CWRV Sales denies Mr [redacted] 's request for compensation and the allegations raised in the complaint Below is the timeline related to the service of his vehicle May 27th- customers come in to pick up there new trailerMr [redacted] bought airbags for his truck as part of the sales dealHe was informed that the airbags would not be in until June 9th so we scheduled him for that date for installationJune 9th- customer had airbags installedJune 16th- customer brought trailer in for warranty work which is typical of new trailers after the first or second trips outNo mention of trailer plug not working properlyJuly 22nd- Customer brought his truck in stating that his airbags had a leak because the compressor come on periodicallyThe tech determined that the bag system has an air dryer installedThe air is purged periodically to drain any moisture that may be in the lineIn turn that compressor will kick on to replenish the lost airThis is operation for this system-customer also stated that the plug that we installed in the bed of his truck was not working properlyTech found that there was a bad connection on the work that we completedThe connection was fixedAt that time the customer was made know that his existing plug in his bumper was very corroded and could not be made functionalHe was given a price to install a new plug which he declined the repairAug 1st- Customer brought his trailer in for additional warranty repairsThe trailer was sent to dispatch the same day and is currently going through the warranty processThere was no mention that his bed plug was not working at that time -I am not sure why Mr [redacted] has mentioned that we have “damaged” his truck? We agree that his existing plug is not working properlyIt is our belief that the plug is old and corroded and required replacement-Where the basketball is concernedThe parts coordinator always carried around a small Camping World basketball around with himHe is the one that drove the truck back to the tech for repairsHe did leave his basketball on the console (not in the bed)Mr [redacted] mentioned the basketball to us and we have apologized several times included the Store managerThere was no mention of any lunch bag in his truckThat information is new to usNothing in this correspondence shall be construed as an admission of fault or liability with any issues raised in the complaint Regards, CWRV Sales

Dorrie [redacted] / Complaint No: [redacted] Emerald Coast RV Center, LLC d/b/a Camping World RV Sales (“CWRV Sales”) is in receipt of the consumer complaint filed by Dorrie Esposito We take all consumer complaints very seriously and appreciate your office for bringing this matter to our attention We reached out to the local management team and have received the following response: Ms [redacted] dropped off the damaged filter to CWRV Sales and upon their inspection, CWRV Sales Service Manager, Ed Woods, confirmed that the filter had been hit by road debris Additionally, the dealer discovered that the filter had sustained a one inch deep gash in the side which was evidently from a recent event In addition, the hole in the filter is not pushed out as if from internal pressure but pushed in in as if it was hit from the outside Per our work order disclaimer, work of this nature is only warranted for one year and Ms [redacted] referenced oil change was completed over twenty two months and miles ago As a result of these findings, CWRV Sales will not assume any responsibility for the damage referenced in the complaint Nothing in this correspondence shall be construed as an admission of fault or liability with any issues raised in the complaint or statements made by Dorrie [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: can you watch response is totally incorrectI did try to file the claim as I said on the side the road in the rain on a Saturday nightI was advised by safeguard that the charges were excessive from the roadside assistanceI had to coach three days when the first tire exploded in my yard sent pictures to the sales person who forwarded it to the manager the manger toes took nor the pictures the photosTwo weeks later on my first trip away from home within miles of my home a second will explode causing almost in damage to the coachHow can camping world state that the tires Were inspected and show no outward signs of dry rot when it's obvious from the photo I sent of them with the rust on the inside of the tire the dry rot was an issueI was assured by myself person and the service manager who explained all the details to the coached us that the tires are in good working orderHowever within three days of having a home the first one blue and within two weeks and my first trip the second one explodedThis is a huge safety concern for myself and my family that I was allowed to drive off of their lot with the fifth wheel that obviously the tire should've been replacedAll I'm asking for is that my fifth will be back to the condition it was when I left a lotThis would include them fixing the damage that was caused by the exploding tire and paying the balance of $towards the replacement tires When I purchased the vehicle I didn't go she ate the price down based on the fact that the tires did not need to be replacedAs far as signing in as a statement that standard on a used purchase I believe in the state of FloridaHowever what is not standard is presenting a product being in good safe working condition that obviously is not based on the two explosions of my tires Seems very obvious that camping world could care less about the customer safety or their customer satisfactionJust make my RV the way it was when I drove it off your lot that's all I'm asking for Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: From: GRuth [redacted] [ [redacted] ] Sent: Thursday, March 10, 9:AM To: Customer Relations Subject: Re: Gloria [redacted] /Complaint ID March 10, I was told my motorhome would be fixed (the jacks) yesterday My husband was there at am and it is still at Camping World in RoanokeThey had it for the month of January and this trip they had the parts they need to fix it Now they say the lines are stopped up-the last time we were there the lines were clear We use our motorhome all year round Glen in service told Michelle (some supervisor in service) that he hated to tell us that after all the trouble we have had Her reply was we would have to get over it Kevin now wanted to write me a check for our protection package we purchased in November that has never been applied to our motorhome I told him no I have four chairs that the leather is coming off of They have breached the contract I signed in November and I know if I take that check I have just settled out They have crossed the line Sincerely, Gloria Ruth [redacted]
