Love the product and the jewelryI have ordered several times this past year, plan to order more for Christmas Did have a couple that were broken when they arrived, but it couldn't have been the packaging, since it is very thick and secure I notified them and they sent replacements at no charge to me I think most people have figured out that the chance of getting a expensive ring is slim to none, but it is fun and a little exciting to pluck the ring out of the wax

I was not going to buy into the hype of these products when I saw them on [redacted] However I thought why not sounds fun and you get two things for the price of oneNow I'm so happy with the product and the service that its a weekly event to see what I can order nextVery good service and product stars from me! I absolutely love the bath bombs and candles since candles are made with coconut oil it also feels good and burns smooth

I loved the idea of this productBut soon the love was met with unsurenessMy husband and I Bought the wicked set for our anniversary it was bought on the 10th of September and got a confirmation but never got a tracking number and then didnt get it till the end of September 25thLoved the scent but was not impressed with the waxas one light of the candle and blow it out and it splattered all over the walls and everything on my dresser was coveredI would have thought about buying more but that happened and I will not buy it againplus I love candles I am a [redacted] repand they are trying ro pass off one of [redacted] warmers as there's [redacted] has a life time warranty No other wax is to be used in [redacted] warmersso there copy cat out design and it Will not work in our warmerslike I said I would have got more but not with the mess I have to clean upI will stick to my [redacted]

Incorrectly charged my account a sum of money, when called offered a refund after much effort But will not refund my money

I've bought from Fragrant Jewels several times, and each time I was very satisfiedThe company lets you know when your items have been shipped and gives you tracking information so you will know exactly when your items will arrive, and the items are always as described

Good customer service and support, however there is room for improvement The products are all 5star across the board in regards to quality quantity for the price and enjoyment value

I had purchased a ring candle from your companyWhen I ordered the ring there was a promo to receive a free ringWhen I got my candle there wasn't a free ring in the box that the candle came inI emailed your company and didn't receive an email backI commented on your Facebook page about your company not emailing me back and gave me a number to call regarding the free ring I didn't receiveAlso, when the candle was lit there was no smell coming from the candleI called the number and talked to Felipe [redacted] who was very friendly in resolving my issueHe was very understanding and fixed the situation and I am very satisfied with his customer service

FRAGRANT JEWELS CANDLES I am writing to say Fragrant Jewels is a great company I started ordering my candles in because I was told were a great and honest company I could trust in every way I have always received great customer service from Fragrant Jewels They stand behind their products and work very hard to make sure that any problem is solved quickly and pleasantly If all companies treated their customers with the same attitude and professionalism Revdex.com would not need to have dispute resolution

Placed an order for two candles in the beginning of December as a Christmas gift for someoneOn Dec 15th I got a notification that my order was ready for ups, but never actually shippedIt is now two days before Christmas and still haven't received itSo luckily it was easy to get a hold of a customer service rep, who issued me a refundBut now I have to go out and find another gift and it's seriously the worst time to go shopping

I LOVE the fresh cut rose candle The BEST smelling candle I've ever had! Don't change it!

To ANY & ALL I have been a VIP member with Fragrant Jewels for over one year, I believe The products; Candles, Fragrant Beads, Fragrant Bombs and Fragrant sugar scrubs have all been great The candles have wonderful scents and last for a long time, the rings are a plus and come in pretty colored stones, the beads last for a very long time the lemon and rose are my favorites When I need information I have e-mailed and sometimes called customer service They are right on top of any questions or issues I may haveI enjoy doing business with Fragrant Jewels Sincerely, [redacted]

I am on the passport candle subscription, where I get a candle shipped to me monthlySo when I knew I was moving I made sure to have all my mail forwarded so that way I would still continue getting my candlesAnyways I have in total called the company times, and the postal service times to get this straightened outI'm really frustrated because I have not received candles from them! Not to mention I have made sure they've updated my address every time! Their customer service literally makes you wait sometimes mins just to speak to a live personThey seriously need to hire more people just to answer phonesSo over all this and plan on cancelling my subscription once I receive the other candlesNot worth all this ***

Great candles, the scents are amazingAnd the ring you get with the amazing candle is a bonusRings are gorgeous!

My husband ordered On Oct 21, as a birthday gift for meHe even paid for express shippingIt is now November 16, and it hasn't even been shipped yetCalled customer service times and no packageIt hasn't left their warehouse but they keep saying it has been shipped so we can't get a refund! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The candles are amazingThe fragrances just fill the whole house and they burn foreverWell worth the extra plus you get a ring as a surpriseIts a win win
