This company is awful! I ordered on Oct 5th I immediately received a confirmation email and they got their money! They website says 3- days on the 13th I had received anything so I emailed them after several emails [redacted] messages and phones (not to mention how long the call waits were) I finally got them to "supposedly" send it or so I thought since I received a shipping email with tracking #Well then I tracked my package for days and on the scudeuled delivery day nothing called [redacted] and [redacted] who had the tracking # but stated they haven't received any package just the label.......its the 24th of October and I still have received my package and now can not get a hold of anyone from the company!

I think for the most part the products they send out are good and lots of fun to useI would recommend it to others who love good scents and a bit of fun with jewelry

My very first order never had a ring in it !! I emailed the first time with no responseI called customer service and she said they would send a ring No ring ever got shipped no notes in the system were written I contacted them again they said SOIRY AND WOULD GET THE RING OUT No ring !! I contacted them again they said they needed a tracking number which I never gotNo ring It is a month now NO RING ! Customer service is the worst !!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Fragrant Jewels!!!! The candle fragrances are so delicate! The Bath Bombs are Heavenly! They make your skin feel like silk!!! Face it, your product is FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frangrant Jewels candles are a great productThey come packaged very well and smell greatThe jewelry is a nice surpriseI love getting them for myself and as gifts

I love the candles and the rings, though not genuine stones, are made well and really sparkleI enjoy wearing them and receive many compliments

Love my Endless Summer Candle and the ring the was buried in the wax...like finding buried treasure! I've had so many compliments on my ring; the setting is beautiful and the stone looks like real pink ice! Shipping time is atrociousThey state-days to ship, but what they don't tell you until a week has passed is that it's days to prepare, and another days to shipWhich would be ok-except after days you get a delay message and find out your order hasn't even shipped at that pointShipping time is a MONTH or moreThey don't give you any answers and they do not answer their phonesI ordered on October 1st, it's now the 25th and still no product

I placed an order from Fragrant JewelAnd my first order came with a free bonus ring and arrived in 5days I had a few items in my cartI changed my mind and decided to just try one item for my first order just incase I didn't like itSo I removed the other itemsBut somehow I received the beads instead of the wax tarts I wantedAlthough I did have both items in my cart at one pointSo It could have been my fault I contacted the customer service chat on the websiteThe lady was so nice and helpfulShe gave me no issues, and sent me a return label and mailed out the correct item right awayI am blown away that I didn't have to jump through hoopsIf the wax tarts are goodI will definitely be ordering again from this placeBTW the beads smell great tooGood for sock drawersBut I want something to make the whole house smell nice (Wax tarts) And the rings are really pretty as wellAlthough the ones I got were only valued at $eachBut I'm definitely a happy customer Hoping the product is as amazing as the service they provide

I have purchased candles from fragrant jewelI love themThey burn very evenlyAnd they smell amazingI have lavender and roseThe smell of both are just amazingThe scent just fills my homeI contacted the company to confirm another order and they were very helpfulI also asked what they make there candles with coco nut oil and soy and they are Cotton wicksVery natural, I am very please and want to try the bath bombsSo I ordered that and I'm gonna receive a candle through one of there promotionsThey also set me this link so I can share my experience with you the publicAnd in doing so they will be send in me another candle of my choice for freeThis is a great company and I will be telling all my friends about themOh and the the ring you get is quite nice even tho I have not won a ND more expensive ringI'm still very happy with the rings I have received Sincerely [redacted] **

This is a great company that could really go places, the products are very good and arrive in great condition, the only draw back is their shipping is not the best in the business and they could do better with getting the orders out in a more timely manner

All of the candles and bath bombs have smelllled amazing They make my house smell so good

I love the Fragrant Jewels candles and the surprise of a ring inside At present, I burn them occasionally, which makes getting to the ring a little longer but well worth the wait!

These are fantastic smelling candles right to the end! And the rings are fun to discover and no matter what the value, look very nice These make wonderful gifts if you know the recipients ring size

I love the aroma of the candles and the bath bombs leave my skin feeling soft and silkyI have yet to win an expensive ring but enjoy wearing the ones I have won
