Will never order from this company againThey sent an email confirmation saying my delivery was madeAfter looking into it, no delivery was made or even attemptedAfter they had me wait hours and continue to follow up with them while they investigate, they finally agreed to redeliver the flowers - weeks after the requested delivery date!! Defeated the whole purpose of the surprise gift! I asked for a full refund and they refused, only crediting me $What a joke

I ordered flowers as an advance gift for mother's day for my mom and requested it to be delivered on May (little info: her only availability to be home is every friday and saturday due to work ) The whole day had passed and still no deliveries and no updates even as a courtesy to me or my motherThe next day, I contacted the customer service and even talked to a supervisor telling me that it will be delivered May Lo and behold, still nothing came! They really know how to ruin a special occasionAfter complaining, I got an email from explaining that non deliveries are not typical of their servicesThey even offered free delivery next Monday and Tuesday (which I dont get it why they insist to deliver on dates when the recipient is not home and obviously not mother's day anymore) and offered a discount code but providing any complimentary would not take back the wasted time of my momIF my mother knew that she waited for nothing, she and my father could have gone out to enjoy her special day

I am seriously disappointed in seeing the picture my mother posted in [redacted] versus what I paid for at a premium level for the OH Christmas TreeThis was suppose to contain roses and looking at the picture she posted on [redacted] it contained carnations not roses and didn't look anything like what I ordered and paid for the premium levelIt looked to be poorly put together as wellThis was my first and last time I ever use From You FlowersI expect nothing less but a full refund from them

I ordered a gift basket for my daughter, and paid extra for certain items When she received it, it looked like something a year old threw together I contacted the company, and send a picture of what was receivedManagement promptly called me, were very apologetic, gave me a refund, and today my daughter received a very nice basketThey rely on other companies, which can create issues, but they are willing to go above and beyond to make it right for their customers I will definitely use them again

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meWhile I was only seeking a refund on my [redacted] (which of this writing has not yet happened, but the three days have not yet lapsed) - FromYouFlowers.com were very quick to respond and address the issue.It is very nice to have another credit on my account as well, but it is the customer service response which I feel is also needing to be addressed, and it is.When the refund hits my credit card, I will consider the issue closed.Thank you all for working quickly on this issue and finding a satisfying resolve Sincerely, [redacted] ***
