I have ordered well over 20 candles from this company. I also order bath bombs and the scent beads. Only once did my order have a missing candle and it was sent right away. The candles are double wrapped and never break. The rings are beautiful. I do not understand why so many people have a problem. I really believe people pay to much attention to what the ring is worth the the experience as a whole.
BY THE WAY... THIS COMPANY HAS A CANDLE THE RAISES FUNDS FOR OUR MILITARY VETS. THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! THIS YEAR.

I like their products. They are well made and the rings are perfect for all occasions. I was surprised at how well made the product is.

This company takes your money and you're lucky if you get your product on time if at all. If you do get your order there's a great chance it'll be wrong or damaged. Don't even try to get a hold of customer service as you'll get the same generic answers every time.

I have been a customer for a few years now, and while I have never won anything worth 5 or 10.000.00 I LOVE mine. I also have given many as gifts too, and they are ALWAYS a HUGE hit. Everyone loves them.

I have [redacted] and love the products from this company, my favorite is the candle and also the wax next I am trying the scrub. The aroma on the candles I have order they smell wonderful.

I placed an order with Fragrant Jewels (FG) online at the end of July. I received an order confirmation but no tracking number for the package. FG sent the package via [redacted] and [redacted] delivers to local post office and then post office was to deliver to me. I did not receive the package. I followed up with FG and received an email with the package tracking number and told me I needed to file a claim with [redacted] However, UPS said they were not responsible because they delivered the package to the local post office. [redacted] suggested I get in contact with the seller (FG) because they selected the delivery option. [redacted] also provided me the [redacted] tracking number. I sent the information back to the FG rep who contacted me and I received no reply. After a week of waiting, I sent an email back to the original order confirmation email and was contacted again be the same FG rep. This time he stated I need to contact the local post office to file a claim. When I tried to file a claim with [redacted] they stated that I could not file a claim because the sender (FG) decided to send the package uninsured. I relayed that information back to FG and after over a week of waiting for a reply, I received a reply from the FG rep to confirm my shipping address. I wrote back to confirm my address and have not heard anything back not received a refund or a replacement package and it is nearly 2 months since I placed my original order. I'm very frustrated with this company.

I am very pleased with the products this company offers and have never had any problem with any candle. the rings are beautiful and I am one of the happy winners of the grand prize, a $10,000 ring, which I won with my first purchase. highly recommend Fragrant Jewels both for the candles and the jewelry.

I have bought from Fragrant Jewels many times and I love their product and services! They are fast and reliable and I recommend them to friends and family all the time! I have even given them as gifts for every occasion!

So far so good with Fragrant Jewels! Received my product in a timely manner, everything is right and looks great! Received my surprise ring as well and am very pleased with everything so far!

I bought the Grapefruit Mimosa candle and it smells AMAZING! The candle itself has burned several hours a day since Wednesday and it's barely half gone. The smell, though not overpowering, filled my house and lingered long after the candle was burned out. It's worth every penny.

I got two beautiful rings. :). One came in the packaging (the extra ring I got with the special offer) and is worth $25. The other came out of the candle itself and is worth $10. They're really cute and I actually prefer the $10 one. They're definitely costume jewelry quality, not plastic but lightweight and sparkly. I wear a 7 1/2 so I ordered the 8 and it was fine.

Are the rings I got super amazing? No, but they're a pleasant little addition to an already amazing candle.

I'm eager to order another one for myself and a few more as gifts. :).

Are you going to get a $10k ring? Probably not. $1k? Not likely. $100? Doubt it. What you WILL get is a great candle for about what you pay at other big candle stores that will smell amazing and be of equal quality.

The only downside is not being able to smell them before you buy. I wish these were available in stores.

All of the candles I have gotten from Fragrant Jewels smell absolutely wonderful! Everyone asks where I get them and I give them your website.

This has been the absolute worst online shopping experience I've ever had (and I shop 3-4 times online a week) I've ordered stuff from China and it has gotten here faster. I ordered on March 1st rushing to get the free item in the next few minutes. If I had taken time to read the reviews I would have taken my business elsewhere. I waited for their their processing time to go by and started getting g worried all the negative reviews were true. On March 11th I notified them on Facebook since they seemed to reply on there. They replied telling me my order was being fulfilled and shipped out. The next morning I received an email with my tracking number stating that pre shipment was sent. I checked my tracking number daily for a week. Now today, the 21st there has been no movement of my package. If this company didn't have ads all over the Internet I would think it's a scam. It is ridiculous to have no answers back after multiple attempts to contact them.

Every candle that I have ordered has been more than expected! Will continue to order new fragrances at least 2 times a month.

It took awhile to ship but I love my candle and bath bomb!

I absolutely love this company... I have bought multiple candkes and bath bombs. I love everything about them including the way the candles burn and smell. I highly recomend them!

I have purchased several candles from Fragrant Jewels, and I have been so happy with the products. I give them as gifts, and have never received anything but rave reviews from friends and family.

I absolutely love the scents, you can smell them all through the house, and the rings are fun and very pretty.

I have yet to receive an expensive ring, but just the candle is worth the money that you are paying.
