Sincerely,

very seriously and appreciate your office bringing this matter to our attention.               We conducted an investigation into the issues raised in the Complaint and found no records related to Pedro [redacted].  Based on the information provided in the Complaint, we discovered Pedro [redacted] is not a party to the purchase transaction of the subject RV.  It is important to understand that our company does not comment or discuss consumer transactions with or through third parties.  However, in an effort to address this matter, CWRV Sales’ management team has identified the owner of record and attempt to contact him directly.  To expedite the investigation of this matter we encourage the owner to contact the selling dealer to discuss his concerns directly.   Regards,   CWRV Sales

attention. We reached out to the local management team and have been advised that CWRV Sales General Manager, Tom [redacted] recently spoke with Ms. [redacted].  In regards to the cancellation of the extended service contracts, Ms. [redacted] advised CWRV that the signed cancellation forms are in the mail.  Please note, the dealer will process accordingly once the forms have been received.  Additionally, the dealer denies Ms. [redacted]’s request for a refund of the prep fee as CWRV did prep the unit and also did a walkthrough with Ms. [redacted].  At that time no problems were raised. I am rejecting this response because:From: [redacted]@bellsouth.net [mailto:[redacted]@bellsouth.net] Sent: Tuesday, December 06, 2016 11:26 AM To: Revdex.com Info <[email protected]> Subject: # [redacted]  This is the email I am sending to Camping World of Nashville, TN, please read and kindly respond to me. [redacted] #[redacted]                                 [redacted], I thought we were making progress on getting our camper done, but I guess not. Last time when we left there approving the vinyl installation, it was only going to be about 1 1/2 weeks before being completed, that was Nov 11, 2016. Here it is almost 30 days later and still no camper? [redacted] had said the trim came in the wrong color and new was reordered. I don't really care who's fault it was for it being wrong, weather it was your parts person or Forrest River's fault, but it should have been reordered and shipped "OVER NIGHT" WITH OUT ANY HESATATION AS TO WHY. This is extremely unacceptable, our camper has been there since the end of July 2016. I need to hear good news about the situation and a completed date or I will peruse legal matters. I don't want to go this route, but I have not choice, this has gone way beyond what it should have been, bringing our camper in for a small broken slide wear bar plastic piece that should have been fixed in a timely matter.   [redacted]
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We will contact the location's management team to advise of the ongoing issue.  We apologize for the continued inconvenience.

Complaint: 11567837
I am rejecting this response because: We needed our 5th wheel to live in and it was sitting there waiting for all of the parts to get there. After being in constant contact the parts were never there for us to take it back and waiting on Dutchman we contacted Dutchman and we were told the warranty check for the repairs had already been sent to the dealers. NOW because of this process the service manager has called several times and told me to "get the fking unit out of there". I have since picked it up my 5th wheel and had to sneak in after Chuck was yelling at me to "come meet him face to face".This completely unacceptable behavior and now I dont know what I will be able to do since im scared to go back in there.
Sincerely,
Edward [redacted]

From: GRuth [redacted]] Sent: Thursday, March 10, 2016 9:34 AM To: Customer Relations <[email protected]> Subject: Re: Gloria [redacted]/Complaint ID 11018358   March 10, 2016   I was told my motorhome would be fixed (the jacks) yesterday.  My husband was there at 8 am and it is still at Camping World in Roanoke. They had it for the month of January and this trip they had the parts they need to fix it.  Now they say the lines are stopped up-the last time we were there the lines were clear.  We use our motorhome all year round.  Glen in service told Michelle (some supervisor in service) that he hated to tell us that after all the trouble we have had.  Her reply was we would have to get over it.  Kevin now wanted to write me a check for our protection package we purchased in November 2014 that has never been applied to our motorhome.  I told him no.  I have four chairs that the leather is coming off of.  They have breached the contract I signed in November 2014 and I know if I take that check I have just settled out.  They have crossed the line.
Sincerely,
Gloria Ruth [redacted]
