very seriously and appreciate your office for bringing this matter to our attention.                 We conducted an inquiry with the local management team and have been advised that the parties have been in direct communication.  CWRV Sales’ General Manager, [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] recently spoke about his concerns. Mr. [redacted] offered to assist him with finding a service center to address the warranty issues, to which Mr. [redacted] declined the offer.  It is important to note that Ms. [redacted] is fully aware of the tag and title fee issue and how to proceed.  To that end, we believe there is nothing further we can do to assist Mr. [redacted] and consider this matter closed.         Nothing in this correspondence shall be construed as an admission of fault or liability in connection with any issues raised in the complaint or statements filed by Mr. [redacted].

seriously and appreciate your office for bringing this matter to our attention.   During the credit application process it was discovered that Mr. [redacted] provided his wife’s income instead of his own.  Proof of income is an industry standard, and when Mr. [redacted] could not provide this information he was declined.  Additionally, the dealer confirmed that they did not receive a counter offer from any lender once it was discovered that Mr. [redacted] could not prove his income.  The dealer also tried to obtain financing in his wife’s name but this was also declined.  To that end, we consider this matter closed and request your office acknowledge same.    Nothing in this correspondence shall be construed as an admission of fault or liability with respect to any issues raised in the complaint.

our attention.  CWRV Sales denies the allegations raised in the complaint and asserts it performed the services requested by Mr. [redacted].  After the work was completed Mr. [redacted] assessed the work order, signed and paid the invoice.   However, in the interest of customer satisfaction CWRV Sales' management has agreed to refund Mr. [redacted] $129.00 to resolve the dispute.  Please allow 7-14 days for receipt.  If he has any questions or concerns we request that he contact the General Manager at 603-798-4030.  With the customer's tender we will consider this matter resolved and request your office acknowledge same.  Nothing in this correspondence shall be construed as an admission of fault or liability with any issues raised in the complaint filed by [redacted].Regards,  CWRV Sales

I am rejecting this response because: this is an issue that corporate management and ownership is well aware of the issue. Robert Scott [redacted]  To clarify the complaint is about the R-Dome awning with screen room not the trailer itself .  The R-dome was included in the purchase contract of the trailer.  it is incorrectly identified as " tent camper" in the "other conditions of sale".  The owner is Robert [redacted] the trailer is 2015 Forest River R-pod-171.  Stock #533428.  It was purchased at Camping world, Saukville, WI but was in the inventory of Camping Word , De Forest, WI.  If any other information needed, please request

matter to our attention. We reached out to the local management team and have been advised that CWRV Sales General Manager, Chris Searcy recently spoke with Mr. [redacted].  Previously the dealer was waiting on parts to be shipped from the manufacturer. Please note, CWRV is not in control of the amount of time it takes to receive parts from the manufacturer.   Additionally, the new springs that the dealer received this week still do not work properly.  The dealer has been in contact with the manufacturer and they are waiting on another cable to be sent.  Per Mr. [redacted] request, CWRV will update Mr. [redacted] when the parts have been received and the work is complete.   Nothing in this correspondence shall be construed as an admission of fault or liability with respect to any issues raised in the complaint. Respectfully, CWRV Sales

Camping world is so concerned they don't even bother to get my name correct. I am not Mr Clayton. They have ignored my issues and not offered fair compensation. The trailer has double the amount of issues that it did when I first filed the complaint. The trailer sat on their lot through summer, winter, and spring without any of the required maintenance. I have the records that the manager sent me showing that no required maintenance was completed while it was in their possession. Not sure what else to do as it is impossible for them to go back in time and complete the maintenance, I expect so many more issues because they failed to maintain the trailer which they deceptively sold to me as new. I'd really like a real response from their corporate office. I had to reach out many times just to finally speak with the manager and he was not helpful in any way.

I will fax all the documents that are from camping world to prove the did not complete any of the required maintenance. Corporate hadn't offered any solutions to their deceptive sales practices that allowed a trailer to sit for a year with no maintenance then be sold to me as new. There are currently 50+ issues with the trailer and at this point something drastic needs to be done.

CWRV Sales’ General Manager, [redacted] previously offered to assist him with finding a service center to address the warranty issues, to which Mr. [redacted] declined the offer.  In regards to the estimate referenced by Mr. [redacted], there would be no need for an estimate as the repairs are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.  It is important to note that Mr. [redacted] will need to follow the manufacturer’s policy regarding the warranty repairs.  To that end, we believe there is nothing more we can do to resolve this matter and request your office acknowledge the efforts and close the matter with a neutral or favorable evaluation. RE:  Gregory [redacted] / Complaint ID [redacted] CWRV Sales is in receipt of the rebuttal response filed by Mr. [redacted].  We regret Mr. [redacted] is dissatisfied with the company's position.  CWRV Sales hereby reiterates its original response.  With regard to his claims about the extended service plan (ESP) he purchased.  The ESP is valid at ALL CAMPING WORLD locations for a $50 deductible.  If he is unable to return to a Camping World location he can go to a local repair shop and the deductible would be $100.  If Mr. [redacted] needs a copy of his ESP, the location would be more than happy to provide him with a copy.  Nothing in this correspondence shall be construed as an admission of fault or liability with any issues raised in the complaint or any statements filed by Mr. and Mrs. [redacted].Regards, CWRV Sales
