I became a Freedom Pop customer over year ago with my first *** galaxy Spurchased from *** for a very affordable price which included a bundle of Premium service for one yearmonths later I purchased two more of the same phone's with the bundle service for the family I thought this is great no monthly bill I am a happy consumer overall with customer service with the cellphones thanks Freedom Pop keep up the Excellent work

They have provided acceptable service for meWhen I had an issue, they have corrected a minor problem for me

They try to hook people in with free stuff then trap them because it is so hard to get a hold of anyone to cancel

A truly AWFUL company I used their WiFi hotspot, which never provided consistent connection, but what really irked me was how they repeatedly overcharged me, usually by duplicate billing This company is about as opaque as it gets--you can only contact them by email and they are slow to respond You have to give them a credit card to sign up, and they use this to charge for services which are either exaggerated (I don\'t believe in the accuracy of their data usage) or outright fraudulent, ie, duplicate billing for the same data This happened to me several times over the ~yrs I used their devices and as they never showed any remorse or improvement in their billing practice, I got fed up and discontinued service

I only use it when traveling or if my cable internet goes down but I'm very happy with it when I do have to use it I think it's faster than my cable internet and has always been reliable Only problem is I have to be in an area where there is *** ** or *** service available *** is a little sketchy in the area between London KY and Manchester KY

My honest review of FreedomPop is very poor. I have had major issues with this company just starting out from damaged phone sent to me to them telling me a replacement phone was on its way. That was a month ago and the phone still has not been activated. I disputed the charge and order a new phone again, still waiting to receive the phone. I was hung up on by tech support when I requested to speak to a manager and he refused then hung up. English has been difficult for the employees I spoke with for them to understand.

I signed up for Freedompop because it was free. However, I have had way more trouble than it was worth. To begin with, freedompop would randomly add services to my plan and charge me for services I didn't want/need. I called multiple times and the customer service was absolutely terrible! They always told me the wrong amount even though I had my bank account pulled up and visible. Every. Single. Time. I understand if they maybe read a number wrong once, but when I talk to different customer service reps every time and they always tell me the wrong amount, it's not an accident. I have switched providers and even though it's more expensive, its worth it for me.

FreedomPop is the best thing to happen since sliced bread! For low-volume cell phone users this service fills a desperately needed niche! I have all the Internet and Texting service I need every month for FREE!!!!!! I don't call at all and I don't subscribe to the phone messaging service and don't buy any upgrades and the compnay still provides me with their free, though sometimes low-quality, service that does have greater than expected non-coverage areas. I will continue to use FreedPop for as long it continues the free service.

Joined Freedompop in September of 2014. Left them forever Dec. 2014.
Five reasons this company needs to be put out of business.
1. Cannot talk to anyone. Every call is at the least a 45 minute wait time.
2. Terrible products. Both phones had technical issues and software issues.
3. Terrible cell phone service. What is the point of having a phone if it does not make calls.
4. They stole $439.00 from me. They refuse to give it back because I cannot give them a tracking number for my return.
5. Not one single transaction was what they advertised.

FreedomPop Cell Phone service has allowed me to have Cell Phone service at an affordable price at a time when my financial situation forced me to cut back on expenses.

I signed up for a 1 year of unlimited talk and text and 500MB of high-speed data. It took over a month to get my phone and get my service started. The voice quality is very poor and I had to use a headset or people would consistently hear their voice echoing. Then approximately 5 months later, my service stopped. I first emailed customer support and I did not get a response. I then discovered that they had phone support. I called in and the agent somehow deleted my account. That was approximately 2 weeks ago and they still haven't restored my service to what I paid for. Then I received an email saying that they hadn't heard back from me so they were closing the issue as solved. Even though I did reply and the complaint clearly states from their customer service rep that the issue had been escalated and they would get back to me. I cannot recommend highly enough that people not use FreedomPop.

Whenever I had a problem, the tech support people solved it quickly and expertly. The call quality is wonderful and the service is great.

So far the service has been what I expected. It is working well..
