Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was told the arrangement would be delivered the original date then got a phone call telling me it would have to be the next day and they would credit a full refund (because it had to be next day) which I did not receive!!!! The so called arrangement was not the big arrangement ordered and also was to be a letter of apology with the order and there was none so this is not resolved and very dissatisfied when someone says they will refund the full amount and does not do that!!! Charged my credit card then said the address was "remote" and would refund my charge Got my credit card bill- no credit- callled them-they forgot to refund my chargeWATCH these guys!

In regards to case ID: [redacted] . We have reached out to the customer multiple times via phone and email with no responses. Today we received at 11:37 a.m. EST an email with exactly what the customer has sent you and we responded to him immediately. I will provide that information to you. Our responses are preceded by an * Dear Sir/Madam Re: My Complaint I refer to your emails respectively of the 16th, 18th and 21st instant but unfortunately you have completely failed to address any of my concerns. I would like to know why: 1. You were not able to make delivery in the first place to [redacted] **On 4/26/16 at 1:37 p.m. EST you called in to change the card information, as you indicated your name was spelled incorrectly, the representative sent the new card message to the florist incorrectly causing a cancellation so the order was then deactivated in error. 2. I cannot contact you on the telephone. As indicated previously, when I have tried to do so I have been kept on hold in excess of 30 minutes and have had to give up in pure frustration and desperation. **We are diligently trying to resolve the call queue issue to make the call wait time lower for our customers and have even taken on more staff. Unfortunately, there are call times that are much higher than others. People tend to call on their lunch breaks and being a Nationwide company it could be any given time zone when it peaks. 3. When I have previously requested your complaints procedure, you have not provided this.**Complaints are dealt with on a case by case basis. We take the complaint, contact the filling florist and then resolve. There are many different case scenarios. Yours was operator error. She caused a cancellation when updating the order. 4. Failed to make a delivery of flowers to my daughter for her birthday on the 1st October. **I would be happy to assist you with this point, however, you would need to provide the order number you were issued. You still have a standing complimentary order from April to utilize to the value of $50.00. Please advise and thank you. If you would like, my private line is [redacted] and I am here today until 6 p.m. ESTIf you would deal specifically with these initial points, this would be helpful at this stage. I think it is only fair to apprise you that I am an attorney (in [redacted] , we are called [redacted] ) and your present level of suggested “compensation” is totally and woefully inadequate. It seems that you have only been prepared to act once I have had had to go to the trouble of making a formal referral to the RevDex.com. I await to hear from you.

I am beyond pissed about my order! It was a day late and the basket sent was nothing like the pictureWorst experience I have ever hadI was so embarrassed of the basket they sentI $and they sent a basket with less than $worth of product in it!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, things did not go smoothly when I attempted to use my credit I finally after hours later, of sending emails, learned I had to call the 880# and talk with a customer service person and give the "old" order # I found out then that the arrangement had to be designed by the florist and the flowers to be used in the arrangement were at the florist's discretion The customer service rep I received, I think she said her name was [redacted] was eating something or chewing gum and she was very hard to understand She got annoyed when I asked her could she please repeat the confirmation number! I received no confirmation email regarding my order so I had to again, contact the business this morning and "ask" if my flowers had been delivered today! Honestly, the customer service department there is a joke! The credit on the account should have been just that I should have been able to choose a fall mum basket, like I had planned on sending and I should have received an email confirmation from [redacted] I did use Flowers By You today to have flowers sent to my daughter, who is a 6th grade teacher to be delivered to her at her Middle School tomorrow This delivery, will be the "real test", as to whether or not I will "ever" use this flower service again Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because nothing has been resolved to date All I have is a promise I was promised the same thing in February, but the magazines keep coming months later, as do the associated junk mail and junk calls The company's claim of resolution is grossly premature, and remains to be seen I have no way of knowing if the magazines will stop as they claim I also have no way of knowing if the collateral impact of junk mail and junk calls will stop since they already sold my personal information to third parties without my knowledge or permission Sincerely, [redacted]
