Good Morning [redacted] , I’m writing in regards to case ID [redacted] We have tried several times to contact our customer by phone and via email but the customer has requested at this time we no longer contact herWe would like to respect our customers wishes and will no longer proceed to contact herThe order unfortunately was unable to be delivered on the day our customer requestedUnfortunately the local florist we typically use in this area was on vacation without any notification made to our company We accept full responsibility as this was an error on our part and have refunded our customer in the full amount of $which processed that dayThe customer did state the refund had not processed, but everything has been refunded on our end At this time we have also offered our customer a complimentary arrangement on behalf of our company as an extended apology, but again she has requested not to be contacted any furtherWe would also like to speak with our customer to provide her with an explanation of what happened as well If the customer does change her mind this is something we will honor at any time in the futureWe would like to consider this matter closedPlease let us know if there is anything further we can do regarding this case Thank youSincerely, [redacted]

I ordered a Mother's Day deluxe bouquet a week in advance and paid extra for a Sunday/Holiday (Mother's Day) delivery The bouquet was supposed to be large, have long stemmed roses and carnations I also paid extra for a Happy Mother's Day mylar ballon The florist delivered a tiny bouquet about inches tall, with roses and no balloon I emailed the company right away This is how the conversation went: Me: Look at the picture (sent picture) Wrong item Please re-deliver the right itemFromYouFlowers: Sorry, here's a refund of 35%Me: Don't want refund Want flowers ResendFYF: Will re-deliver when fresh flowers are inMe: Need delivery today (Sunday) - Mother's DayFYF: Will re-deliver on Monday or potentially on TuesdayAt this point, I think it's easier to call After mins on hold, I finally get to speak to a representative who very dismissively says that no redeliveries today because everything is prepaid and accounted for When I informed him that whatever I had pre-paid for hadn't been delivered, he says that there isn't anything he can doLast minute I had to scram to find a local florist to deliver a beautiful bouquet with balloons that day I live thousands of miles away, and all I wanted was put a smile on the face of the most important person in my life Not only are the prices outrageous (the bouquet ordered was $100), but the complete lack of accountability on the company's part is appallingDo yourself a favor, use a different company

Complaint [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is apparent this is going nowhere I can go around forever with this online floral business I do not need to have conversation with them; I finished talking with them when they neglected to follow through on their obligation to deliver the flowers I purchased for my sister's funeralWhat I have requested from the Revdex.com is that they bar this business from advertising their services at online obituary sites If this can't be done, then I am sorry for the next customer who goes through the pain and embarrassment I felt as a result of this company's failure to perform Sincerely, [redacted]

I’m writing in regards to case ID [redacted] At this time we have tried to contact this customer multiple times in regards to this caseI called him on 10/28/at 11:a.m.EST and left a voice mail and sent him an email to contact us I called again on 10/31/at 12:p.mEST and left a voice mail and sent an emailAgain, on 11/1/at 12:p.mEST I left a voice mail and sent another email I provided my direct line each time and my email so it would be easier for the customer to respond and to date I have had no responses On 10/27/at 9:p.mEST we Voided the transaction for the full amount of $$ This usually takes 1-business days to appear in the customers' account Today, 11/4/at 12:pmEST I called the customer again and left a voice mail and I have emailed confimation of the Voided transaction for his records We delivered the arrangement free of charge and it was signed for by the recipient on 10/2/at 9: a.mMountain Time Please let me know if there is anything else we can do regarding this case Thank you
