I am rejecting this response because:
Sincerely,
Robert [redacted]Their stance of taking only 50% of the damage hasn't changed since I contacted their corporate office. They wanted me to pay them $1350.00 plus labor and they would repair it. If they're saying it's 50% their fault, then how about paying me the money and I'll go through my insurance. I refuse to pay them a dime for the damage they did to my windshield.

I am rejecting this response because: All they are working on is the jacks.  Nothing has been done about the protective coat and my four chairs.  They are suppose to be getting the jacks fixed now.  I am not holding my breath.  We have been dealing with this jack problem since last fall.
Sincerely,
Gloria Ruth [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I have already spoken with Mr. [redacted] and he has come to my house to take pictures of what needs to be repaired.  I am waiting for a response from him with regards to getting everything fixed, I'm waiting on the manufacturer at this point.
Sincerely,

RE:  Travis [redacted] / Complaint ID # 11107113 Tom [redacted] Camping Center, Inc. (“Tom [redacted]”) is in receipt of the above referenced consumer complaint recently filed by Mr. [redacted].  We appreciate the Revdex.com for bringing this matter to our attention.  Tom [redacted] respectfully denies Mr....

[redacted]’s request for compensation or refund of the purchase price paid for the vehicle as it is in no position to do so.   First, Tom [redacted] did not sell the vehicle to Mr. [redacted]; it only performed repairs under the manufacturer’s limited warranty.  After review of the service records, we understand there were issues obtaining the front cap from the manufacturer causing untimely delays with the repair.  We apologize if there was a lack of communication in this regard as well as any inconvenience this may have caused.   It is important to note, Tom [redacted] has no control over the timely receipt of parts on order from the manufacturer or other third parties. We further understand that all repairs were completed as of December 23, 2015 and Tom [redacted] contacted Mr. [redacted] to advise his vehicle was ready for pick up that same day.  When Mr. [redacted] did not show to take possession of his vehicle as scheduled, Tom [redacted] contacted him and twice offered to deliver his vehicle to him at no charge.  However, in January 2016, Mr. [redacted] advised he was not going to pick up the unit.  It is important to understand that the vehicle remains on the premises at Mr. [redacted]’s sole risk and expense.  Tom [redacted] disclaims all liability in the event the vehicle is damaged for any reason, including inclement weather, vandalism, and theft.  We strongly recommend Mr. [redacted] contact the service department as soon as possible and make arrangements to pick up his vehicle. Nothing in this correspondence shall be construed as an admission of fault or liability with regard to any issues raised in the complaint or statements made by Mr. [redacted].   Regards, CWRV Sales

I am rejecting this response because: This is another case of Camping World distorting the truth.  They called one time the day before they sent their reply to the Revdex.com.  This is not making attempts other then to cover themselves.  We were out of the country in Nassau during the Hurricane.  I was not able to talk to them but did receive the email.  As soon as we returned to the states we called [redacted] on Monday 10/10.  He was not in so I left a message.  [redacted] called my wife and talked to her for a few minutes. His response to my wife was the following per my wife.He stated a couple of times that it is not good business practice to return trailers after they have been sold and I replied back that it also wasn't a good business practice to sell faulty or damaged trailers and say they are good.  He asked me how much I would accept and I told him I do not have any of the paperwork with me and I was at work so I did not know and asked for him to call [redacted] and talk to him about the option of how much to return the trailer.  He said he would call and then we hung up. When [redacted] called me he made the same comments regarding bad business practices and I informed him lying and being deceptive is bad business.  He asked when I could bring the trailer back and they would fix the slide only.  At no time did he make an offer on the trailer.  I asked if that was all they could do and he said yes that was it.  He again implied that it was our fault because we looked at the trailer on the lot.  I would like to point out it was dark inside the trailer so we could not see the water damage and the portion of the slide out that is leaking is because of a bad seal and the bad part is located in an area that was inaccessible to me due to where it was parked.I agree it is not good to return items and I had no intention to.  I paid cash for the unit.  If [redacted] is serious about working with us other than blaming us and doing the minimum to fix the situation we are willing to listen.  They can at least make us some sort of an offer on the unit.  I realize that I will take a loss but we would like to be done with this; however we do not want to take a large loss.  I did tell [redacted] that I would be speaking to my Lawyer.  Hopefully we can settle this amicably with out getting lawyers involved. It is sad that when buying a house or a car realtors/dealers are required to disclose issues I guess when selling an RV they are not required to and then blame the customer.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
