They were prompt in getting me my order which was an amazing bath bomb that lived up to everything they said it would as well as the treat that they put on the inside I was surprised at the quality of the ring I will recommend then to everyone I know

I love the smell of the products I have ordered or receivedThey burn for quite a long timeI still have a candle I received as a Christmas present last year and it's about half way goneI have pretty much gotten rid of all my other candlesI will be looking at getting the wax melts soon as well seeing as how I have was warmersI love the fact that you get a ring with your candle and you get to choose the ring size or you can have them surprise youI highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a WONDERFUL smelling candle with a surprise for youEven though my rings haven't been worth much I still enjoy them and I get compliments on them when ever I wear themYes the candles are more expensive then buying them at the store, but it is so worth itThe bath bombs are AMAZING as wellThe rose scented bath bomb actually has pieces of dried roses in itI LOVE THE PRODUCTS!!!

I love all the products I have used so far!! The only thing I don't like about the candles is leaving black soot marks on my walls!! For as much as they are it would be nice if they didn't, I do love the smells thilike goThe bath bombs are a huge hit at my house for my daughter and my boyfriends two girlsI'm very excited to try the melts!!

I was really excited about these candlesOne was supposed to be a gift so I ordered with plenty of time to spareUnfortunately, by the time they were supposed to be here by, the package hadn't even shipped yet! I emailed customer service and they got back to me and said "sorry, we had to pour them and make new candles." Kind of sounded like a poor alibiI received an email saying they were ready for UPS pick up and it was another several days before UPS even had the packageStill haven't received them yetTracking says tomorrowIt better be worth itNext time I think I'll settle for a regular candle from ***

I love the candles but I did get two that caused black stuff in my house and in our noses

I have been purchasing from this company for a whileThere have been a couple of shipping issues, but if contacted they do their best to fix itI believe their products have became such a hit that they are trying to keep up with orders and tend to fall behind But like I said if you contact them and let them know what's wrong with your order or that it's taking too long they will do their best to fix it !! I have nothing but positive things to say about fragrant jewels and their customer service !

I'm writing this complaint due to advertisement on their garuntee to ship within 3-business daysI placed my order on July 14th, just checked my order status and it won't be delivered until July 26thI'm not a happy customer

The scents are good and the price is rightSome of the scents are not good and some of them are ok
