Review: Ordered my 85 year old mother the Celebrate Today bouquet and upgraded it to a deluxe arrangement for her birthday. She lives in another state so I sent a picture of what I ordered to my sister so she could see the arrangement. My sister sent me a picture of what was delivered and it wasn't even close to what I ordered, the number of flowers was sparse and didn't appear to be worth the $50 I paid. I called customer service, explained the issue and initially asked if I wanted the flowers "re-done"! I said no because my mother wouldn't understand what happened. Next, the rep called the florist while I was on hold. The customer service rep came back and told me that the florist used the description list for the arrangement. The florist said they would give me "a few dollars back" but that was all. If I wanted all my money back they would go to pick up the arrangement that was delivered to my mom! From you flowers said they would give me 50% back and the florist $10 so I would be charged $15 - for a product I didn't get and was done incorrectly!! Customer service rep asked that I email them the pictures I have, which I did but not sure how that will change what has already happened.Desired Settlement: I should not have to pay anything for a product that wasn't even close to what I ordered and the company should give me a FULL refund not the partial one I received. IN ADDITION, NEITHER THE FLORIST NOR FROM YOU FLOWERS SHOULD NOT BE ENTITLED TO TAKE THE ARRANGEMENT BACK as they had said they would do if I wanted a full refund.

Review: I placed an order for my mother birthday for some flowers. They were to be delivered August 25 on her birthday to her home. I called on sunday at 4:30 to check the status of delivery. I was advise that the florist was not available they were not able to make contact to get the status on order. The delivery was set for business hours 9-6. I called at 6:30 spoke with Debbie and she advise me they had sent to request to the florist and No response. She was very argument about refunded my money back. It was the worst services & customer services I ever experienced. I did not get my mom anything for her 65th birthday due to I order these flowers that she loved. I am not a happy customer and I will tell all my friends about the services I received from this company. I requested a supervisor and spoke with [redacted] and she stated that she would refund my money back but I felt the apology was not sincere & that they should still send my mother something It didn't have to be the same flower arraignment but something for the inconvenience. I could have went a purchase something for my mother on this Very special Day
Order_Number: [redacted]Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Replacement
They should still send her a flower arraignment. I am a manager for [redacted] I would never provide horrible customer service especially due to the circumstances. Are refund without a doubt the customer is due. Why would I except a 50% off anything that is late a Birthday is something special. its not like I was just ordering to be ordering.

Review: I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my fiancee to celebrate her first day at work on 9/23/13. I ordered the bouquet from FromYouFlowers.com and selected the before 12 noon delivery option for an additional $4.99 fee.As of 4:44pm on 9/23, the bouquet of flowers has not been delivered. I contacted a representative at 1:49pm, 3:01pm, and 4:00pm and finally asked to speak with a supervisor. I spoke with Andrea (a supervisor) and she offered to refund the $4.99 expedited delivery fee and 10% off my order. I indicated to her that this was not sufficient to correct this issue and she responded "this was the best I could do."Desired Settlement: Refund the entire cost of the order for missing the delivery date and time.

This has been resolved entirely. The customer returned our call. At that time, we issued a full refund to their account. Please allow 1-3 business days for this to post. Additionally, we provided the customer with a gift certificate to utilize on a future purchase. Please feel free to contact us with any other questions or concerns. Thank you.
Review: The 1st day florist was to deliver an arrangment that was never delivered, they lied and said they made an attempt. Plus was suposed to be delivered to businesses by 5pm. They said they attempted exactly at 5pm, yet I called at 5:30pm to ask about delivery which was not dropped off yet, it was not mentioned until day after about there was an "attempt" when I complained. Changed address for "2nd attempt", which I was told by florist would be delivered by 4pm. Delivery made it there at 6pm, which they made as last delivery of the day after I called and complained 4xs about delivery service. Then the flowers delivered were not what I purchased and all the flowers were dead. Called to complain, refused to give full refund for incorrect order and dead flowers. Instead they could only offer $10 giftcard to use towards future purchase... after dispute could only get $14 credited to my account for a purchase of $50.98. Dissatisfied customer. Complete scam to get your money with poor service and quality of product. Instead of roses and lillies, recieved carnashins and tree branches. False advertising in regards to product and "fresh" guarantee.Desired Settlement: As a customer I should have received full refund. I just hope this doesn't happen to other customers. This business has lost my trust and respect. It took 2 days for a delivery to arrive that was not what I purchased. Shame on them!

Review: Paid for twice in a 1 week to get a before noon delivery of flowers. Failed both times. I canceled the order first time. The second time the local deliverer actually contacted my recipient 2 hours in advance to notify them that flowers were coming and to make sure someone would be home. This completely ruined the surprise. I never had this problem with some of fromyouflowers competitors.Desired Settlement: I didn't complain the first time it happened. I did receive a refund for rush delivery and 15% off my next order. I believe that I should receive a refund for the flower cost for failing to meet the noon deadline for the second time, and calling the recipient 2 hours in advance ruing any possible surprise.

Review: On the morning of February 5th, 2014 I ordered same-day delivery of flowers from www.fromyouflowers.com. In addition to a $1.99 expedited delivery fee and an unadvertised $14.99 service/handling fee, I paid $48.97 for birthday flowers. As of 6 p.m. when the flowers were supposed to have been delivered on February 5th, they had not been. I contacted customer service, who called the florist. The florist claimed to be stuck in snow (in an area that did not have snow on the ground) and said he would be unable to deliver the flowers that night. I was assured that the flowers would be delivered by the end of the next business day (6 p.m. on February 6th), along with a note of apology explaining why they were late. As of 8:00 p.m., today, February 6th, the flowers have yet to be delivered. When I talked to the customer service representative, he tried to contact the florist but was unsuccessful. The representative was unable to tell me when exactly the flowers would be delivered, only that they "hopefully" be delivered tomorrow.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $48.97, as well as a completed delivery of the flowers I ordered.

Review: The flower I got from them is horrible, nothing like the picture was show. I had to end up goin out to a flower shop to spent another $60 for new flower. The rose they had is really bad quality. small size and all the rose was about to die, other then the base vase that come with the flower, nothing else looks like from the picture that they advertise online. the pink rose is half yellow and the red rose is dark red, I called customer care the same day and the day after , the line was always busy , so I went online and sent them a email. they offer me redelivery for the flower, but the valentine's day is already over, which I have no use of the flower. they also want to give me 20% of the refund that im not happy with, the trouble that they cause is far more greater then the price itself.Desired Settlement: a full refund and apologies

Review: I ordered flowers for my mother, to be delivered to her office on a Friday afternoon. Payed for same day service.
I had to call customer service by the end of that day, around 6pm, to find out if the flowers were delivered. Customer service could not give me a straight answer of who they were delivered to nor any signature name. I then had to call my mother and ask if she received anything, defeating the whole purpose of a surprise delivery. She did not receive the delivery. This was already after 7pm, in which she left her office.
I then call customer service once more, only to be placed on hold again, for about 20 minutes. I explained the situation and advised I was not 100% satisfied, which [redacted], guarantees. I asked for flowers to be redelivered at her home for free and for me to receive my refund for all the trouble caused. Customer service advises they can take 20% of my order, and have them redelivered, which only insulted me as a customer. I ask for a complete refund and customer service advises they are going to send someone out to pick up the delivery, which as I stated several times, there was nothing delivered.
The following day, Saturday, my mother happens to stop by her office at noon, and finds a half dead bouquet of flowers sitting outside her office door. Not only do they look nothing like the the photo advertised, they are extremely wilted from sitting outside in 105 degree weather.
By this point, I am extremely embarrassed that I even placed an order with a company that is so poorly unorganized and that I had something like this arranged, to be sent to my mother.
I call customer service yet again, explaining even further, thinking they would absolutely rectify this experience. I am placed on hold for another 25 minutes and all the customer service representative could come back with was taking 50% off my order. Further speaking to a supervisor, only to hear the same offer and an apology.Desired Settlement: I would like my mother to receive an even larger, beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to her home, at a reasonable time of day, free of charge. As well as my full refund.

Review: I'm writing regarding order number [redacted] 3. I ordered your product called Bursting and Fresh" for delivery, and was not given the product advertised. The first day I heard from the recipient all I found out was that the vase was different than what I had ordered. It was supposed to be a yellow frosted glass vase, instead a glass one was delivered. When I called to let customer service know of the problem they offered me 10% discount, 15% discount, so I agreed to it. However the next day I received a picture of the flower arrangement from one of the sons of the recipient and was shocked, embarrassed, and disappointed to see the arrangement that your company delivered to her. When I called customer service again I was told I would not get a refund because I had already agreed to the discount the day before. I could not believe I was spoken to is really as I was, so I let them know I would put a picture of the arrangement on my [redacted] as well as [redacted] and [redacted] accounts and let my over 700 followers, including my extended military family, on each social media site see exactly what kind of product your company delivers. Finally, after asking to speak to a supervisor who never got on the phone, I was told that I would get a full refund but they would be picking up the flowers from the recipient. Are you kidding me??? Is this really how you do business?? At the very least, the recipient should have received a new flower arrangement from a different florist within your network to make up for the hideous one that was delivered to her. I am seriously still contemplating whether or not to let my social media contacts know about this as I am so shocked and surprised by not only the treatment that I a customer/consumer and she, as recipient received, but by the product that was delivered which, I do have pictures of.

Review: I placed and order for a gift basket to to delivered the same day, on [redacted]. I received an email saying that the gift would be delivered before 5pm. I called at 3:30 to get an update on my order. I explained that I had placed and order and just want to check on the time of delivery. The lady on the phone told me that they do not deliver to that address. They had already charged my credit card almost $60, and had no intentions of delivering my order. They never sent me an email or called me to tell me that they could not deliver my order. They were going to steal my money if had not called to check on my order. I told them I wanted my money refunded, which she said it would take about a week. It did not take them a week to take the money out of my account, but now I have to wait to get my money back. This business is stealing from their customersDesired Settlement: I want my money back but also I want others to be aware of how they run their buisness

Review: Someone ordered a floral arrangement from For You Flowers which was to be delivered on the eve of my birthday December 24, 2015 I am still waiting on the delivery as of today 518 pm December 29, 2015. The person who ordered the flowers has been in contact with the said company since December 24, 2015 an have been getting the run around. Including being lied to on the 24th stating that the product was delivered. Which was not the truth. On December 28, 2015 the person who ordered the arrangement spoke with them and told them to deliver the arrangement today December 29, 2015. Since then we were told that they could deliver the product along with an apology, they were told to deliver them today which still has not happened. I think this is a bad business practice.Desired Settlement: I would've loved to have received my floral arrangement on my birthday. Since I cannot get it up to five days later I'd like for the person to receive a full refund of any and all money spent. And that we be compensated with a complimentary delivery.

Review: On 2/10/2016 I placed an order for delivery 2/11/16. I received an email from from you flowers on the evening of 2/11/16 stating my flowers were delivered. I called my partner and asked how she liked her flowers and at that time was bought to my attention their was nothing delivered. I contacted from you flowers via email 2/12/16 to inform them I have the delivery email but there was no actual delivery, I received no response. I think called on my hour lunch break at work to speak with someone for them to tell me an attempted delivery was made yesterday and today and no one was home. Which was a lie because my partner works from home so there's no reason she would miss the delivery. The lady on the phone told me once the delivery guy returned back to the shop they would figure out what happened and call me back, well that never happened. Then late this evening I received another email confirming delivery, called and asked my partner again if she'd received the flowers and nothing was delivered. I don't need the flowers or the lies anymore, I have decided to order flowers from a different company and have nothing further to do with this company! The best resolution on this is to simply refund me for the flowers and delivery!Desired Settlement: Refund on the flowers and delivery charges!

I had an issue with the flowers and they completely made things right. The company is only as good as the independent florists they use. Not sure how they choose or cultivate these florists but it might be a good idea to make it an "honor" to be associated with From You Flowers. This way they make sure they do positive work so they can continue to be with FYF. Maybe FYF should do "undercover" customer deliveries to insure quality services.
Ordered flowers for a funeral through our company employee perks website. I paid a delivery fee plus an extra fee to have the flowers delivered in the morning. Although I got an email saying they were delivered, the recipient has never confirmed receipt of the flowers. Following my order I received an email saying that I'd "earned" a $12.16 credit. I clicked through the email message to the From You Flowers and selected flowers for another recipient (before I knew how bad this company was) and no credit showed up in the cart - even though the "code" did. I put the order on hold and contacted the company through their website. Turns out they don't really mean I earned a "credit" they want to apply it as a "discount" - so if the item I picked out is on sale - then no "discount" applies. However, a discount is customarily applied before the purchase (and called a discount), the credit is applied as a form of payment at the end of the purchase. No credit was applied. I went through four or five customer service emails until I finally got elevated to a supervisor - who replied that I got my 25% discount on my original purchase. My emails were never about my original purchase - the supervisor didn't read my concerns, just made an assumption. I have notified our company employee perks provider about the bait-and-switch tactics and recommend they remove this vendor from our site. Thanks to Revdex.com for the alert on the site - I've emailed Ms. [redacted] to see if she can resolve their issues.
Although customer care was helpful the florist they chose to use for the [redacted] location was unsatisfactory. I made a order online with a specific time and date not only did it not get delivered the day of, the next day they still did not make the original time promised or the later time promised. I spoke with atleast 6 customer care reps and although they tried to make things better it did not. To make matters worst when I asked for a 100% refund it was denied because they were told the drive was on the way for the second time within 2 hours! I would definitely not recommend the company to anyone unless they were to change the florist and/or the delivery persons!
Review: Ordered flowers "from you flowers.com". I found them after I purchased a groupon certificate for $15 allowing me to put $30 towards purchase of flowers. I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Mother's day or the day before. I was called to say they overbooked and would not be able to deliver until two days after mother's day. I cancelled and received a refund, but I am still out the $15 from the original groupon order. I gave "fromyouflowers.com" a 2nd chance and reordered flowers on 5/11/14 to be delivered on 5/13/14. They were never delivered. On 5/14/14 at 5pm I called "fromyouflowers.com" and again asked for a full refund since flowers were still not delivered. They said they would, and I am awaiting that refund. What a way to ruin someone's Mother's Day. Never again!Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund of $37.01 and I would also like a refund of my $15 groupon coupon. They have offered to refund my $15 in a gift certificate. This is unacceptable. I would like the $15 back as a credit to my account it was purchased on.

Review: I had ordered a balloon bouquet as only part of a wedding congratulatory gift for my hairdresser. When I went to the salon later in the day I was so embarrassed because every balloon had wilted to the floor but one. I kept apologizing but this place and the people they hire to deliver (I am not saying it was the delivery man) it's the quality of balloons they utilize should have known how embarrassed I would be. My hairdresser said it was fine, but I was in tears as that is a reflection of ME. I spoke to them (the business) via email on 9/24/14 and they stated they would give me 20% off product. I invite the delivery man and the people that prepared this mess to look at them themselves at the salon they are worth 5 and that's for the one mylar standing. I am NOT paying for anything else including their 14+ dollar delivery fee. For what? A mess? No thanks. If this isn't resolved - I have already contacted a lawyer if they won't comply with what I am looking for here where they will be paying much more.Desired Settlement: I'm looking for the total I paid on my card which was 38.98 - 5 dollars for the one balloon that is upright which means I am looking for a 33.98 credit to my card.

Review: This company is a joke. Chose the "flex option" for shipping on flowers. Said they would be delivered on Sunday, Mother's Day, at the latest. They did not arrive and I called numerous times Sunday afternoon to check on the status. Put me on hold while they called the florist which they never got a hold of, but still reassured they would be delivered. Well they were not delivered. It is the day after Mother's Day and I do not want to shipment anymore. Called customer service for the 4th time in 2 days. They said they are still unable to contact the florist. I demanded a refund and was hung up on. I called back and have been on hold for 20 minutes (assuming others are tying up the phone lines with similar complaints). They "guarantee" their product but provide little to no customer service. I should have been notified if my order was not going to arrive on time. It's ridiculous that the company cannot get a hold of the florist to even "track my order."
