Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was refunded my money, so I am satisfied with that However, this business practices deceptive advertising Items pictured on their website that I purchased were not replicated by their florists The florists subbed in items that weren't even close to the purchased and pictured items The arrangements delivered were smaller, used inferior flowers/plants, and colors that were unsuitable for a sympathy arrangement Had I not had the recipients send me photos of what they received I never would have known that I had been ripped off Also, they removed my negative review of the arrangements I purchased They only keep reviews on their website that are & star misleading the public into thinking they are a better business then they are This business should be investigated Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I ordered flowers to be delivered on may 7th or 8th for Mother's DayThis is a special holiday for me considering I haven't been home to see my mom in over a yearI truly wanted to surprise her this year and guess what! The flowers never showed up! I was expecting the flowers to show up on or before Mother's Day and never having them arrive is a complete waste of moneyNot to mention, incredibly disappointingWhat happened to the flowers? I get that it's a busy holiday but if I'm paying $60+ for flowers to arrive on Mother's Day, I want them to be delivered

From: [redacted] Sent: Friday, May 13, 9:AMTo: [email protected]: Case ID [redacted] Good Morning [redacted] ,I’m writing in regards to Case ID [redacted] This complaint was received to us on May 10thThe complaint was on behalf of the recipient The recipient called in to our company requesting the customer’s information as she didn’t know who sent the flowersWe were able to get in contact with our customer and the customer doesn’t want the information releasedDue to our privacy policy we are unable then to provide the recipient with the customers informationHowever, we are able to release this information if the recipient contacts her local authorities and they fax over paperwork to usWe had a Supervisor reach out the recipient to explain the procedureOnce the local authorities have been contacted they just need to fax us over a request for this information on letter head and we can go ahead and release any information on the order she needs The recipient has let us know she does not want to do this just wants us to release the information which unfortunately we cannot doWe will be happy to help once we receive the proper documentation from the authoritiesWe would like to consider this case closed as there is nothing further we can do to assist without the proper paper workPlease let us know if we can do anything further to help resolve this matter.Thank youSincerely,Tayler

I ordered bouquets to be delivered on MonTuesthey were still not deliveredI called and was told that one florist never even received the order, the others he had no clue but would call me before the end of the day for sureHe never calledOkay so my daughter in AL received hers a day late, so far so goodFinally my daughter in NC received hers days late, not at all what I ordered buy prettyI ordered a Christmas tree shape with pinecones, she got a white bouquet that really wasn't very festiveAnother daughter was supposed to get hers from the same florist but more days went by with nothing My mother in law in NY was still waiting for hersBy the end of the week they all had flowers!! I had a mild breakdownMy daughter in NC ended up with two arrangements delivered by different florists, one actually did look like a Christmas treeMy worst online shopping experience everIf I didn't keep calling them they would never been delivered at all
