attention.                  CWRV Sales denies Mr. [redacted] request for a refund.  CWRV Sales Parts and Accessories Manager, [redacted] spoke with Mr. [redacted] and notified him that due to the return policy, CWRV Sales would not be able to replace the cover.  Additionally, Mr. [redacted] acknowledged that he had previously declined the recommended Protection Plan.  It is important to note that the manufacturer’s warranty only covers manufacturing defects and not acts of nature (i.e. wind damage).  We value Mr. [redacted] as a customer and appreciate his business but will unfortunately not be able to issue any refund.  To that end, we will consider this matter closed and request your office acknowledge same.                  Nothing in this correspondence shall be construed as an admission of fault or liability with any issues raised in the complaint of statements made by [redacted].

Not a problem! I have before and after photos so now you will have to go to court and pay my attorney fees an the awning costs. My attorney had just suggested that we give the company a chance to make it better on their part so that we made an attempt before a lawsuit. As I am sure you have appeared at court more than a dozen times we will see you there!

The Trailer was purchased in the[redacted] store. I [redacted]'t have the stock number as the store has had our trailer with all the purchasing paper work in for a month now. However, it is a 2014 Keystone Bullet. the plate number is[redacted]
