I do agree with the business' responseHowever, this resolution was after many hours of reaching out and failed promisesThere were several hundred customers that had the exact issueI do not want anything more from this business, but I believe the business should be investigated and further action should be taken on behalf of the many other customersThis business is clearly scamming folks out of money and something needs to be done to stop them. This business oozes with sleaze- they add on a hidden $fee at the very end of your order that if you don't pay attention, you can easily missBut the actual reason I'm here is that they SELL your information to random third-parties! My mailbox started getting clogged with *** magazine, and when I called them, they said a company called "***" had subscribed on my behalfNever heard of them in my lifeTurns out these guys sold it to *** (apparently their real name is ***) who then sold it to magazines like ***! And when I called them, their representative tried to lie about it and was extremely rude to me (i.e"Read this outloud from our privacy policy because we do not do this")UH YEAH YOU DOIf you don't believe me, scroll down to see the hundreds of others complaintsHilarious that these guys have an A+ Revdex.com ratingSo safeguard your private information and don't fatten the pockets of these giant corporate conglomerates! Stay away and support your local florist!

After trying for years my sister was finally able to conceive a child We were devastated to learn she miscarried last week As I live far away I went online to shop for some flowers to send her I shopped several online companies to see whom could offer the best flowers with same day delivery While I was deciding which florist to use I received an email from "From You Flowers" letting me know that if I would complete my purchase they would waive the shippingThat is fantastic marketing for them to figure out how to do that!! I promptly followed the link in my email and completed my purchase On the final page of my checkout "free shipping" was reflected in my total After checking out I went to my credit card online account to verify the charge went through and was surprised to find the full total without the shipping discount I went to my email and the receipt sent to me also showed that shipping was indeed charged How can you have one total listed on the "confirm/submit order" page, then charge something different? I was pretty upset about this and took it as a "red flag." My order was supposed to be delivered by pm that Friday night I did not receive an email or notice that the flowers had been sent and I felt tacky asking my sister if they had received anything I didn't receive any notice the following day, nor on Sunday or Monday When I entered the order number on the webpage it said they could not confirm delivery yet I finally sent an email and was informed that nothing had been sent at all!! And would I please give permission for them to try again the next day and they would send me a $gift certificate for a future orderSorry, that is just too little too late I'm already feeling swindled by the "free shipping" bait and switch and now they don't even deliver the product and it seems they never would have had I not called I do not trust this company and will not use them in the future I requested a refund and hope within the next few days it goes through If not I will file a complaint through my credit card company What a disappointing experience!!

Fromyouflowers did not provide me everything I requestedThey did not disclose the name of the florist they claim delivered the flowers even after they said they will not use them again I hope the Revdex.com will downgrade the A+ rating that Fromyouflowers enjoys on your website as they are not deserving of it If you read the comments that FYF customers have left on the Revdex.com website there is an observeable pattern of not fulfilling orders I will not be accepting their offer of complimentary flowersSincerely,*** ***

From You Flowers' customer service representative flat out lied to me on the phoneThis company cannot be trustedNot surprisingly, if you've read any reviews on this company, the anniversary flowers I ordered for my husband did not arrive, despite the extra charge I paid for "before noon" deliveryWhen they still had not arrived the next day, I tried to track the order on their website, which merely told me, "Thank you for your recent orderWe have not yet received a delivery confirmation from our floristWe have the ability to track your order internallyPlease use this form to send us your order information and we will respond to your inquiry within hour.”
Hours passed with no response, then I tried callingI hung up the first time after minutes because I do have a job I need to do during the dayI called back shortly after that and only had to wait minutes before someone answered and gave me the worst customer service I’ve ever experiencedI was asked how I could be helpedI asked for a refund because the flowers were not delivered the day beforeThe agent asked for my order number, I told her “***…” and then continued with “**…”, but she was repeating “9..7…” to me at the same time, so I stoppedShe said she would put me on a brief hold while she investigatedI asked, “But how do you know what the order is?”
She responded, “I have it on the screen in front of me.”
I asked, “How do you know who I am? I haven’t told you anything.” I did not call from the number I put on my order, hadn't even given her so much as my first name, and hadn't even given her the whole order numberShe said, “Well, I’m actually having trouble with my computer right now.”
I asked, “Sowhy did you lie to me?”
She was silent for a bit, then said, I have your order number “***”I told her that wasn’t the whole order numberYou'd think they'd know how many digits are in their order numbersI suspect it was just a ploy to put me on hold for so long that I'd hang up and they wouldn't have to deal with meShe was silent for so long I finally just told her that she was completely unhelpful and I was going to dispute the charges and hung upI filed a claim with *** because I had paid though them, and I also emailed From You Flowers' customer support with this whole storyLater that night, I received an email apologizing for the failed delivery (but not for the lies) and refunding my moneyI see that the business is responding to these reviews by offering people discounts or free flowers, but I have no interest whatsoever in any further dealings with this companyI hope they go out of business, and I'm truly disappointed to see that they are favorably endorsed by the Revdex.com

I ordered the "Florists Choice" bouquet for a friend for Valentine's dayI was charged $44.xx for what I kid you not was flowers in a cheap vaseWhoever the florist was that chose this should be ashamedI will never order from them again
