Flowers for Valentine's Day were ordered using the number two weeks ago When From You Flowers, LLC contacted " [redacted] " in my city, they did not include that the flowers were to be addressed to "Mr./Mrs." and [redacted] delivered the flowers to "Mr." only Because of divorce issues, co-mingled familes, etc., a dinner had been planned for 2/in an attempt to repair the family dynamics that had been going on Needless to say, instead of for dinner, we had TW I called [redacted]  - even visited them -- and they claim that From You Flowers specifically indicated that the flowers were to go to "Mr." only The lilies in the vase have already turned brown at the tips I feel the sender is entitled to her $$$$ back It's a busy time of year for florists but quality and identification are just as IMPORTANT If From You Flowers cannot count on who they call to deliver an order, they need to take a harder look at those shops that are less than up to their floral standards

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me The business both called and emailed after they received the Revdex.com complaint noticeThey had voided my transaction after receiving my email demanding that they refund the order because it was never deliveredHowever, as I told the business, no one EVER communicated with meI had called times and emailed directly once and emailed twice through an online form on their websiteI never received a call or email until AFTER I filed the Revdex.com complaintI DO appreciate their resolution (cancelled the transaction and then delivered flowers to my mother for free - it was her mother's day gift that they failed to deliver initially)However, the lack of communication until after the Revdex.com complaint is disappointingOnce the Revdex.com complaint was filed, I received prompt communication and, after they delivered the flowers, I received both a call and email to ensure all was well from supervisorsThis thorough response to the Revdex.com complaint is appreciatedHowever, I will not use them again nor will I recommend them because (1) they failed to deliver my initial order and never did explain what happened and did not contact me regarding thisand (2) TERRIBLE communication - never called or emailed until AFTER a Revdex.com complaint was filed I certainly am glad we have Revdex.com to assist in such customer service failures as thisAttached is a picture of the flowers that my mother texted to me Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI do, however, want to make it clear that the amount of emotional stress of explaining to my wife that her Valentine’s Day was ruined not by me, but by From You Flowers, was a nightmare and I am aware that many others suffered a similar experience at the hands of From You Flowers and the florists that they chose to do business withI am appreciative for all that From You Flowers did to try and make up for the situation, but Flowers delivered days after Valtine’s Day, despite how in advance I placed my order, made me look like a completely ridiculous husband to my wife, her friends and coworkers, and I couldn’t have felt more terribleMy wife finally did receive her flowers and I was refunded for my purchase, but I just want to make it clear that in no way does that remove the stain on Valentine’s Day for us Sincerely, [redacted]
