Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: we are not happy with this companyThey did refund our moneyThey told us they would send flowers at no charge to is but the ones they sent looked dead and was a small size when we were told the would send a upgrade to a bigger sizeSo they sent a second one agter we told them we wete filing a complaintWe did not askthem to do what they did I told them tp do whatever they wanted because I was done with themThey did not do what they promised to doSo no I am not satisfied with them and never told them I wasI wasted count less hours and time on my phone trying to get this matter taken care ofI had phones going at a time to get ahold of someone and was lied to countless timesThis I dont likeTheir people could not get their act togeth.er to get the order to where it had to go on day it was to be there a,nd we gave them until the next day and they cpuld not get there act together on this day either I spent over hours on the phone to get this matter taken care of and no flowers until after morhers day and then the ones sent were in a wilted stateSo no im not happyI will not do business with this company again no matter what they say or do Sincerely, [redacted]

I had an issue with the flowers and they completely made things rightThe company is only as good as the independent florists they use Not sure how they choose or cultivate these florists but it might be a good idea to make it an "honor" to be associated with From You Flowers This way they make sure they do positive work so they can continue to be with FYF Maybe FYF should do "undercover" customer deliveries to insure quality services

This was terribleI ordered flowers for my husband as a surprise and clicked same-day deliveryThey didn't deliver same-day and when I called they said they could deliver it the next dayI said no one would be home until pmShe said she could contact the florist and let me know whether that would happen or notNo one calledThe next day comes and they call my husband at amam! They're not supposed to deliver til pm and they ruined my surprise! So now he knows because they called himtwiceSomehow the florist thought it was going to be a piorder even though neither my husband nor myself said anything about picking them upI payed $to have flowers delivered the same day and they messed it up timesThey said I didn't get charged for same-day so it doesn't matter, I clicked same day so that's not my faultIf I pay you for what began as a dollar order I should probably get it on time, without you ruining it times, thank you very much

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Though I did not get $gift certificate as the business claims they gave me, (which I do not need, by the way, for I will not be buying my future flowers through them any longer), I did receive finally the full refund on the problem arrangementsIt was a shame I had to go all the way to the actions of Revdex.com to receive the customer care people to reach out to me which they never did to their emails etc Sincerely, [redacted]
