Great service. But the data you offer is a little small, it would be nice if people can pay for more. Otherwise you guys are genuinely awesome...

worst customer service I have ever seen

I have had problems and had them resolved ASAP! Up to now I have saved about $400 and in bills...much relief for a single seniot citizen. I pay my own billsd and actually have a better life as a result. I will never go back to the other unless they ake me. LOVE YOU FREEDOM POP!!! I tell everyone I know about you and know I have brought you at least 2 new customers who are anxious to get started..They are going to love it too. Keep up the work as you are helping a lot of people in America!!

Great service. I had a problem with a web log in and I was able to contact support by phone and they fixed my problem.

We have been with FreedomPop for several years and the service has continually gotten better.

1) I have several devices, all are working fine. 2) Every time I contacted FreedomPop the issues were resolved immediately and friendly. 3) Many issues people may have complained about may be a misunderstanding of the devices and services. (VOIP service is over data network, not the voice network), hence a little different).

I've been able to easily make calls, send/receive texts and surf the web.

In this rural area of VA where I live, internet access is expensive via satellite, cable and [redacted] wireless so being on a fixed income I decided to go with freedom pop. What a mistake! I didn't know it uses [redacted] network until I activated the device, then suffered with spotty 3G signal until 6 days ago when the device stopped working. It doesn't connect st all. I called support, which transferred me after 45 minutes (and saying they'd send an RMA so I could exchange this faulty device) to customer service because I asked about s credit on this month's service due to a nonworking device and not being able to access the internet. Finally got a promised credit. Then I was transferred back to tech support where once again was promised the RMA. by then nearly 2 hours had passed. Six days later still no RMA so I called again, had to go thru the entire process again. He said it would take 24-48 hours to get an email with the twice-promised RMA. All I'm trying to do is exchange!

I ordered on thier website and was told to try again later they had encountered a problem, twice. Then the third time it went through. Then I recieved 3 of the devices.

I could have returned the devices before they were shipped, if I knew it happened.

Two hours later after dealing with customer service, I have no account, or routers but paid for them.

I have purchased the galaxy S3 phone, got put on their $10.99/month plan, unlimited voice, and unlimited text with a 500MB data limit/month.
What they fail to disclose is that you get u get unlimited voice and text over a Wi-Fi connection, you will need to have the data enabled to make any phone calls or texts outside a Wi-Fi connection...
I have returned the phone I've bought and canceled the service, their customer service it's good actually. I do hope that Revdex.com jumps in to protect the consumers...
Bottom line, get a normal American pre paid carrier, this one is no good, they like to advertise their service free, but fail to disclose all the details.

I was errornesly charged when changing devices. After a phone call and submitted letter to support services, all was credited back. My only concern is website is confusing and not all information is divulged when looking at future plans. My new plan did not discuss how much the new roll over charges would be.

Thought they had a great product. Ordered a hot spot from new egg. Set everything up and tried using it. It seemed to work good, but I quickly disconnected, because I have wifi at home and didn't want to waste data. After letting the hotspot charge for an hour. The gauge said it used 2 gb. I turned the unit off, but still charging and left. About 4 hours later I checked the website and it said I had used 28 gb. My account was suspended I sent them an email. It took 16 days for a response, which simply said I'm going to have my manager look into this. Then about 15 days later I get charged for. Some premium service they slipped in. Called to try to find the problem. The person on the line spoke terrible English, couldn't understand that I had a real problem, and was very pushy to change my plan. Had to literally argue to cancel my account. Now 3 weeks later I'm receiving emails that my account has a problem. Can a hotspot download 28 gb in 5 hours, especially when it's shut off for 4 of them.

My FreedomPop Android pad has worked so well that it is replacing the iPad I have been using for years.

Do not get involved with this company. They are dishonest, and their phones are worthless. If, by chance you ever do get a phone from them (and you eventually will, weeks later), chances are it will not be working. And when you call to talk to customer support, you will be on hold for hours. So, if you value your time and expect a working phone--forget it. Until you get your bill. You will be charges for things you didn't sign up for, but it will still cost you hours of time to get it resolved, which will never happen until you simply call your credit card company and file a dispute. Save yourself and use a real company. FreedomPop is not a viable company offering a real service.

Freedom Pop has been very professional with me. I am very happy with my service. I would recommend Freedom Pop to anybody. I have had no problems with my service.

FREEDOM POP CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCESS IS AWFUL! AFTER ON HOLD FOR 66 MINUTES, IT DISCONNECTED THE CALL, FORCING ANOTHER CALL FOR ALMOST AS LONG.
NO BUSINESS CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE SO INACCESSABLE.

I have not had problems with the phone service.Everything seem good
