I googled a florist for the town I needed flowers sent to and From You Flowers, LCC popped up offering same day service I paid the expided fee and weekend fee for the flowers to arrive by 2pm on a Saturday I received a call around 1pm saying they could not guarantee the 2pm time, but the flowers would be delivered that day Sunday passed and no flowers; I called them and they said they couldn't deliver on the weekend Monday about they called to say they couldn't deliver until Tuesday Since I hadn't heard from them at 2:on Tuesday, I called and they said they had to cancel the order They hadn't even called to tell me! Had I known they could not deliver to this area, I would have used a different company Instead, they led me on and put me through days of stressful dissapointments only to finally learn they'd cancelled me completely I will never use this company again

Do NOT use this company! I ordered an arrangement for a friend who had a death in the family this weekI paid the same day delivery fee and an expedited fee to have it delivered within four hoursI placed the order at 10a, by 8pm that night the flowers still weren't delivered and no one from this company called to let me knowI then had the flowers diverted to her at work the next day and told they would arrive by 11aI was also told I would get a refund on my delivery feesI have yet to see thoseAlso they were supposed to include a card apologizing that the flowers were supposed to be delivered the day before (which was not included) as well as a larger, more full arrangementIt was not, it was embarrassingly smallAfter I had spoken to customer service times in the last several days and complained about their delivery, the recipient, was called and harassed at work for my complaintThis company called someone who just had a death in the family, at work, and HARASSED her for MY complaint! This is extremely horrible businessI have spoken to a supervisor, I DO NOT want a refundI do NOT want a credit for another arrangementI want everyone to know how horrible this company is and that it should not be in businessThey tried to justify it by sending her more arrangements but the damage is doneTheir customer service is a joke and I cannot believe that something that started out as a nice gesture to a good friend has turned in to this

The worst!! Ordered flowers for a friend that had a baby at 1:30pm Website says same day delivery if ordered by 3pm, recipients time zone At 4pm I received a call saying the flowers weren't going to make it that day By this time, it was too late to get same day delivery from another florist They offered a $gift card for future purchase and a note of apology Are they joking?? I would never use them again! I got a refund of most of my money and an assurance they would be delivered the next day before 11am, when my friend was being discharged Guess whatJust spoke with my friend, who left the hospital at noon today...NO FLOWERS!!! This is the worst company ever!! I don't know how they stay in business If you see good ratings on their website, it is because they get you to do a survey immediately following the placing of the orderToo early to know the problems that are coming!!

Do not use this service if you need flowers delivered at a certain time or during a busy holiday such as Mother's Day They have repeatedly failed to deliver flowers on Mother's Day for me despite upcharging me on their website for their service Although this business represents on its website that it is "the same day delivery experts; if you need flowers delivered today there is no better choice than From You Flowers," on Mother's Day and it failed to deliver the actual flowers I purchased to my mother While it is clearly my fault for using the same service twice, I expected that after dropping the ball in it would have cleaned up its service in That was my mistake; I hope no one else emulates it Simply put, From You Flowers cannot deliver flowers on Mother's Day, despite their promises that they will and despite charging more for this so-called service
