I enjoy the products I have received from this company however, I don't believe they have enough employees to handle the amount of customer service calls they receive I called them twice to complain that I did not receive my entire order and I was on hold for one hour both times

Fragrant Jewels has been one of the best candle companies EVER!!!Their candles smell last long and are very prettyI had a problem once with one of my orders and their customer service team was able to resolve the issue fastI have been buying their candles for friends and facility and they definitely love them tooI would highly recommend their business to anyone I know

I bought a bath bomb from them a few weeks ago and was ecstatic with the customer service in terms of changing ring sizes, tracking info, and overall experience
The product was as described and I have already placed a second order
I do not see any fraudulent activity on my account as of yet

This is my first experience with fragrant jewels, and I believe it will be my lastThe rings they put in the candles are all$runs that you can go but at your local Walmart store! They advertise all their ring appraise for $100, $or $10,Then once you are from them, the paperwork they send you days the ribs appraise for $$100, $1000etcAll they send out are$rings...out of rings and $in orders due to the cheap runs they send out, the products are just not worth the money The first day I one of the rings it lost a stone, they are JUNK!!

I have ordered a few candles after a friend gave me oneI love them as just great candles, but I have to say it's fun getting the rings even if they are costume jewelryAll of mine have been a vault value of $but they have all been pretty....not gaudy....just fun and prettyThe sents do vary in strength but have all burned clean to the endHighly recommend for a great sent clean burn with a fun surprise

I place my order and waited after a week of looking at a tracking number I was given that did not move,,, I emailed and messaged on Facebook ..Was told my order had been labeled but not shipped and they were sorry ,,I received a new tracking number and again after a week of no movement I called and was told it would be shipped and to hold for the tracking number I was then disconnected ,I called back and was disconnected again..I called back one more time and asked for a superviser , was told none was avaliable but one would call with in the hour and still no call Still waiting for package

I absolutely love love love the candles, beads and now the bathBombs the wait to see which ring you recieve its like a game !!!!!!!!

The candle made our place stink for two weeksAfter just thirty minutes of having it lit in the bathroom we were both coughing up a lungWhere is this stuff made? China? Trump should go to work on this company! The ring was completely ugly and didn't even fit

These candles are great regardless of the cheap ring you might get with them!!

I have had nothing but wonderful products from this company You can tell that they take pride in their product Any time I have had a question, they have quickly answered

I have been purchasing from Fragrant Jewels since early October, but will not be making any more orders after this last incidentTheir website claims that orders are shipped from their warehouse within 3-business daysI placed an order on Nov25, 2016, and finally received "shipping notification" on Dec6, but it was never received by UPSOn December 12, I called and spoke with someone who told me that is it did not leave the warehouse by Dec 13, they would reship it; however, when it still did not ship and I called, I was told to wait 24-hours longerAt this point I asked if they could just reship, but was refused, in spite of what I was told the previous dayInstead they offered to provide a refund and send me a return shipping label in the event the order was ever actually deliveredAny questions or comments posted on their Facebook page regarding this matter are promptly deleted by the page administrator, something I have heard from several other people as wellThis is a very poorly managed and dishonest company!

I ordered one candle and two of the beadsI received them in a timely mannerI had a very positive experience with this companyThe beads smell great and I look forward to lighting the candle this afternoon after I get home from work

Ladies don't waste your money....rings turn copper color...turn fingers green....metal chips.....the facets on the ring rubbed into my other finger creating a sore....they're a scam

Clever concept; who wouldn't want a $10K ring? Rings are junk and not even worth the price of the candle Good news, when the candle burns down, I'll have a container That said, I could have gotten a candle in this container at Tuesday Morning for around $ Fragrance is a bit heavy on perfume (Mimosa and Grapefruit) but not obnoxious If you just want to have fun and give "jewels" to your grandchildren, go ahead Otherwise, save your money

I am very happy with the candles from fragrant jewelsThey burn even and there is no smoke ring on or in the glass containerThe fragrances are each unique and last from the first burn of the candle right on thru the bottom Customer service reps were very helpful and knowledgeable and pleasantThe rings in each product is a great surprise and beautiful and different

I've ordered several times and love the candlesThe rings are very nice, even the less expensive ones are pretty and nice to haveThe one time I had a problem with an order they responded promptly and corrected the problem right away

I love, love these candles and bath bombsGrapefruit champagne is my absolute favoriteMy only complaint is that I have child size fingers and wish there was a size ring optionBig whoop!
