I am rejecting this response because: I did discuss the problem with the service department.  All they did was charge me more for something that happened while they were working on the slide.  I also discussed the problem of the cable at the bottom of the slide being broken.  They said they could not fix it that day and I was already 6 weeks into their shop.

I am rejecting this response because:  I did receive a phone call from "[redacted]" and someone did attempt to deliver something to me but they were the wrong straps.  My husband and I have been dealing with Camping World for over six months trying to get these straps that should have been given to us when we purchased the travel trailer.  We have received nothing but empty promises and no phone calls back from the parts department of Camping World regarding us obtaining these straps.  We have left numerous phone calls to "[redacted]" in the past but "[redacted]" has never returned my phones.  It is only just recently after I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com that I finally got a phone call from [redacted] stating that the straps would be delivered to us and then when an employee finally came to our house on Wednesday, June 29th, 2016 to deliver the straps - they were the wrongs ones.
