The first time I used From You Flowers, I was very pleasedI ordered Same Day Delivery to a hospital in ColoradoI ordered them that morning, and my friend texted me from the hospital later that day to let me know that the flowers arrived and looked greatI even received an email that same day that confirmed the deliverySince the service worked great the first time, I decided to use the service againThis time, I made the order ahead of time because I was just planning to have the flowers waiting when a friend of mine came home from the hospital in FloridaThe flowers were ordered on Decand weren't set to be delivered until DecI never received a delivery confirmation like I had with the first order, and I asked my friend if the flowers ever arrived, and on Dec24, she texted me and told me that they had never comeWe were both very disappointedI told her to let me know if they ever arrivedI sent an email to From You Flowers to let them know that the flowers had not arrived on the chosen delivery date First, I received an automated email stating that they had received my emailThen around 6:30pm, I received another apology email stating that they were investigating the issueThis email also sounded very automatedLater than evening around pm, I received another automated email that was a confirmation of delivery stating the flowers had been delivered the previous dayAt this point, I was very agitated because not only was this email late, but I felt like they were sending it as a way to say the flowers did in fact get deliveredI checked with my friend Christmas morning and sent her a pic of the confirmationShe told me that she would let me know if they ever arrived, and I told her I would keep her postedI ended up responding to the delivery confirmation just to make sure the company understood that they were not deliveredWhen I did this, I received another automated email, which that is fineLater I received another automated apology that was identical to the first apology email sent on the day before, which tells me it had not actually been read at all as of yetFinally, my friend texted me on Monday, Decand told me that the flowers arrived (days late)After this, I received another email from the From You Flowers stating that they apologized that the flowers never arrived and wanted to redeliver the flowers with an apology note to my friend on DecThey also wanted to give me a coupon for $I replied to this email telling them that the flowers arrived, but that I was still disappointed because they arrived late, and I also told them that I did not want the coupon because I did not plan to use their service againIn my opinion, a $coupon does not make up for the fact that I wanted to do something special for a friend on the day she came home from the hospital and the service I paid for did not provide that special surprise, and I can't get this backI also don't understand how I could previously order Same Day Delivery, and this worked great, but then when I ordered days ahead, the order was three days lateI find this unacceptable and writing an apology note to my friend while handing me a coupon for $does not make it better

I’m writing in regards to case ID ***At this time we have tried to contact this customer multiple times in regards to this caseWe are unable to leave voicemail messages and tried contacting them via email and haven’t heard a response back as of todayAt this time we have gone ahead and

Until the items have actually been successfully delivered this time I have no reason to close this complaintconsidering that I have not had success in getting things delivered thus far I will wait until my items have been delivered to close the complaint
I feel that this is MORE than fair since I have had so many problems so far with this company

online complaint against this company located in Old Saybrook, CT on Monday, March for failure to deliver flowers I ordered. I am now willing to dismiss my complaint, as the company has done as I requested and refunded the full amount paid to my bank account.
