I order flowers for mother day because I had a coupon for free shipping which saved me $I have order from them before and was very happy with what I gotI must say that my Mother's Day was ruined and the flowers that was sent could have been bought at the store and looked betterI picked the florist design and let them pick what it would look likeI called the customer service number the next day because I was working late and they are the most rude and unhelpful people that I have every dealt withThey keep asking me what flower were in it and trying to add up the priceThey called the florist and said I could come in for something else and exchange for something of the same value but I didn't want to have to take it back and allThey offered me 25% off my order and $gift cardWhy would I want to order from them again if I had such a bad experience with themAll I wanted was to send new better looking flowerI was even will to pay the $difference to send something bigger and better but they wouldn't let meI will never order from them again!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The point of any floral business is to take an order and fill it, punctually, with a high quality productIn this case, the order was taken, not filled at all, and later charged to my credit card accountNow that they've been caught, they want to "make amends" by offering something that I don't want and don't need, a $creditMy suspicion is that this is their business model: Based on reviews and on my specific case, it seems that frequently they don't provide the ordered product at all or else provide a low quality version of the productWhen they are caught, then their business model is to own up and make amends by offering a creditSorry, but no, this won't work in my caseWe wanted the plant at a specific location at a specific timeThey agreed to provide it, they didn't do so, and into the bargain charged the credit card for itHad we not happened to be at the location (around miles from our home) we would not have known about their failure and we would have paidIncidentally why doesn't this company provide the customer with a jpg-photo and/or some other clear confirmation that the product that was ordered was actually delivered?
