I absolutely LOVE Fragrant Jewels!!! Their candles have become a very important time of my day, they are my "me time"! I have bought many of them, and every single one of them is wonderful!!! The scents are fabulous and simply fill my house with joy!!! Plus the rings are beautiful and so fun, I change them according to my mood or what I'm wearing, but I always have at least one of their rings on, and I get tons of compliments on them! Most people think they are very expensive and I love to tell everyone where I really got them! My oldest daughter just made her first order, so I'm happy to say Fragrant Jewels are becoming a family tradition! I can't say enough to express how much I love this company or their products! I also really respect the fact that they are made here in the U.SAnd are hand poured, again....love it!!!

I love their products and they are very professional about fixing any mistakes in your order! They fixed a mistake in my order immediately after I reported it to themWould recommend to everyone, only bad part is their prices are a little too high, do free shipping and I'd buy the products way more often

Ordered a jewel bath bomb and with my first order they were giving me an additional ring as a giftHowever, you cannot choose a size for that giftIt stays as "surprise me" sizeSoif I order a size for my first ring and cannot order my size for the giftyou can get a size for the gift and there is nothing you can do about itSo the gift is worthless if you can't wear itSent an emailit's been days still no response even though it says someone with respond within hrsSent a message on the site as "chat" and I would have been better off talking to a computer than this customer service repShe had no empathy at allAlso it is now day since I ordered and it is still in a "processing" mode, but they took my money on day one
