RE: [redacted] / Complaint ID [redacted] Emerald Coast RV Center, LLC dba Camping World RV Sales (“CWRV Sales”) is in receipt of the above-referenced consumer complaint We regret Ms [redacted] ’s experience was less than desirable and appreciate your office bringing this matter to our attentionCWRV Sales denies any liability for any issues raised in the complaint Ms [redacted] purchased her unit “as is” and purchased tire and wheel coverage CWRV Sales’ management confirmed the tires were inspected as a part of prep and at the time of sale had good tread with no sign of dry rot It is our understanding Ms [redacted] did not follow the coverage procedures to get reimbursed for the tire issue However, in an effort to obtain customer satisfaction, CWRV Sales provided assistance with the processing of the claim and advised her to contact her insurance company regarding the damage to the coach Management has advised it has provided all of the assistance it can and there is nothing further it can do in this matter To that end, we request you acknowledge CWRV Sales’ position and close the matter with a favorable or neutral evaluationRegards, CWRV Sales

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did discuss the problem with the service department All they did was charge me more for something that happened while they were working on the slide I also discussed the problem of the cable at the bottom of the slide being broken They said they could not fix it that day and I was already weeks into their shop Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Their response is untrue and fails to address the issueI discussed the problem with CW who told me they would not replace the batteries, hence the reason I contacted the Revdex.comCW contacted me subsequent to my complaint but offered no resolution claiming they replaced the batteries (ignoring the fact they replaced them because they had ruined the ones I had purchased) and ignoring the fact the inverter problems started coincident with their working on the battery systemThis was not the Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 12, 2015/06/19) */ CWRV Sales has advised the consumer picked up his motorhome the first week of June and reiterates there is no additional offer of help for this customer at this timeTo that end we request the Revdex.com close the complaint with a neutral evaluation CWRV Sales

RE: [redacted] / Complaint ID 11597839Camping World RV Sales, LLC dba Camping World RV Sales ("CWRV Sales") is in receipt of the above referenced consumer complaint filed by Mr [redacted] We take all consumer concerns very seriously and appreciate your office bringing this matter to our attention We forwarded the issues raised to CWRV Sales' management team for review and have been advised of the following status:The only complaint he has is regarding the awning arms we ordered per deal He wanted to pick them up and install them himself, which he did He picked the parts up in June and he is not able to install them himself He is dropping off his unit on Monday with the awning arms inside for us to install I let him know that if the arms are actually incorrect, we will get the proper ones in for him but it would not be a one or two day turn around We are encouraged that the parties will work together to resolve the outstanding issue.Nothing in this correspondence shall be construed as an admission of fault or liability with any issues raised in the complaint filed by Mr [redacted] Regards, CWRV Sales

[redacted] had said the trim came in the wrong color and new was reorderedI don't really care who's fault it was for it being wrong, weather it was your parts person or Forrest River's fault, but it should have been reordered and shipped "OVER NIGHT" WITH OUT ANY HESATATION AS TO WHYThis is extremely unacceptable, our camper has been there since the end of July I need to hear good news about the situation and a completed date or I will peruse legal mattersI don't want to go this route, but I have not choice, this has gone way beyond what it should have been, bringing our camper in for a small broken slide wear bar plastic piece that should have been fixed in a timely matter [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]
