HE PAID EXTRA TO HAVE THEM DELIVERED MY NOON, WHICH DID NOT HAPPENA PHONE CALL TO THE COMPANY, AND THEY ASSURED ME THAT I WOULD BE CREDITED BACK 20% OF MY ORDER TOTAL, RECEIVE A $GIFT CERTIFICATE, AND THE FLOWERS WOULD BE DELIVERED TO MY MOM AT HOME INSTEAD6PM, HOURS AFTER THE ORIGINAL ORDER TIME, STILL NO FLOWERSI CALLED AGAIN AND THEY APOLOGIZED AND INCREASED THE GIFT CERTIFICATE TO $15, WHICH IS POINTLESS BECAUSE I REFUSE TO USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING AGAINI SENT OUT AN EMAIL THROUGH THE WEBSITE AND I DID GET A RESPONSE YET AGAIN APLOGIZING AND INFORMING ME THAT THE FLOWERS WOULD BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAYI DECLINED BECAUSE THE NEXT DAY WASN'T THEIR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY, THE DAY THE FLOWERS WERE SCHEDULED TO BE DELIVERED WAS THEIR ANNIVERSARYI ALSO REQUESTED THEY REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE FLOWERS IN WHICH THEY PROMPTLY DIDWILL NEVER USE OR REFER THIS COMPANY
