As an extended apology on behalf of our... company we have offered to send out a future complimentary arrangement for a dozen roses. This arrangement can be delivered on any future date to any recipient of the customer’s choice. We have also issued a $15.00 gift card. The customer was very pleased with this resolution. I placed an order in September, for same day delivery, and the flowers never arrived at their destinationI contacted customer support, they apologized for the inconvenience, issued me a 50% refund for the mistake, and assured me that my order would be fulfilled as soon as possible the next dayHowever, the next day, the flowers never got delivered, I was never contacted by anyone, through phone or email, nor was the recipient of the flowersI feel like I have been robbed, this is a scamCustomer service seems friendly but is less than helpfulI will never place an order with this company again, and I will encourage anyone I know to do the same

Oh my gosh I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering. why hasn't the BBB tagged them as a corrupt business. I ordered flowers last night for a friend whose husband died of cancer, leaving behind two teenage boys and a 20 yr old daughter. She has hardly anyone who cares about her and I wanted to send her flowers to show that I was thinking about her. I ordered last night and paid extra for the flowers to be delivered today and they were not delivered. I called From You Flowers twice and the first time they said they would leave a message for the florist and the second time they said they were still waiting for the florist to call. i'm thinking that the florist isn't even open today. this company probably doesn't even know what florists are open and can deliver on Sunday, they just send the delivery request out , charge the purchaser extra and tell them the flowers can be delivered but they aren't. I told them I want a refund and the rep said she can't do anything until she hears back from the flower shop telling them why the flowers weren't delivered. They weren't delivered so why do they have to wait? they know they weren't delivered so give me my money. all they have to do is cancel the order and then tell the florist , since the florist obviously hasn't even received the order. From reading the other reviews I wouldn't be surprised if they hadn't even sent the order to a florist. It looks like most people don't even get their flowers delivered. They are scamming people. When someone sends flowers (which aren't cheap by the way) they expect them to be delivered when they ask them to be delivered (ON someone's birthday, ON someone's anniversary, ON the day of the funeral). This company is not delivering flowers, they are delivering disappointment. I don't have an extra $50 to send another bouquet from another company tomorrow but I'm going to have to just put it on my credit card , since the one I wanted from this company wasn't delivered. From You Flowers said they'll give me a $15 credit for the inconvenience. I don't ever order flowers and there aren't any flower arrangements I can get for $15 at From You Flowers anyways so I don't want the credit. I want my flowers to have been delivered today, as I was told they would be! With the number of negative reviews and complaints on here you would think there would be something written about them online warning customers against them.
