I love this site Ive gotten candles and loved them allThey smell amazing and the rings are so prettyI'm actually about to order more nowafter placing an order I usually get the candles within a week

Even though it says to days on the website the items

So far I have loved every candle I've gotten Wicked is my favorite

The bath bombs are wonderful The fragrance is well balanced, the water color is beautiful and it make my skin feel so good The rings I have gotten are extremely pretty I have given several bombs as gifts and the recipients have been delighted

Love your product smells wonderful service is great I love all your candles and I think this company is wonderful I recommend it to all my friends when they want something new and special

As others have noted, it has been over a month since I placed my order and I have yet to receive itI contacted the company to let them know days had passed after receiving the first shipment notification only to receive a reply that my order would be reshipped and I would have to wait 3-days for processing plus another 7-days for shippingI received another shipment notification days agoWhen I contacted the company this time, as the package seems to be stuck in their warehouse again, they reiterated the shipment confirmation number and told me to wait

I ordered my candles and bath bombs on 8/and they still haven't sent me a tracking number or any emails saying that my order is going to take more timeAtleast tell the customer that this going to take WAY longer than the expected shipping timesBut still this is ridiculous I want my money back

Placing my order was easyI received my candles in a timely manner, they were safely packaged and arrived in excellent conditionI love the surprise ring hidden inside and the exciting chance to win another ring valued at $10,000.00!! On 10/I ordered a few items from Fragrant Jewels through a Facebook ad When submitting my order, during the payment phase (via *** the first payment screen did not completely process and no confirmation was given On my 2nd payment try, I received a confirmation for my payment On 10/I noticed that my account was deducted twice and I contacted the company on Facebook to cancel the duplicate order and to request a refund I was given an order number for both orders, then was sent a response that one order was cancelled and my refund would take hours On 10/07, I again message the company through ** and requested the status of my refund and order I was then told it could take 5-business days from when the refund was processed by Fragrant Jewels which was 10/ I was again told the refund was processed and was given a tracking number for my order Each time I checked the *** site, it stated the package was ready to be shipped....no further details given Finally on 10/14, I messaged the company again on FB and never received a response I had to open a dispute with *** and requested a refund for both transactions Although *** sends an email notification for the dispute, I still received no response and *** dispute investigation was closed resulting in a refund to my account for both orders WORST CUSTONER SERVICE EVER IN MY OPINION

I love most of the candles I've ordered There are a few that were a bit too strong for my tasteMy absolute favorite is Pumpkin patch and freshly baked
As far as the customer service, up until Sept until last week I have not been happyBefore, my emails were answered in daysBut during the time specified, a couple of my emails weren't even answeredThat was unacceptable, but just the other day my issues were all taken care of
In spite of the customers service issue, I still love the company and the products
