Great serviceI had a problem with a web log in and I was able to contact support by phone and they fixed my problem

So far all my interactions with freedompop have been positive

It started out badly but finally got an agent that took control and worked everything out for meNow the service on a basis monthly seems to be just fine!! We reside in a mountain area and thought it would be a problem but it isn't!!! We are very pleased!!

1) I have several devices, all are working fine2) Every time I contacted FreedomPop the issues were resolved immediately and friendly 3) Many issues people may have complained about may be a misunderstanding of the devices and services(VOIP service is over data network, not the voice network), hence a little different)

When I first purchased my phone and obtained the FreedomPop service everything was perfect with the 100% FREE limited no monthly charge service I choseThey don't charge a flat monthly fee, they are a pay for what you need service companyAfter awhile I started to see charges on my accountI sent countless emails back and forth for a number of months as the problem was ongoingBecause I don't pay for the phone Support Service I could only contact them via emailBecause the charges kept showing up on my Charge Account monthly bill I eventually was able to have a conference phone call with FreedomPop and with a Representative from my Charge Account Company., again the charges were droppedAll along I kept telling FreedomPop I am the only person who uses my phone and I am very careful about using WiFi so I can stay within the 500mb of Free serviceand that I was NOT personally going over the mb of FREE data I am given each month, and it must be something wrong with my phoneAgain, because I have the FREE service I do not have the Support/Technical Service via email or the phone but eventually they gave me technical support via email and told me a few things to do with my phoneI am so happy they believed me when I told them I DID NOT personally use up all of my data and it was something going on with my phone because I am happy to report hey took ALL of the charges off my account and after they assisted with my phone I have not had any further troubleSo far my phone and the service is working as well as I expect it to work

I ordered on thier website and was told to try again later they had encountered a problem, twiceThen the third time it went throughThen I recieved of the devices I could have returned the devices before they were shipped, if I knew it happened Two hours later after dealing with customer service, I have no account, or routers but paid for them Very displeased

Do not get involved with this company They are dishonest, and their phones are worthless If, by chance you ever do get a phone from them (and you eventually will, weeks later), chances are it will not be working And when you call to talk to customer support, you will be on hold for hours So, if you value your time and expect a working phone--forget it Until you get your bill You will be charges for things you didn't sign up for, but it will still cost you hours of time to get it resolved, which will never happen until you simply call your credit card company and file a disputeSave yourself and use a real company FreedomPop is not a viable company offering a real service

After well over a month of mobile hotspots, observations: - solid, smooth, glitch-free performance - highest level of customer service (had multiple special situations, resolved perfectly, timely, without ever being on hold too long) - not the least: BEST VALUE! Strongly recommend over any other alternative And, btw, this is an absolutely organic, neutral reviewI have no affiliation with FreedomPop and do not expect and have not been offered any incentive for this review

have had the service for several months and am happy with the service coverage seems to be adequate for my location haven't traveled out of Michigan yet, but may do so in the winter ahead

Free cell phone service sounds too good to be true Turns out, it is While one would not expect too much in the way of personal service from a company that offers their base service at no charge, FreedomPop's customer service situation is downright deplorable It's easy to sign up (and easy to accidentally sign up for extras that you didn't want), but when it comes to downgrading or cancelling your service, there is no route to follow Connecting to their customer service, via any method, for any reason, is next to impossible Meanwhile they continue to charge your credit card monthly Avoid this scam at all costs

At first I did not understand how to use this sim card,but I figured it out.The service sounds good.We even used the international service sounds good.Its a good service for free.I only use my phone to call and text.I would recommend this service for people who dont use there phones alot

Terrible phone! Takes minutes on hold to reach customer serviceCould not get phone to work after hours & days with tech supportThey said they would e-mail me return label that was days ago,still no label!

[redacted] + [redacted] = fast internet. Freedompop uses [redacted] network which has pretty good coverage and I have no problem using this hotspot. 500MB/month free is good enough for me, and I always have the option to increase the data as needed. I do not like the fact the credit expires after I think 90 days (can be reactivated every month), may be Freedompop will change that. Freedompop customer service is pretty good, had to cancel another product that did not work with any of my unlocked phones and freedompop canceled and refunded immediately. Kudo for customer service. Many complain about hidden fee or unexpected charges, I would suggest you READ carefully before you select any services or product. You can always cancel anytime if you change your mind.

So far, so good Ordered service and got my mobile phone about a week later It arrived in very good shape Looks and operates as "new" for a recertified phone Was able to connect to the Freedom Pop network in about minutes, after reading the supplied instructions Everything works as advertised and it will be a good phone to use when I need it I spent some time changing my plan to the "basic 200" and removed extra cost services, but it will definitely be worth it And if I ever need additional minutes or data, I know that I can easily "bump up" my plan online for low cost Thanks Freedom Pop for providing this great service

Great Phone and Customer Service

My FreedomPop Android pad has worked so well that it is replacing the iPad I have been using for years

They lie about about everythingThe optimus phone I have is refurbished and is always malfunctioningPeople constantly complain about the static and echoingAnd I feel bad and aggravated that I have to keep calling people back to apologize that I'm waiting for a f pop tech to email me about the hanging up issueThe phone signal service is prob just that bad and they are lieing to me and running me back and forth to McDonald's saying I have to reset it.don't get this service.you'll want to kick their but for kinda scaming you about everything and hangs up all the time.I'm not sure its worth the [redacted] unless u have time on your hands to be calling these liars and waiting min at a time for liesI've determined that they are stringing me along and none of these issues can be fixed its just a horrible phone and service that just stays broken that's the catch.Many many lost hours and trips over a freaking 10$ savingsSavings end up being a loss and a pain and suffering experience
