Worst experience with a florist company, ever! First, the Florist who picked up the order from their company called the recipient of the flowers on the day before delivery to determine the location of their residence, and to determine whether it was close to their shop, or if they should pass it onto a flower shop that was closerThey determined they would keep and process the order themselves after speaking with the recipientHowever, I am baffled as to why they had to contact the recipient to determine their location? Can they not confirm this online via [redacted] or [redacted] ? What if this was a complete surprise!? Then, on delivery day, the Florist contacted the recipient again at 9:a.mto determine the best time for deliveryThey indicated they would be there in about an hour or soSo, the recipient waited around for the deliveryIt wasn't until 1:p.mwhen the recipient received another call from the floristThe delivery driver was lost, and was unsure exactly where she was delivering toThe recipient explained her location AGAINThe delivery driver stated at this time that she couldn't believe how far the location was from their shop, and couldn't believe they choose to fulfill the orderThose issues are minorMy biggest issue however, is the condition of the flowersThe delivery driver arrived in an non-air-conditioned vehicleI apologize, but what florist delivers FLOWERS and balloons in an non-air-conditioned vehicle? The flowers were not only wilted, but of the balloons were barley inflatedFurthermore, the flowers that were delivered were nowhere CLOSE to what I had selected and paid for from their websiteI choose the a basket arrangement, which was mostly pinkPer the description provided on their website, the arrangement was to include: pink roses, hot pink carnations, green button poms, purple monte casino, and a pink bushel basketThe arrangement received was mostly purple dyed wilted daises, tons of green grass, NO purple monte casinos, barely any button poms, and the arrangement was in a VASE, not a basketPlus, as I indicated above, of the balloons were barely inflatedIn addition, 3-hours after delivery, of the balloons were completely deflatedClearly, I was very unsatisfied with my purchasePer their website, "From You Flowers, LLC offers a day satisfaction guaranteeIf you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, feel free to contact usWe will either refund your money or redeliver a new productThe choice is yoursRefunds are returned to the payment method on your original purchase and typically take - business daysWe are available hours a day to help youThank you for your business!" They provide that you may contact them via email, telephone, or mailSo, I attempted to contact them the day after the flowers were deliveredNo response days later, so I sent them another emaildays later, still no response, so another email was sentA week later, still no response, so another email was sentdays later, still no response, so one last email was sentObviously, these people could care less about my email, so I finally calledFirst, the customer service representative was rude, immediatelyI explained to her that I had emailed their company on different occasions, as I was very unsatisfied with my purchaseShe asked for an order number, and immediately said they received no emails from me, of courseI explained to her again that I had sent over the past month, the first being the day after my order was deliveredShe asked for my email addressOf course, that isn't the email address they had on file for meOk, but that's the email I sent my emails from---people can have more than one email! Still, they had no emailsSo I went on to explain the issueShe put me on holdCame back and said they can refund me 50%I asked why not the entire 100%She said because it's been a month since I placed my orderI explained to her again that I contacted them via email the day AFTER the delivery, and have been trying to reach someone sinceI indicated that I would fax her all my emails sentI then began reading to her their customer satisfaction guaranteeIn the middle of me speaking, I hear musicShe put me on hold in the middle of me speakingNot only is their service poor, but their customer service is worse! If the arrangement was just so-so, then I'd accept the 50% refundHowever, it was seriously the worst flower arrangement that I have ever seen! I could have picked up flowers from a store like [redacted] , and balloons and made a better arrangement than what was deliveredAn arrangement that costs $should not have been delivered looking the way the arrangement that was delivered lookedIn the end, they ended up refunding the entire amount spent, but I shouldn't of had to fight this for over a month for customer satisfaction, especially when their website has "customer satisfaction guaranteed" all over their website! We will see if they actually refund the money, or if I'll have to fight them for that as well!

I ordered flowers this company as a thank you for my mother-in-law last weekThey were delivered on Tuesday 9/She said the flowers started to wilt and brown around the edges on 9/10, TWO DAYS after deliveryLeaves started falling off the arrangement on Friday 9/and they ended up in the garbage by Friday afternoonI am extremely disappointed in the quality of the product that I was sold and embarrassed that the person who I sent flowers to thank ended up having to contact me to let me know about thisIn addition to the quality, I was very disappointed to see what they deem a “premium” arrangementI will not be ordering from them againTwo thumbs down
