A Supervisor has reached out to the customer via phone calls and emails to place the floating complimentary order but he has not responded Due to the customer using an alternate email address we initially could not locate the original order It has since been located and when the customer responds we will be happy to assist Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to resolve this matterThank you
