.

I absolutely love their products, and whenever there's a problem they are sure to respond and deal with it promptly and politely!! I know that they're super busy during the holidays, but they still do their best to make sure that their customers are happy. Keep up the good work, Fragrant Jewels!!!

I love this company!! Anytime I've had any issue yall resolve it quickly!! I love the long lasting smells and the lovely rings!! I wish with the $$ I spent I'd get more chance of more expensive rings! I hate that I have to spend over $100 to get a few 20 dollar rings

I have been a VIP member with Fragrant Jewels for over one year, I believe. The products; Candles, Fragrant Beads, Fragrant Bombs and Fragrant sugar scrubs have all been great. The candles have wonderful scents and last for a long time, the rings are a plus and come in pretty colored stones, the beads last for a very long time the lemon and rose are my favorites. When I need information I have e-mailed and sometimes called customer service. They are right on top of any questions or issues I may have. I enjoy doing business with Fragrant Jewels.

I love they products. I'm addicted to fragrantjewels now. The bath bombs are lovely and very relaxing. The candles has a very strong aroma and last very long. I love them even though I haven't gotten a ring worth more then $10 yet but I still buy them just cause of the smells. Lol I love them

I love their product. The candles last long and provide a great scent. Their bath bombs are nice to have and the Rings are a nice surprise.

This is a total scam, ads promise coupons and extra gifts and the website shows you that you will be receiving them... Until after you have paid! Then you are spammed with emails saying you didn't use your coupons for the prizes and you just need to add an item to your cart to claim it... Again! The site also states in the cart to add 1 more item for free shipping... This only happens as long as you add one item over and over until you hit a dollar limit. EVERYTHING about this business is shady and I will NEVER shop again!
