Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! They did NOT deliver the gift basket as "guaranteed" and when I called they said they'd just deliver the next day--AFTER the birthdayFinally, they offered to give me $off my next purchase...what next purchase?!? I explained that the mistake was entirely theirs and when I selected them, I said no to all other vendors who could have delivered on timeThis "customer service" call lasted more than minutes of my timeJasmine kept putting me on holdFinally, I insisted on speaking with a supervisorChris Fcame on the line and offered the same insulting $off next purchaseI ended up cancelling my orderBEWARE!

Had placed two separate orders 5am on Friday morning The first order was to be delivered SAME DAY (Friday) I paid extra for this service Friday late afternoon I got a call saying the florist who sat on it informed them they couldn't get it out that day I was happy they called me but unhappy that it didn't get there in time for Halloween So, they credited me $and said it would be there by Saturday WEll, it's Monday and still not delivered I had to call them to ask what happened The second order of just flowers were delivered on Saturday and were as described They apologized and one lady is taking charge of my issue It's sad to see a company get bad reviews because of who they sub-contract out to However YOU FLOWERS will be the one held accountable, as is the price of doing this type of business I should of ordered through another online company or find a local florist to delivery in the future They need to step it up and take care of the customer

Well, in some sense this is the case, since we managed to recover our moneyHowever, what remains evident is that the company only behaved as it did because it was "caught;" that is, they refunded the money and made a worthless good-will gesture only because we could prove that no flowers of any type had been delivered despite their having charged my credit card for such a delivery.My feeling is that this company regards this as a cost of continuing to do business in an unethical mannerBased on many reports (Revdex.com and others), their products are often substandard if they arrive at allI bet that they make money by "making amends" when caught, given that they get away with this behavior so frequently

Placed an order and received verbal confirmation that the flourish was contacted and the delivery would be sent out same dayhours later I received a call letting me know that the flourish couldn't make the orderThis was after they verbally confirmed that the flourist was good to goNow they are not canceling my payment and put me on hold over and over to offer me a 10% discount, then 20% and now 30%Just cancel my order

Frustrating experienceAfter going through all the many time consuming questions with cust service and ordering anadvertised arrangement, suddenly the bill at checkout is I said to remove the blue bow I requested (there was a bow on the vase on the photo and no mention of an extra chg for making the curly ribbons blue)That was $off The gift card was $I was toldI had asked for a small mylar balloon which I then said to remove A "service" chg of was added even though no mention was made on the page I was using They advertised NO DELIVERY CHARGE, the they try to sneak in a service charge which the say is somewhere in the many paragraphs of fine print somewhere on their site This is bait and switchThey did deliver as promised but it was an exhausting experience
