Our records indicate Mr*** was contacted on or about November 19, Wherein, the parities discussed a title issue with the NYS DMV and was being actively addressedIt is unclear why the information conveyed in Mr***'s Revdex.com correspondence is contrary to the information received from our General Manager There appears to be a disconnect or breakdown in communication between the parties We encourage Mr*** to return to the dealership and discuss his concerns directly Our corporate office does not negotiate or renegotiate contract terms with the consumer through third parties Furthermore, Mr*** continues to convey that the dealership is not reaching him via telephone However, we have information that supports the parties have been in communication, despite the numerous attempts and messages As we have previously requested, Mr*** can contact the location to discuss his concerns The few times the parties have spoken, the conversation was ended by Mr*** with the understanding he would call back at his convenience We consider his correspondence through the Revdex.com a vessel to assist him with his concerns and since our receipt of the initial complaint, the dealership has made a consistent effort reach him in to address his concerns To that end, we believe nothing can be resolved through this form of communication and recommend that he return to the location as soon as possible We believe the dealership has tried to communicate with Mr*** and without his cooperation we are unable to meet his needs We respectfully request the Revdex.com acknowledge same. I am rejecting this response because:Still no one from Camping World has offered anymore than a $gift cardWe wanted them to take the camper back because it was defectiveWe had no choice but to trade in the RV because we felt it was unsafeThe new shop working on it had found fuses blown, wiring that was not correct and the slide was not installed correctly and needed to be taken completely out and reinstalled correctlyShower still leaks along with a new leak coming from the plumbing under the master bedThese are things that Camping world should catch before selling to a consumer and Thor should be held accountable forWe have lost $25,Gift cards can't make that up
