UPDATE: From you Flowers called on 2/5/to apologize and let me know that they would deliver a plant FREE of charge by 2/7/Still days later, but ok Received a call this morning, 2/6/2014, that they STILL could NOT deliver the plant until next TUESDAY, 2/9/I did refuse the service at that time, because a week later delivery for a FUNERAL is RIDICULOUS!!!! SO NO! A COMPLIMENTARY ARRANGEMENT WAS NOT SENT UNLESS IT WAS DONE WITHOUT MY CONSENT BECAUSE I DID NOT GIVE MY CONSENT CONSIDERING THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF WHAT HAS TAKEN PLACE I told them to not worry about it! This company needs better tactics for SURE!!! I will NEVER be doing business with this company again and will also steer people that ask about it in another directionThis is ABSURD having to go through this times nowThe complimentary delivery would have been GREAT if they could have actually gotten it there when promised but again they fell short of even thatNice job FYFThanks for helping someone who needed flowers for a child's funeral!

I made two orders around the Valentine's Day holiday which also fell on Sunday through the fromyouflowers.com website, and received two emails with order details and confirmed with two payment services I used that the transaction was completedThe next morning I found my account information deleted and through the tracking for found they didn't have one of my orders although the charge already went throughThis is not a delivery problem, but a problem with their ordering systemThen I tried to call their company times and emailed the customer service linkI was told "I can't help you" quote unquoteAgain she transferred me to a number that clearly was not being answered on Sunday and lied about it being workingOf course there's been no email response, and the number I found here goes to the same lineSo there's also a total lack of customer service and any method of contacting them about a problem or refund despite the "guarantee" on their websiteThen I came to the Revdex.com website and sighed, positive, neutral, and negative I should have checked here first before ordering obviously I don't know how the Revdex.com can hold them in good standing and raise their rating with a record like that, they should lose their LLC license; (I'll see their county Comissioner and formally complain)It is early in the day and I'll file a complaint with the Revdex.com against this company after I'm sure it's not delivered even though they have no record of my orderSo I'm writing this review meanwhile insteadSending flowers to loved ones is an important and emotional family or romantic experience Please do yourself a favor and don't use this companyI recommend calling a local florist, they'll probably be the ones fulfilling the order anywayThis company is just a middleman website with no capacity to deliver flowers or anything Call a florist! Hope this helps someone else not go through this at an emotional time or on an expectant holiday

After write the review a lady from you flowers call and made thing right she was very nice and gave advice for the next order they refunded my money and sent me a gift card for for my next order thanks for making it right I will give this company another chance

I ordered flowers for my grandmother for ChristmasDelivery was guaranteed for Dec18thI received a message stating delivery was delayed until Dec19thI received a confirmation email stating the flowers were delivered on the 19thI called my grandmother when I hadn't heard from her two days laterMy grandmother never received themSo I called fromyouflowers on the 23rd and after being on hold for over min I sppke to an agent that said she would have my order redelivered first thing in the morning and that someone from the company would call first thing inthe morningI never received a call so I called in the afternooAfter waiting another minutes, I was told the the flowers had been delivered at 2:and she had a signature in front of herI called my grandma to confirm and my grandmother never signed for anything nor received anythingI called back and waited over minutes to get an agent again and they stated that they were delayed and delivery would be MonDec27thI said oh no this is a scam I want a refundAfter being placed on hold numerous times I was finally connected to supervisor Cliff W [redacted] (I think this is his name it was hard to hear him)He finally said he issued refund and I made him stay on the phone until I received a confirmation emailWe will see if I get my refund or if I will have to dispute the charge on my credit cardThis is a scam and they are full of excuses and do not deliver merchandise but have no problem taking your moneyDo not use this company!!!!! It is days before Christmas and the small Christmas tree arrangement that I thought would bring some cheer to an yr old is not going to be there
