I have heard so many stories about how great this company isI'm starting to think this is a jokeI placed my order on the 15th or 16th, thinking I'd receive my order and the order status would change (within the 3-business days)Nope, not the caseIn one place it says shipped(has been for a few days) and when you hit track my order, it says your order is still processingI've called the customer care line, only to wait on hold for minutes and no answerI've even used the contact us formAgain, no answer

Shipping is to slow and orders are always shipped incorrectly

HorribleI placed an order on 10/A tracking label was created but my items were never shippedi emailed about a week ago to ask for an update and nothingAfter waiting on hold for min I finally got someone on the lineHe said that my item would be shipped today (10/18) and was delayed because of high order volumesHow is it okay that my order is being shipped weeks later? Rediculous! I hope they aren't just telling me that only for my order to not be shipped at all

I ordered candle on November 24, at 9:p.mwhile there was a limited time promotion going onThere was approximately minutes remaining on the promotion at the time of my purchaseThe promotion said that if you bought a candle or beads, you would receive another ring with the chance to win a 10k ringI had no idea and was absolutely pleasantly surprised that the extra ring meant it would come in another candle for free! The candles also came with an exrra added gift, a copper jeweled pinecone pendant that can be worn as a lappel pin or as a necklace on an accompanying chainThe candles arrived in separate boxes and inside the box, they looked very festive and were wrapped nicely with small gold and silver chords tied in bowsOne of the boxes is a nice holiday red that I suspect I will give to someone special as a Christmas gift I received both candles today, December 2, 2015, in the afternoon mailI recived the candles within business days considering the Thanksgiving holiday weekendI was very impressed with the speed of the shipping as well as how well the candles were packaged so as to avoid damage I have lit the candle and am overwhelmed with the beautiful fragranceI am pleased to have made this purchase, which I hesitated to make because of some rather unfavorable reviews I have seen on the Internet and on the Revdex.comFor me, the experience so far has been 100% positive...and more! This is my very first comment/review on the Revdex.com or any such site to be truthful, but it feels good to give a positive comment when one is deserved I would give Fragrant Jewels a 100% recommendation to any family member or friends without hesitationI am actually looking forward to sharing my experience with some of my friends and will suggest they try Fragrant Jewels for Christmas gifts this year I sincerely hope that this positive review may serve to help any future customer that may have hesitations before purchasing from Fragrant Jewels

I have been ordering candles and bath bombs from this company for about monthsMy orders are filled promptly and accuratelyThere is a ring in each candle or bath bombWhile mine so far have not been worth a lot, they are high quality and very pretty I recommend buying jewelry candles, bath bombs, and other products from Fragrant Jewels

Awesome prices on products, large selection and growing all the time, environmentally acceptable, love the sizesAnd best of all, they smell good!!! I've seen some complain about shipping, but remember these are made fresh to order, so yea, it might take a LITTLE longer, but not to much and the quality is worth it I tell everyone I know if your going to buy this kind of stuff online go to Fragrant Jewels OH wow! I almost forgot the rings n things! They are nice quality rings & jewelry :)

Excellent companyI always receive my orders on time and always receive what I ordered

I ordered from Fragrant Jewels on 07/03/ The website says items ship to days after orders are processed By the 12th I still hadn't heard anything I contacted them and they sent me a tracking number that showed my order had been processed and ready for shipment on 07/07/but it still hadn't shipped DAYS LATER! When I asked about this they said they'd check with a supervisor and see what the holdup was On the 13th I received an email saying that of the products I ordered wasn't available, so they were refunding it I'm glad I got the refund, but that particular product was a gift for someone, so it would have been nice to know it wasn't available when I ordered it so I could order something else Also, it says it was processed and ready to ship on the 7th How was it ready on the 7th if they're saying one of the products isn't available?! As of today, 07/14/2016, a full week after the [redacted] confirmation THEY sent me says it was ready to ship, the one product they do have ready to ship still hasn't shipped!

I've had good experiences so far and I enjoy the scentsYou buy for the smells and you get a small prize with itAlways fun

I absolutely love all their products I have used several different ones and given as gifts as well
