My original order was 9/9/It took longer to ship than I expectedI did not recieve a confirmation email or email stating my items shippedI ordered of the more expensive candles and received one candle I ordered and one cheaper candleIt is now 10/12/and it is days passed the replacement order that I was told took 3-days and I have yet to recieve an email stating my items even shippedThe two candles I ordered were both birthday giftsThey are both now late Not impressed whatsoeverMultiple emails back and forth and I never get an answer back until I've emailed twice

This is a total scam, ads promise coupons and extra gifts and the website shows you that you will be receiving themUntil after you have paid! Then you are spammed with emails saying you didn't use your coupons for the prizes and you just need to add an item to your cart to claim itAgain! The site also states in the cart to add more item for free shippingThis only happens as long as you add one item over and over until you hit a dollar limitEVERYTHING about this business is shady and I will NEVER shop again!

My first order from Fragrant Jewels was for the Snowed In candleI received the candle within five daysThe scent of the candle is very nice, and the ring inside was a really pretty $ring with a center purple stone and v shaped clear stone pattern on either sideVery pretty costume jewelryMy second order was for the Flannel Pajamas beads that I got with a discount coupon, and I also got an additional ring and code with that orderOne ring worth $10, and one ring worth $No colored stones in those, which I prefer, but still pretty, and wearableMy third order was for the Fresh Cut Roses beads, which I just ordered, and haven't received yetThere was an issue with entering a coupon code, which I wasn't given an opportunity to do before the order went through, but I called customer service, and was issued a refund for the amount on the couponSo far, my experience with customer service has been good, although I have seen other reviews by people who have had negative customer service experience, so I am just hoping that my order and refund go as expectedI am happy with the candle, beads, rings, and customer service, so far

I cannot get a hold of this company at allI have called them twice and was on hold for over an hour each timeI have emailed them every day for the past four days and even though they send an email saying, someone will respond to you within the next hours, no one ever got back to me! My package information was received by [redacted] on Oct7th but they never received the package itselfIt has been over a week since I received a tracking number and no package! I will no longer be ordering from fragrant jewels if this is a reoccurring thingHopefully my package comes soon so I don't have to stress over this anymore

I like the product, but the shipping times are ridculous and the ring sizes are using wrongI havent order due to these factorsAlso your security needs improvementIm not surprised your not accredited with Revdex.comShowing favoritism toward one person is not okMost of the people who win already have plenty of money, so I person like will never win

I love this company!! Anytime I've had any issue yall resolve it quickly!! I love the long lasting smells and the lovely rings!! I wish with the $$ I spent I'd get more chance of more expensive rings! I hate that I have to spend over $to get a few dollar rings

I was skeptical at first but their product is phenomenal, the surprise rings are excellent considering they are costume jewelry, and their Customer Service is exceptional; quick, professional, and seemed honest about wanting to help I adore this company and what they do If you're on the fence, you will not be disappointed LOVE THEM!!
